44 Chaos at the Salon 2

Jiang YingYue was beyond furious as she watched Fan MeiLi dismiss her and walk away from the situation. When she came back out of the dressing room with her coat and purse, she fully intended to walk past ignoring everyone. Just as she was about to walk out of the back area and get Zhang Jing, Jiang YingYue grabbed her stopping her in her tracks.

"Where do you think you're going? I won't let you leave until you give me that dress!" She yelled.

Fan MeiLi was starting to get angry by Jiang YingYue constant wining, she believed that someone as old as she should have learned the lifelong lesson of you can't always get everything you want. Looking over her shoulder and glaring at Jiang YingYue, "I already said I have better things to do than listen to your complaints. Also, if you're so great as you say you are then maybe you should behave like such a person." Fan MeiLi stated while leaving.

Some of the shop employees looked at Jiang YingYue with pity in their eyes, completely agreeing to Fan MeiLi's statement. The senior employee saw the situation had finally calmed down and went over to Jiang YingYue. "Miss Jiang, I'm sorry we couldn't be of more help but we have many dresses that would make you shine." She said with a nervous smile.

Jiang YingYue slapped the shop employees hand away and stormed her way to the front of the store. Seeing that Fan MeiLi already left she took her fury out on the shop and made a promise to close their entire chain.

In the car taking her to a nail shop, Fan MeiLi tried to put the whole situation behind her but it was hard with Zhang Jing asking a million question. "What happened? I heard a bunch of yelling and the shop employees stopped us from going back there to check the situation out." She asked.

"It was nothing, just a child yelling when they couldn't get their way." Fan MeiLi said letting out a sigh.

Zhang Jing let out a laugh, "I really wished I could have watched you performed. If you're calling someone a child than it only means you really find the other party shameless and annoying."

Fan MeiLi could only smile, loving the fact that Zhang Jing could see right through her words. Honestly, she had a personality that never bothers with others and strives to be treated as she wishes to be treated. With that in mind, Fan MeiLi couldn't stand people who never learned common lessons.

When the two got to the nail salon they completely put in the incident with Jiang YingYue behind them and enjoyed the rest of the day getting pampered. Before they realized it the night already came to them and the two ladies waited for the car that CEO Li sent for them to use. Zhang Jing was basically glowing with excitement, "Tonight is going to be so much fun! I also can't wait to see you with CEO Li, I still can't believe you're dating the number one man in China."

"I don't think that anything special is going to happen. Besides, I fear after tonight my peaceful life will be no more." Fan MeiLi said letting out a loud sigh.

Seeing the car arrive, Zhang Jing grabbed her hand with a bright smile, "Don't worry! No matter what happens tonight we'll enjoy ourselves and deal with the aftermath tomorrow." She said getting into the car.

"Besides, compared to four years ago I don't think anything can really bring you down MeiLi."

Fan MeiLi smiled at Zhang Jing's words, calming her mind and strengthen her resolve to fully enjoy the party. Her best friend was right, tomorrow can bring a whole truck of problems but that is a story for another day. With that thought in mind, Fan MeiLi put on a bright smile when the car stopped in front of the Grand Blue Hotel where Elder Li's party was being held for the night.

Opening the door for her with his hand out, Li Wei gave Fan MeiLi a charming smile, "Ready for your world to change completely?" He asked placing her hand in his arm.

"My world already changed when it came to meeting you, everything else is just going with the flow of events." Fan MeiLi said with a smile as the two walked into the hotel as photos and the media yelled to get their attention.
