--An: Bonus Chapter 4/14--
Kana refused to let the old man go as she sat there with her knees pulled up to her chest, staring at the three water screens. Her daughters had really grown up and were doing their own thing. On top of that, they were all so powerful. She missed them so much, but she knew she could not be with them just yet. This was also the reason why she did not ask to see Creige. She yearned for him. Her love and connection to him made her want to tear time and space to be by his side. But she knew he was also growing stronger. He was growing stronger for her. So she must grow stronger for him. "That's good..."
"You do not want to watch a little longer? Do you wish to see your husband?" The old man asked.
"No. This is enough. While I do wish to see Creige, I feel if I did, I would not be able to hold back and have Eie and Tri'an figure out a way to rip a passage to him breaking our contract. So I will not do that. I will meet them in the sea of stars..." Kana's eyes were filled with determination. She would not slow down now.
"MMm… Good! But I must warn you. This universe you are in has powerful people equal if not stronger than those of the sea of stars. They are at the pinnacle of power and are only a single step away from removing their mortal bonds and becoming lesser angels. So be careful. I will be off now. I have many things to do and prepare for." The old man finished his words and disappeared.
"Kana, what do you plan to do from here?" Lysairth asked.
"From here, we will continue our journey. According to my system, my evolution jumped my realm or deity status to that of a seeker. I am only two realms away from breaking into the sea of stars. And to do that, I need to practice. Luckily I no longer need to worry about levels, but the fact that I still need three more elements and I need to get all ten of them to rank forty will take time. How much I do not know. But from the sound of things, I will also need to work hard and fight stronger opponents. I also wish to get more memory fragments. We still have an entire universe to search, and it could also take hundreds of years, but… I will keep going until I finally reach the sea of stars and see the rest of my family." Kana replied. Her heart was firm on what she wanted, and she would accomplish it no matter what she had to do. Even if it meant making an enemy out of all the powers of this universe, she did not care.
Bell walked over and hugged Kana's waist, who was sitting on the table, and rubbed her head on Kana's stomach. The one thing about Bell that would never change was her attachment to her mother. She would always be a mama's girl. "Mama, will my sisters and papa like me?"
Kana smiled and patted Bell's head. With a soft chuckle, she answered: "They will love you to pieces. Come, your kids are staring at you strangely."
Bell frowned and turned her head to see Sara and Tim shaking their heads and sighing. "Humph! What is wrong with me wanting to be spoiled!?"
"Mom, should me and brother find you a husband? So you can be pampered all day long?" Sara asked teasingly.
"Yeah, when are you going to give us a baby sister or brother?" Tim chimed in with more teasing. Their words causing Bell's face to turn bright red.
"You two! Don't think just because you are older I won't spank your bottoms!" Bell yelled out before chasing after the two who had decided to turn and run out of the meeting room.
Seeing the three antics caused the rest to laugh. Lysairth stood at Kana's side and said: "That little girl is very sweet and attached to your hip. I do not think she will ever find someone to love at this rate."
Kana frowned, she knew Bell's clinginess was a problem, but for now, there was not much she could do about it. The two had been stuck together inside this ship for over a hundred years, with only themselves and Eve as company. It was good she was opening up to the others now, but the fact still remained that Bell probably had trauma due to the incident with her so called brother. "We will let her be for now. There is not much we can do about her clinginess at this time. In the future, I am sure things will fall into place sooner or later. If anything, there is always Ganjo and Kraz. Both are handsome."
"I think Aruya and Kraz have already hit it off, so I think that only leaves Ganjo, who is probably the best match for her since he is kind and gentle." Lysairth did not think this was a bad idea at all.
"Can you not say things like this out loud when those in question are standing right here!?" Aruya was blushing from ear to ear as she stomped her feet in frustration. Even Ganjo's face was beat red. As for Kraz, he looked at Aruya's reaction with a smile and placed his big hand on top of her head, causing her to purse her lips.
Kana thought for a moment and then turned to Ganjo. "What do you think?"
Ganjo's ears were bright red as he raised his head looking at Kana. "I… I am not sure… I have never heard of a human and Elemental being together… But… Bell is a sweet girl if Master wants me to..."
"I am not making you do anything. It is if you want to be with her. I can trust you with Bell only because you are my Elemental. If you like her, I will not interfere. But I will leave the choice of whether you get together or not up to the two of you."
