Chapter 130 - 123

Xanxia is just a small world realm that was hand crafted by the Creator. No matter what how they were a world of varying cultures and races. It couldn't be denied that it was still a mere new world in between the different ancient senior dimensions and realms.

But there was something special about this world; simulations. Generated simulations that emerged during the new era.

This was after the story of the World Tree.

A man and a woman birthed out from the World Tree. Two huge fruit came down from the branches of the tree and when it reached the ground, it started to break and a person came out.

A woman appeared from it, she observed her environment as she slowly stepped her feet. She stumbled at first as she was not used to her two feet and unfamiliar for her environment. After practicing for the mean time, she got the hang of it.

The woman turned around to see her surroundings, the place was a garden as it was full of vibrant flowers, trees and the lively sturdy tree that its body evoked a feeling that it couldn't be toppled. The hug tree was the most eye-catching scenery in this enchanting surrounding. She could feel a sense of attachment to the tree as if a child needing comfort from her parents.

While she was in dazed, figuring out her emotions. She snapped out and having an innate knowledge, she wandered around to find large leaves to cover her nȧkėdness.

As the garden was provided by the World Tree, the woman live abundantly there with no worries until a companion came. The said companion came out from the fruit that was left untouched after the day that the woman was born as it was protected by the World Tree.

A man came out from the fruit and he was the same as the woman, he wasn't able to get used to his environment but was able to cope up with it.

They both got along together and they liked each other. As they lived peacefully with the World Tree, a hunter came. He was a human hunter that accidentally crossed the border between time and space which was the barrier of the garden between the forest that the hunter would usually hunted on.

At that time, the man wasn't present as he looked for a gift for the woman as he was planning to propose to her. He already confided with the World Tree about his feelings for the woman and the tree advised him to make effort for it.

Meanwhile in the midst of tall trees, a man who was sleeping on a thick branch as he cradled his bow heard a soft tune. He was awaken by it as he got down from his sleeping spot, the hunter followed the sound until he saw a beauty with long raven black hair bathing in the river.

"A river spirit?" The hunter whispered as he slowly crept near the woman.

Creeek!

A branch broke from the foot of the hunter as he cursed for his misfortune.

"Who's there?" The woman stated as she covered her body. As the woman turned around, the hunter was enthralled by her beauty, she got red ruby eyes that was glaring at him with anger which the hunter found entertaining.

"Miss, Are you a river spirit?"

"River s-spirit? W-what's that?" The woman was adjusting her tongue to the language of the human as she was surprised to be able to understand this unfamiliar language.

"You know, spirit nymphs are beautiful as enchanting like you," the hunter praised as his dark cerulean eyes observed the blushing woman.

Even though the woman wasn't able to perceived that the hunter was praising her - her reaction was by instincts.

"What are you doing here? Do you need help?" The hunter offered his hands to the woman, as the woman reluctantly took it and the hunter pulled her up towards him.

This started their short-lived story, they would usually meet by the stream as it was the only place that the hunter could crossed. They would spend their time together, happily, but all of the good things were temporary. The man who was sad by the rejection of the woman found out that the woman that he loved was seeing a human.

Due to his jealousy, he planned to kill the human hunter when they see each other again by the stream. The hunter at that time was waiting for his lover when unexpectedly he was stabbed by 'her' on the back.

He died while in mixed emotions as he stared with lost, betrayal, anger and sadness to the woman that he loved. After the human hunter died, the smirking woman turned back into the man as he washed his hands on the river and hide the dagger behind his back pocket. Then he walked away, leaving the dead human hunter.

"Cian? Where are you? Stop hiding again. It won't work on me!" As the woman's cheery voice was heard, the silence of the forest greeted her.

Until she saw her dead lover was bathing on his own blood.

"Cian! What h-happened?" As she cried with grief while hugging the dead body. The man 'coincidentally' came out from the trees he was hiding in as he comforted the woman.

Days went on but in the garden that the World Tree's haven, the time stood still. But the feeling of pain and sadness did not stayed still. The woman went back to her usual-self yet her eyes was saying the opposite.

Finally, the man was able to obtained the mutual affection from the woman until the World Tree birthed a child for them. A child that created Xanxia.

Then deities after deities was born from the World Tree until they were all ten of them to manage the ten continents. The man and woman was still living in the garden in which the World Tree created, while their child - the Creator travelled diverse realms.

Having regain her third fragment which enabled her to retain some of her memories as a deity. She remembered an innate memory that would be passed down from deity to deity. It was the memory of the World Tree. And the truth regarding about the story of those two direct descendants of the World Tree.

But Chun set aside that thought as she continued to listen the story of Nala, the Alpha of this group.

The Alpha might have no sense of time crisis as he begun to tell the origin of the simulation which related to the Story of the World Tree, and Chun was patiently listening as she was not in an hurry to accomplish the task for this test and she was more interested to what this Alpha needed there help for.

As expected, what she heard was just a common story that could be read in books which was modified from the real one that only Chun and the deities in the Qi Mountain knew of.

Opposite to the patience of the silver haired young man, the kimono girl's patience was running thin as she interrupted the other. They were still the same spot and it was alread afternoon and this young man was talking nonsense with them, not getting to the point.

"So what is it? Let's get it straight to the point."

Feeling the cold glare of the short haired girl.

Chun smirked in amusement while on the other hand, Nala who was being directed with it, shivered. It was great contrast to his beast form but it was still pardonable as his beast spirit named Sed was really ferocious while his human counterpart was this calm and gentle youth.

Their pairing was odd but complementing.

"Sorry about that I just got carried away as it's been days that I talked to new people."

Chun frowned as she asked, "What do you mean?"

Knowing that they could be trusted, Nala revealed his distress.

"In fact we have no idea how we got to be on this island. As I remembered, our group was in hunting but suddenly the ground shook and we got knocked out from consciousness, and then waking up in the same place but as we wanted to return to our tribe, the path to home was nowhere in sight as we witnessed that the Concave Forest turned into an island."

The silver haired young man realized something as she heard that, although the space that the simulation area could copy came from the other dimension as well as replicating the creatures living there but it never got to a point that a certain race with spiritual consciousness could be also taken.

In a normal scenario of modifying and copying a simulation area from an another dimension, only those being without spiritual awareness could be allowed but in Nala's case, the opposite happened.

It might be only Chun was knowledgeable about simulations as Yu In Na had no expression on her face as if she took this, normally.

'Something strange is happening.'
