“Come on, little Bai Hao, you can do better than that! What? Why are you still biting the dust down there? Why don’t you get up?”
Both the power and speed of Hei Ming were far beyond that of Bai Hao; that was why he was already standing in front of the shattered wall and was walking toward the broken bathroom with his long legs in the blink of an eye.
From the moment Hei Ming walked in, Bai Hao clutched his aching stomach and tried to hold himself up against the wall in panic, but his body slipped back down to the ground as he tried so. It was obvious that his wounds didn’t heal and blood kept dripping down from them.
Hei Ming’s pupils contracted as he saw Bai Hao’s terrible condition.
‘His wounds are not healing? Why?’
“I see! So that’s why you were afraid of me and ran away the second you saw me! You are now in estrus, right?” Hei Ming put on an evil smile.
Bai Hao panicked for that was the exact reason why he was afraid of seeing Hei Ming.
“My power in estrus will be enough to handle you.”
Bai Hao angrily punched the bathtub beside him, and the shattered ceramic pieces floated in the air immediately and then went straight toward Hei Ming.
However, all of the pieces paused in midair suddenly. Hei Ming stopped every piece dashing toward him with a raise of his hand and turned them into ashes as he put his hand down.
“You can’t even take me down in your peak condition, and you want to do that now? In estrus?”
With a subtle shake of his body, Hei Ming choked Bai Hao in his neck and lifted him up above the ground.
‘What a stubborn man! He knew he could end this painful fight by simply begging me, but he just won’t do so. He is only a half-blood Majin, a cross between human and Majin after all. His power would face a significant decline whenever he is in estrus. It’s a rather dangerous flaw, and the fact that he is a breed just made the matter even worse.’
Hei Ming’s eyebrows gradually clenched together with a touch of danger appearing between them.
“How long have you been in your estrus?”
“That’s none of your business! Let go of me.” Bai Hao struggled and answered impatiently. His neck hurts like hell and his eyebrows twitched.
“The injection will have a terrible effect on your body.”
Hei Ming knew that Bai Hao would definitely inject some sort of drug to suppress his estrus, so he gave him a reminder.
“That’s my own business, and you have nothing to do with it.”
Hearing what he had said, the look on Hei Ming’s face became dangerous all of a sudden. He stared at Bai Hao with his coldness in his eyes and continued, “You won’t be able to be pregnant ever again in that way.”
Tears fell from Bai Hao’s eyes the moment he heard the word “pregnant”; he was obviously in agony and pain judging from his look.
“Only you, Hei Ming. You are the only man who has no right to lecture me on this.” He then slapped Hei Ming right in the face. He slapped him so hard that blood started to drip down from the tip of Hei Ming’s lips.
Surprisingly, Hei Ming didn’t get angry; he was quiet instead. He then let loose of Bai Hao and lit up a cigarette with his back to him and started smoking on and off.
As for Bai Hao, he fell to the ground and was coughing and gasping the fresh air continuously.
‘Goddamn it! It’s all because of that damn estrus that my healing ability has been restrained.’
“I’m just here to say hi, and don’t send anyone after me ever.”
Hei Ming left that sentence and walked his way out. But after a few steps, he stopped all of a sudden, puffed out a wisp of smoke then added, “Jiang Sheng was not the reincarnation of Pei Siyan’s wife. Tell Pei Siyan that his wife is still alive.”
“What do you mean?” Bai Hao asked urgently, but Hei Ming had already left and vanished from the room.
Even though Bai Hao was pissed off, he knew he wouldn’t be able to catch Hei Ming if he went after him now.
Still, it was a relief for Bai Hao that Hei Ming had left. He leaned against the wall weakly to have some rest.
After a while, Bai Hao suddenly pulled up his shirt and gazed at the long scar on his abs. He then sobbed and wiped his tears in sorrow as if he remembered a terrible memory.
