Chapter 113 - 106.2

The silver haired young man smirked as she just behaved in the hold of the sixth demon general.

She would just act helpless in the hands of these demons as it was not yet the right time.

Earlier, before the tournament could start, the vice headmaster excused himself to this session as he had something to do. The headmaster didn't ask as he was used to Quin being always busy but he didn't thought that the other was preparing for the plan of the silver haired young man.

The only thing that Chun was curious was who would be the ones that Quin would be inviting to ȧssist their plans. It wouldn't be any ordinary martial practitioners as handling these demons were troublesome. Unless he invited many martial experts who were in the Late realm.

Fourth smiled as he spectated the bloody scene. The smell of blood made him aroused. It was a stimulating him as he couldn't help but smile from his subordinates' slaughter. Though, he felt that the more they killed those martial practitioners, the most the mortal cultivators retaliated. Even that Thundra was somehow on their side.

Sixth who couldn't control her bloodlust, kicked the hind legs of the silver haired young man which made Chun to groan in pain as she suddenly knelt on the ground.

"I would love to taste you but it's not time yet," the seductive voice of the sixth demon general sounded near the ear of Chun while Sixth licked her chin.

The silver haired young man tried to wipe it using her sleeves as she was disgusted by this lecherous demon. She frowned while counting in her head. Although, Chun had patience but she couldn't help but be annoyed by this licentious behavior. She adhered to cleanliness and being licked by her sworn enemy gave her goosebumps.

'Disgusting.'

He must avenge the lost of his fellow demons during the Great War because of those traitors.

"Sixth, you go take the core. I'll handle this person," Fourth commanded as the other tsked while pushing Chun to the ground as she let her go.

The fourth demon general offered his hand to the silver haired young man but Chun ignored it as she stood on her own. She had no plans of running away as she knew that Fourth would mercilessly capture her and she would only just exerting effort to such useless act.

Fourth was amused to the calm young man as she didn't even tried to escape.

'He's smart.'

Chun wasn't bothering herself to Fourth as she realized that a piece was suddenly solved. Inferring to what the fourth general commanded to the other, the core was their main task.

The silver haired young man had been figuring out about the motive of the demons in attacking the Institute as even the three trusted generals were sent for this mission. It would be dumb to think that they were here just for destroying the school as they had many opportunities to do so and from that point, Chun guessed that the Demon King gave them an important mission.

But what would they do to the core?

Knowing that it was just fake as Chun had already obtained it from the past.

Then, there's no need to panic.

Suddenly, the falling hard ice stopped as the thunder bird was running out with control.

The fourth demon general smiled on this luck as he knew that the control of that beast wouldn't last long. It made the travel of the demons to be smooth as it was not being deterred by the ceased weather.

On the side of the headmaster, they thought that they were winning this tirade but the demons kept on coming from those floating black portals, even the hardworking Xiao Fen felt his energy was nearing to exhaustion. It would be easy if he could just summon his ultimate attack but it would also kill the mortals so he didn't use it. And using his normal attacks was slowly draining his energy.

Looking on his lost of control with the weather, Xiao Fen only sighed as he thought.

'Where was the back-up? Are they coming?'

They already planned that Xiao Fen would first do his act until the vice headmaster would come with the back up.

The thunder bird glanced to the calm silver haired young man standing beside the fourth demon general. Chun had a serene-look that made the Thundra to be calm as well.

He trusted his master.

Fourth was bored of waiting as he started a conversation, "Aren't your surprised?"

"Surprise to what?" Chun deadpanned.

The fourth demon general was annoyed by this small reaction as he frowned while opening his hands and pointed to himself and to the scene.

"This, that, those."

Fourth wanted to make a point as he would like to see the silver haired young man being frightened from their losing part.

It was a heavy atmosphere felt in the Harconia's most largest and heavily sealed arena hall as the dense packed dark energy was coming out from the always smiling gentleman. With his subordinates kept pouring out from the portals located around the institute.

Instructors, students and even the sect disciples from the three hidden sects were fighting the demons that were under the command of Fourth, one of the ten generals of the Demon King.

The hot-tempered Eighth didn't stood by Fourth's side as he smiled maniacally while unleashing his temper around.

Slashing the cultivators and torturing them as he pleased. Fourth maintained his gentle smile as he observed the bloody scene, heads dropping to the ground and bodies being mutilated.

Demons were violent in their ways, it can be seen on this situation that they didn't left any body unmarred.

They continued their manslaughter and cries of those martial cultivators resounded in the arena-hall while Fourth observed the expression of the silver haired young man.

'I never thought that always punctual Quin would be delayed on this important event.'

Chun was about to call out the Demon Prince who was keeping to himself as he was very very angry. Observing those lecherous hands, he noted the clueless Sixth in his hitlist. The first demon that he wanted to kill.

She tainted his precious young master and only erasing her from existence was the solution to it. The expressionless butler clenched his hands as he awaited for the signal of the silver haired young man.

'Young lord?'

'Wait…'

Zzzztt!

Chun heard a strange noise which was coming from above. Immediately, she looked up and saw that the black portals were starting to shake.

The silver haired young man used her divine perception to zoom her vision to the edge of the arena as she noticed something. She smiled when she saw the familiar figures.

'Such unruly yet intelligent students.'

"What is happening?" Some demons noticed the shaking of the portals and they felt the dark energy emitting from it was slowly disappearing.

The black portals weren't only for their transportation but it also brought dark energies from the dark lands to ȧssist them in their fight.

Fourth narrowed his eyes as he looked towards the direction where Chun was looking.

'Those sneaky brats!'

"Eighth!"

Immediately, Eighth moved as he disappeared from his spot, going to handle those brats.

'Art!'

Li Li was happy as she was able to help her teacher, even the others were celebrating on their success of destroying the foundations of those portals but Han was first to act as he shielded his teammates from the attack of the demon general.

Eighth smirked from the bravery of the brat who was able to deflect his attack. But his smirked turned into a terrified expression as he looked at the person who was holding the back of Han while holding the clawed hands of the demon general.

Truthfully, if Han was only the one to receive that attack then he would be dead by now. Though, he had a secret technique passed down by his clan as an ȧssassin but it would be useless against a demon and a demon general at most.

Eighth smiled from his misfortune as he clashed with the Demon Prince. He knew that this was a one-sided battle.

The fourth demon general who was feeling his victory awhile ago was now in a state of alarm as he saw that one by one the portals was disappearing while his soldiers were being defeated by those mortals.

He didn't predicted this to happen. The Demon King would be unhappy to this if he knew.

Knowing the Demon King's wrath, Fourth immediately saw the standing silver haired young man as he took hold of her.

'Right, this would stop them.'

He thought that if he hold hostage of Chun, he could escape.

But…

"Let go of him!"

The familiar voice of the vice headmaster resounded as white haired individuals surrounded the corners of the arena hall.

It was the Faire soldiers.

They had their bows and arrows, ready to take aim. Even their chanters were prepared to take action.
