The trio of uncle, nephew and niece entered into the Emperor's chambers. Alexander was leading the siblings, while they silently followed behind him. When, they reached the middle of the room, he turned around facing them, which startled both Felix and Aeinshia.
Both of them looked at Alexander, who was just staring at the both of them. Finally, after what felt like eternity, Alexander spoke up, "Felix, are you ready to leave?" He asked and Felix was quite taken aback by the question, but, nonetheless nodded his head.
Felix do know Alexander wants a transperacy relationship between him and Aeinshia, but he never knew Alexander will discuss about such important matters in her presence. Well, can't blame him, many matters were left behind before they could reach Aeinshia's ears. They all thought it is only proper to leave few matters untold for her proper growth and is good to avoid any harsh environment surrounding her.
Aeinshia just looked between her uncle and her brother. "I expect you to be leaving as soon as possible. All the arrangements are taken care of and your departure would be through the back doors of the Palace, along with three of my men." Alexander said, and Felix nodded, getting into his duty mode.
They discussed some more about what Felix was expected to do and the situation he should avoid and the different modes of communication to be used to directly contact the Emperor, without getting into someone's suspicious radar. They should avoid alerting their enemy. If all their suspicions are true, they could confirm one thing that their opponent isn't an easy one.
When everything was finalized, Alexander wished him all luck and they went out of their chambers to meet the other three members, who would leave along with Felix.
Aeinshia was feeling the sadness creeping in when Felix was leaving. But, she couldn't help but follow them around to ensure his safety. When they went to meet the three men, that Alexander appointed to go with Felix, she wanted to see them.
She wanted to ensure that her brother would be safe and return to her and their family safely. He was the person she loved the most in this world. He stood beside her from start in to till now and supported her in her every decision. He is her world, so she could only hope good for him and his safe returns.
From others words, she got a jest, that this isn't any easy mission, but from her uncles action, she got a confirmation, that this mission might really cost his life. She can't do anything now, So atleast, she wants to check the men who would be following her brother and ensures his safety.
"Little sister, whatever you are worried about, don't stress much. Do not worry so much. There is always a solution, for every problem. Try looking around you. The question is never wrong, the way we solve it is wrong, try to find a different way to solve, the solution will come for sure, " Felix gave her some help. Aeinshia was hesitating to tell him, her problem. He understood that.
Its not mandatory that Aeinshia should tell everything to him. Yes, he was with her all the time and practically raised her, but that doesn't mean, he has to know everything that's going on with her. If she wanted him to know, he would have known it ages ago and similarly, if she wanted it to hide, he could only advice her and wish she takes the initiative to speak.
Despite, Aeinshia not being able to tell him, He still wanted to give her some sort of help. So, he decided to give her this advice. At least, this would give her some reassurance, that her brother is always there for her, no matter what.
Aeinshia smiled at him. "Don't worry too much about me, brother. You have a mission to complete. Empire always comes first. Your focus should be on that. I will pray, that you return with success and valor." She spoke.
Felix just nodded, not wanting to talk anything more. She was right. He has to have a calm mind, if he wants to complete the mission. He can't leave the Palace with an unsorted mind. That would be a heavy disadvantage for him.
He ruffled her locks and they shared a short laughter. Alexander looked at them, when he heard laughter coming from their direction. He smiled at them and let them be in their own world.
A few moments passed by and Felix hugged Aeinshia tightly, whispering assurances to her. Aeinshia hugged her brother like her life depended on it and wished him all the luck. They parted and Felix marched towards Alexander to give his goodbyes.
When everything was set, Felix and the other three set off on their mission as spies to find any clues about the supposed traitors in the Seazle, when the sun was almost raising above the horizon.
Later, Alexander and Aeinshia were lazily walking towards the dining room, to eat breakfast. Alexander, also, wanted to discuss about Aeinshia's journey to City Sylter. But, he wasn't sure, how to start this conversation with her.
He felt sad, seeing his cheerful and full of life niece, worrying and sad like this. He wondered, if this was because, he sent Felix and Evan away, when they said they would follow her to the City Sylter's temple. So he thought he is the reason for her unhappiness and felt sad inside his heart.
They finally reached the dining room, but Aeinshia was not in the mood to eat anything. She was about to tell her uncle, that she didn't want to eat and he can proceed to eat without her, but he cut her off "Aeinshia, I want to talk something to you."
Aeinshia wondered, what would they talk about. There was nothing left to talk at this point. Even if there was, she didn't have any energy to talk. She didn't have energy to do anything. Her hope was completely drained and she wasn't interested in anything.
Still, she followed Alexander in and seated themselves at the table. She observed it was still very early for the food to be served, so the dining room was mostly empty. She looked around, trying to avoid the piercing gaze of Alexander, thinking he might know what is running inside her brain if she made an eye contact with him. So she tried to avoid his eyes.
"Aeinshia, are you alright? I observed that you seem lost in your thoughts." He inquired with light tone. Aeinshia looked up at him, not knowing what to say.
"I'm alright, uncle. I'm just worried about Father and brother. The capital is also closed down. I'm having a bad feeling about this." Aeinshia said. She was saying the truth. She indeed had a bad feeling about all this. She felt like whoever had planned that incredulous incident on her was now planning all of this against her empire.
Well, she did give a thought that, her losing her innocence and it was due to few passing Mercedes is much coincidence to happen. She would have not thought that it was planned if it weren't because they lost all ways to catch them. It's just like the Marques Samuel's incidence, where they had no clue to move further.
The rape incident seemed preplanned, otherwise, they couldn't escape from the empire after sexually assaulting a princess and the whole investigation is done on the hands of Prince and Peter, not letting in any other hand. So after giving much thought, she understood, someone took advantage of the situation on her and she is afraid to go out without any protection now.
So if she compared both cases, she had a hunch that both marques and her incident back then were connected. Hence, she too started to investigate the Marques case on her own. There is no much result, but she still hoped she would get anything useful atleast in future.
Alexander's gaze softened listening to her. He just patted her head, in a comforting manner and tears almost fell from the bay of Aeinshia's ocean blue eyes, but she held them back. Trying her best, to be composed.
"What about your journey to City Sylter?" Alexander questioned and that sent Aeinshia's heart into alarming speed. The question felt like a direct stab to her conscious mind. She balled her fists and gritted her teeth, to not break down, in front of him.
"I'll think about it, uncle. I'm still not sure about it." She silently cursed, when her voice broke at the end. "I would like to rest in my chambers. I feel exhausted from the morning. Can I leave?" She asked in a hurry, her head bowed down.
