Chapter 211 - Rank Reveal

Cyril finally understood Vanessa's excitement. Since they have captured Vampires alive, they can indeed experiment on them to see how effective their methods are.

As they went out of the room, Cyril realized that a few guards started following them.

'Hmmm… So Vanessa is using three A-Rank as bodyguards?' Cyril mused after feeling the presence of the three powerful Awakened. H

He knows that they are A-Rank because he recognized the swords on the waist of the three.

Anyway, there are now five of them walking since Vanessa must bring three of her bodyguards when moving around the camp.

Soon, Cyril was brought to a dark room where four vampires tied to a pillar can be seen.

"That's correct. It is an Artifact from one of our young S-Rank Awakened. He's only 18 now, the same age as you but he's quite timid. He would only show up if he's together with dozens of bodyguards…"

Vanessa chuckled after saying it.

On the other hand, Cyril recalled the S-Rank Awakened that had actually died during the Vampire Outbreak in his past life. He barely recalls it but after seeing the chain and Vanessa's description, there was indeed this S-Rank Awakened within their country.

"I already called for someone with a wooden spear… There's also another Awakened I called who can create a Wooden Bullet. If your suggestion works, I'll create a new mission for our S-Ranks, and if not, we'll go ahead with my plan."

Cyril didn't answer and just nodded at this. He knows that it's effective since it was a method that was used in the past.

Anyway, he just let her satisfy her curiosity since it would be difficult for him to make her believe him by only using his words.

Soon, the man with a wooden spear stabbed the heart of the Vampire.

They were all ineffective as the Vampire would just heal any injury caused by these things… As long as they were able to use their vampiric powers, they are capable of healing themselves without any issue.

The room actually has vats of blood they can use to repair themselves. This is so they wouldn't die because of a lack of blood. After all, it is difficult to capture vampires, especially these noble ones.

On the other hand, Steinar and Katelyn just remained silent as if they were lost in thought.

Then, Cyril also learned how the three S-Rank Awakened failed to kill the Vampire Prince.

"Although we destroyed the Blood Mass Sacrifice after heavily injuring the Prince, we have seen signs that they will activate it again. I'm sure that the Prince will be fully healed in a day or two." Asta explained.

It is all thanks to the Holy Amulet they have that they managed to injure the Vampire. Thanks to that, the Prince will be unable to recover easily.

Feeling that it is the right time, Cyril suggested that he would deal with all the Thralls, Vampire Knights, Familiars, or the Newborn Vampires within the whole city.

"What?" Vanessa asked.

The others were also confused but Cyril decided to reveal Conqueror Staff.

"Isn't that—" Asta is familiar with the Staff since she had seen Cyril use it before. However, she's unsure how powerful this Artifact was.

Steinar only looked at the Staff but didn't think too much of it. However, Cyril knows that this man from the Kingdom should've been the previous owner of this Staff that will annihilate the Vampires.

Luckily, although the Outbreak came earlier than expected, Cyril also did get the Staff ahead of time.

It might even be a butterfly reaction because of what he did.

"Well, it's still not that easy… Although I can deal with them using this Artifact, I will still need help from the soldiers to gather the Vampires to a certain location. That way, I can cover them all with this Artifact's Ability."

As soon as he finished speaking, Cyril revealed his S-Rank Aura to everyone.

Most of them were shocked as they have never thought that he was S-Rank, to begin with.

"S-Rank, huh… This country is a lot better than I expected."

Katelyn looked interestingly at Cyril. She had to report this Aeon.

After two more hours, the wooden bullets and wooden spears were readied as they were handed over to the soldiers.

This way, it would become a lot easier for them to suppress the Vampire and allow Cyril to contain them using his Conqueror Staff.

At this time, the four S-Rank Awakened together with Arnold are checking their weapons as they were about to use the Blink Bracelet's teleportation ability to enter the City.

Asta, Steinar, Katelyn, and Arnold will target the Vampire Prince again while Cyril will use his Conqueror's domain to contain all the weaker Vampires and stop them from hindering the group and the soldier's entry.

"Since everyone's ready… I'll activate the Blink now." Asta said as she looked at everyone and Vanessa who is outside their circle.

"I'll wait for everyone's return… Everyone will be rewarded and please look forward to it."
