Fan MeiLi was doing her rounds delivering the mail for the different department when she heard a ding on her phone. Going to a corner she saw it was from Zhang Jing and a bright smile formed on her face.

[Zhang Jing: Tonight, you and me and the mall. I need to dress to impress for your company's gala.]

[Fan MeiLi: You look good in anything you were, do you have to go all out?]

[Zhang Jing: Of course! Don't you know this is a great and more importantly a once in a lifetime event to meet the high society of China.]

[Fan MeiLi: Maybe but they might be more focused on our new product.}

[Zhang Jing: I'm not looking for a relationship just a small pond to dip.]

[Fan MeiLi: If you say so.]

[Zhang Jing: I do! So... Mall tonight?]

[Fan MeiLi: Fine, I'll meet you there at six.]

[Zhang Jing: Yay! See you later.]

Fan MeiLi put her phone away and went back to her rounds, but when she got to the six floors she heard yelling. Peeking her head around the corner she saw a young lady in a green dress yelling at the receptionist. At first, she believed that she leave but she got that feeling once more and slowly started forward to the scene. As she got closer she was able to hear what the two women were saying and decided to watch as things played out.

"Are you stupid! Do you not know who I am?" The lady in the green dress yelled.

"I'm sorry miss but I'm just telling you what I know." The receptionist said meekly.

"I can't believe someone as stupid as you work here! I came here to meet with the director and I'll do just that." The lady yelled and started to walk to the offices in the back only to be blocked by the receptionist.

"I'm really sorry but I can't allow that."

"You! Who are you! I'm not someone the Hansoo group can pay to offend."

The lady in green thought that she had made her point only to stop by the receptionist once more, "I said get out of my way, you stupid girl!" She yelled raising her head.

Fan MeiLi didn't know when but her body moved before she could think and she held the lady's wrist. Seeing that she was stopped by someone the lady in green looked behind her with anger on her face.

"How dare you!"

"Violence never solves anything, besides why hit her for following the rules." Fan MeiLi stated lowering the lady's hand.

"Who are you to get involved?"

"I work in the company and I can't just watch as a fellow colleague get abused for no reason."

"You! How dare you get in my way!"

"Why not?" Fan MeiLi asked with a calm smile.

"I'm Jiang Ying Yue, my father is on the board and I could have you all fire!"

Fan MeiLi shook her head and gave this young lady a cold stare, "Who cares about your father. What does that have to do with you?"

"What?"

"Your father might be a big shot in the company but you are not. Right now you are just like a child throwing a tantrum when not getting their way."

"A child!"

"The director told this nice receptionist to not allow you entry but instead of being calm and rational you wanted to abuse power and use violence. Only very small people or little children act in such ways, so which are you?" Fan MeiLi said as looked the lady in her eyes.

Everyone who was watching the scene agreed with Fan MeiLi's reasoning and looked at Jiang Ying Yue with disapproving looks and frowns. Seeing everyone focus on her Jiang YingYue started to blush and she glared at Fan MeiLi.

"You'll pay for the way you treated me today!" She yelled before she stormed away.

Seeing her leave Fan MeiLi let out a breath and gave the receptionist a smile before walking away. What happened today was spread around the company and many employees wanted to know who was the mysterious lady who spoke out. They all know when dealing with higher-ups and their families they have to play a certain role but to bravely speak against them is another thing. The talk of the brave female employees spread everywhere all the way to the top. When Li Wei heard what happen he broke out in a rare smile and found such an incident funny.

Fan MeiLi left work to meet up with Zhang Jing not knowing that she caught the attention of China's most dangerous guy once more.
