After sending the picture to her brother, Lannie spoke to Anna in an apologetic tone, "Sorry, Anna. My bad. My phone was under the pillow."
Anna turned around, and said, "It's alright."
Anna and Lannie are now in bed, and both of them, have different things in mind. Anna is thinking about what kind of excuses will she say to Martha while Lannie, she's thinking what kind of face will her brother make when he sees the picture.

Late at night, Kyle is all ready for bed. As he is about to close his eyes, his phone suddenly vibrated. He initially wanted to ignore the message sent to him, but there is a part of him that says that he should take a look at it.
His urge to wanting to sleep has been defeated the moment he saw the picture his mischievous little sister sent to him. "That sister of mine."
In the picture of Anna, she's wearing a large t-shirt. He can't tell if Anna is wearing shorts or not. Just thinking about is making the beast inside go wild. Not wanting to have such thoughts about Anna, Kyle forced himself not to think about it. However, no matter how strong is his mental strength is, he still avoid having such thoughts.
Getting up from his bed, Kyle hastily walks towards the bathroom to brisk himself with cold water.
Morning came, and everyone in the Robertson mansion can feel the irritation coming off from Kyle. The maid who is supposed to put bring Kyle's breakfast did not have the guts to go near Kyle. She is afraid that Kyle might lash out on her, and she knew well how scary can Kyle be when he is not in the mood.
"Kyle, can you not emit your dark aura this early? Your not making my morning good." Layla said to her son, but Kyle pretended not to hear his mother's voice. That worsens Layla's mood. "Listen here, you brat. What on earth is going on with you?"
If her son is going to continue like that, the one thing that he can do for her is to tell her what happened to him.
"I didn't get slept a wink because of your daughter," Kyle replied.
"Lannie? Lannie is not even in the mansion. How can you blame your sister for your lack of sleep." Stan would understand Kyle's complaints if Lannie is at the mansion, but she's not. So there is no way for his daughter to bother Kyle.
"Well, Lannie sent me a picture that kept me up all night. And I feel guilty about it." Kyle is so frustrated that his sister's tactic worked on him. She always does things that really irritates him. He is now starting to wonder when will he be able to have his revenge on her.
"What? Lannie sent you a picture and you feel guilty about it? I don't understand." To Stan's understanding, it seems like his son is speaking in riddles.
"You don't need to understand." Kyle doesn't want to let his father what he was thinking last night or else, his father will not stop teasing him. Furthermore, his father likes to share stuff about that. He can't bear the humiliation the moment his father start sharing things about him.
"You know your sister, Kyle. Why did you even let her get onto your nerves?" Layla spoke. Her son has always been calm and collected, and whenever Lannie plays tricks on Kyle, Kyle would always avoid it or ignore it.
The picture that Kyle is talking about is letting out the curiosity inside of Layla. 'Maybe I should ask Leonardo to hack into my son's phone to see the picture my son is talking about.'
"Just because." With that kind of answer from Kyle, Layla and Stan can't help but wonder in delight. It seems to them that there is a secret that their son is not willing to share. However, even if their son is not willing to share it with them, they will find a way, there is always a way to get the information that they want.
"Moving on." Layla changes the subject, "Are you sure you want to have Kyle to take part in that project?" When Layla heard that people who are involved in the project her husband wants Kyle to lead, she is somewhat not liking that one particular person.
"As I have said many times, yes. I am sure that I want Kyle to lead this project. Despite his age, I'm sure that he can handle it. There is no need for you to worry, my wife." On the opposite side of what Layla feels, Stan has no particular feelings about the case. All he wants is for his son to show good results and nothing else.
"I'm not worried about our son's result because I know that he's gonna do great. The one thing that I'm worried about Franklin Lace and his daughter. I don't like them." It's not Layla's character to say such words and it really did surprise, Stan.
"You don't like them? But when Veronica was playing with Kyle when they were little you have no qualms about it. Why the sudden change?" Kyle's childhood friends was a nice little girl, and Stan can tell that Layla liked that girl very much. Since years have passed by, it seems like his wife has a different opinion about it now.
"Yes. She was pure and innocent back then, and even back then I don't like her father. He's a cunning bastard. I can tell with just one glance. But now, it's different, when I saw Veronica yesterday, she is not as pure and innocent as she was back then." If Layla doesn't know any better, she thinks that Veronica and Franklin are trying to be part of the Coleman family.
Since she suspected it like that, she is not letting her guard down.
"Mom, don't worry too much. If you suspect them that much, then I won't let my guard down." Kyle said in a reassuring tone of voice.
