Hansoo Group (Wednesday)

When Fan MeiLi walked into the company it was such a different mood compared to last Friday, some people where happy while others were depressed. During the two days the company was close, a lot of people got fired for plotting against the CEO, and the many got promotions. The employees who were depressed as those who spent time kissing up to their bosses for better rewards.

Fan MeiLi walked toward the mailroom with a calm smile, she was happy that she was a new employee who didn't have to worry about the power struggles in Hansoo group. When she arrived at her department she saw Mr. Wang with a group of unfamiliar faces. Putting her purse down she walked over to see who the new group was and what was happening.

Mr. Wang saw Fan MeiLi and stopped and directed the group to another employee who worked in the mailroom to take over, pulling Fan MeiLi into his office. Once inside he sat at his desk and motion for her to have a seat.

Feeling nervous about the situation Fan MeiLi calming asked, "Mr. Wang, what's going on? What did you have to say to me?"

"Miss Fan, don't look so nervous, you're not in trouble." Mr. Wang said with a smile.

At hearing Mr. Wang's words, Fan MeiLi felt some of the nerves break away but she couldn't be completely calm because there was a reason Mr. Wang wanted to speak.

"Miss Fan, as you know, the company is going through a lot of changes, and many people are moving around to different departments."

"So, I'm not getting fired but transferred?" Fan MeiLi asked with a confused tilt of her head.

"Not exactly. To be honest I have no clue at what will happen to you."

Fan MeiLi was even more confused by his words and it showed clearly on her face.

"When I arrived this morning I was told that you should report to the top floor." Mr. Wang continued.

"Top floor? As in the president?"

"The CEO to be exact, you know that we have no active president and our company's CEO does both parts." Mr. Wang corrected.

Her heart started to beat and the weird feeling hit her so hard she started to feel sick. Fan MeiLi knew that if she ignored this feeling it would only get worse and something bad will happen. The only problem was meeting the rude, cold CEO, while he might have good moral ground he was still a rude guy. Completely deep in her thoughts she didn't hear Mr. Wang's other comments about her transfer.

"So Miss Fan, it was a pleasure to get to work and know you but I hope you shine in your new workplace." Mr. Wang said when Fan MeiLi finally focused back on his words.

"Mr. Wang, is there no way I could stay in this department?"

Mr. Wang was shocked by her words, he never met anyone who would want to stay in this small department rather than rise up in the ranks. He believes working with this young lady would be grand but unfortunately, the matter was out of his hand.

Fan MeiLi kept her face calm as possible ignoring the painful emotions of going against the feeling of meeting the CEO. She understood her mystical feelings would help the world somehow but she wanted a peaceful and calm life, and being near that powerful man would be nothing short of chaos.

"I'm sorry but I have no word when it comes to placement in the company. Miss Fan you have a great personality and work ethics, I'm sure you can make it anywhere you land."

She could only give Mr. Wang a sad smile knowing no words would change the matter of the situation. Giving him a final bow she left his office, grab her purse, and went to the elevator to go to the top floor.

As she got closer toward the top floor, Fan MeiLi started to feel better as her feeling went dim and the pain lessens. Her only hope was that maybe she could stay out of the CEO's sight and be a non-important person among a crowd.
