“Wait! Did I say something wrong that gets on your nerves? Are you mad now?”

‘No way! Was it because I said I’m his wife?’

“I got it. I should apologize. I shouldn’t give you a response like that. The look you are having now is scaring me! Can you stop leaning over me like that, bro? I’m really scared!”

Jiang Sheng patted himself in the chest, making a terrified look and caught a breath secretly.

“Scared? Then why would you respond to me if you are scared?” Pei Siyan furrowed his brow.

Jiang Sheng couldn’t tell if Pei Siyan was mad or he had some other intentions judging from that look.

‘That’s weird. He doesn’t really look mad anyway!’

“Since I just called you my wife and you have responded to that, then you should fulfill the obligation, right?”

Pei Siyan suddenly smiled; he lifted Jiang Sheng’s chin with his finger and looked at him in an evil and sexy way.

Jiang Sheng was in a trance first and then twitched his lips, ‘Is this guy trying to have sex with me?”

“Hey, I mean, it’s okay that you see me as a replica of your wife, but there are still things you shouldn’t do! Plus, I’m pregnant now. Are you crazy?”

Unfortunately, Bai Hao rushed to the doorway with a medical kit in his hand. His clothes were messy and he was clearly in haste judging from his look.

“Here you are! Give me the injection now! I’ll go downstairs and have late night snacks with him later.”

Jiang Sheng kicked Pei Siyan away and pulled up his sleeve naturally.

Being kicked, Pei Siyan frowned immediately, ‘This little thing is now bold enough to kick me?”

‘Oh crap! Did I interrupt something?’ Bai Hao broke out in a cold sweat.

“You two should continue with whatever you were doing. I’ll come back later!”

Bai Hao turned around and was ready to leave.

“Do the injection. You are here anyway.”

Pei Siyan’s tone was acold and hard. Obviously, he was unpleasant, but he managed to hold it back and walked away to take out his clothing from the luggage case.

“I don’t know what you were misunderstanding, but things are not the way you thought. Pei Siyan is seeing me as his wife and that is all.” Jiang Sheng explained to Bai Hao carelessly.

Bai Hao was surprised after hearing that, ‘Wouldn’t he get mad for being someone’s replica?’

But he had to admit that Jiang Sheng was even more like Mrs. Fu recently. The loss of his memory was somehow magical.

“Do the injection and get back to sleep immediately.”

Pei Siyan’s voice became even colder while straightening out his stuff, which betrayed his sullenness. No one knew if it was because Jiang Sheng did not take him seriously just then.

“Understood.”

Bai Hao had no intention to endure the rage of Pei Siyan, so he finished the injection as quickly as possible and left.

“Why did you talk to him in such a bad attitude?”

Jiang Sheng mumbled as he pulled down the sleeve,then got out of bed and walked towards the door, “Let’s go downstairs! I’m also a bit hungry.”

He was no longer that cautious when talking to Pei Siyan. It was probably because he knew Pei Siyan was not a bad guy so he was off guard with him.

Pei Siyan had been frowning. He rubbed his brow grumpily and then followed up at a fast pace.

In the hallway, Pei Siyan held Jiang Sheng up from behind without even noticing him.

Jiang Sheng was startled, “Crap! What the hell is this for! Are you trying to scare me to death?”

Pei Siyan didn’t respond; he just carried Jiang Sheng with a straight face walking downstairs, and he seemed to be in a sulk.
