"That's new… I heard that we should always split the loot we found in the Arcane World and most of all, the owner of the Arcane World should get a part as well."

"Mhm… That's part of the written examination in the license exam. Taxes…"

It was Eron and Evalia again.

Cyril just remained silent as he observes the other new guys who will be exploring with him. It was discussed that they could move in a group or split up.

Cyril doesn't really like to be in a group but he thought that it might be interesting to have someone to be with during the exploration.

After all, having more friends might help him in his current goals.

"Ehem… This will only happen once! After this exploration, there will be a clear inventory of the things that you'll be taking out in any Arcane World you've explored. As long as it is controlled by the Association, there will be managers who will be handling such tasks."

Valerie glanced at the nine and after seeing that they understood, she added.

"After all, we have to make sure that there will be no foreign diseases or curses coming out of the Arcane World. So you have to cooperate. Don't take things out secretly. If you think that it is not causing problems, you should still have it checked… Those who haven't awakened yet might actually be affected by these things…"

The three experts from the Association called out one by one.

They checked their daggers, swords, knives, armors, shields, magic orbs, talismans, and other things that it emitting some kind of Aura.

'E-Rank? I guess she's the lowest ranking awakened here… As expected of the Association, they don't care whatever rank they are and they will still be recruited.' Cyril thought as she looked at the tough lady who just stood up.

Myrtle has tanned skin and short hair. She seemed to be in her twenties already. What's good about her aside from having a healthy skin tone was her body build. He seemed to be practicing some kind of martial arts like boxing or judo.

Nevertheless, she still receives some mocking glances from the other guys after hearing that she's only an E-Rank Awakened.

After all, the Artifacts at F and E-Ranks are considered trash compared to the items at D-Rank. It means that they aren't that hopeful that this tough lady would be able to last long in the exploration.

However, Myrtle just remained nonchalant not bothering their provoking glances.

The inspection for each Awakened only lasted for five minutes before the others were also called out.

"Evalia… C-Rank Awakened…"

"Bogart… D-Rank Awakened…"

"Charlton… D-Rank Awakened…"

"Nicholas… D-Rank Awakened…"

Eron and Evalia who were called as C-Rank Awakened caught everyone's attention after realizing that most of them here are at D-Rank.

It means that if they managed to group with them, they might be able to get a better result in this exploration.

Of course, they are also thinking that the C-Ranks might be able to get better rewards than them with their higher rank but their safety would still be the best when exploring an unknown place.

If these B-Rank decided to be contracted to a wealthy guild instead, they would surely receive tons of benefits and will be nurtured until they become extremely strong.

However, if they decided to be contracted in the Awakened Association that is accepting even the lowest ranks without any problems, their growth wouldn't be as good as those in the guild.

After all, he came from the Weaver Clan. Their clan has more than ten B-Rank awakened and hundreds of C-Rank Awakened!
