183 She was feeling tired for a few days

Although Mrs Smith, Alicia and Zinu had already guessed about Dolly's pregnancy, they never thought that her health condition would be like that. Nobody could utter a single word. Everyone was so much shocked that, nobody could move from their place for a long time. Everyone was regretting not taking proper care of Dolly.

Zinu was the saddest among the all. For the last three months, Dolly was with her most of the time, but she did not know her conditions. She as well as other members of the family also feeling guilty to engage Dolly in the investigation of the map. Because Dolly had to do hard work for the search for the map.

"I..... I should not take her with me for the investigation of the map. She was feeling tired for a few days. I should take her to the doctor earlier." Zinu could not keep her tears.

"Yes, Zinu.It is not your fault. So, do not feel so miserable for her. She will be fine. We will take proper care of her from now on. So, don't worry." Mrs Smith said with her confident voice.

Zinu nodded and got up to go near Dolly. Everyone followed her. She knocked at the door and entered. Dolly just opened her eyes. She shocked to see everyone. Charlie was holding her hands.

"What are you all doing here? Have you come to see my makeup? Zinu, where is the makeup man? I have to do the makeup. I was feeling so tired, so I may sleep." She said Zinu.

She could not understand why everyone was staring at her like that. She raised her brows and looked at Charlie.

"You are not doing any makeup, Dolly. You are not going anywhere. And from now on you can not leave the Smith Manor. You have to stay in bed for the next few months. You have done a lot of works already. But, now no more works. Ok?" John said Dolly in his serious voice.

He could not bear her sickness due to not taking proper rest. He was very happy to hear the news of Dolly's pregnancy, but everything spoiled by the news of her illnesses.

Dolly shocked to hear John's words. She could not understand why John is telling all these. At first, she thought that he is joking, but when she looked at everyone's faces, she came to know that he is not joking at all. There must be something serious happened. But she could not guess what is it?

Charlie held her hand and said in low voice, "Dolly. He is correct. You can not leave the bed for the next few months. It is for the welfare of you and our baby."

"What welfare of me and ba..... What did you just say? Please repeat it."

Dolly could not believe her ears. Her mouth opened wide like a big 'O'.Zinu smiled at her reaction. She also expecting this from her. She went forward and took a hand of Dolly. Dolly came out from her shocked state and looked at Zinu.

"Yes, Dolly.Congratulations.You are going to be a mother. We are so happy for you. But the doctor said that you are very weak. So, you have to take bed rest for the next month. You don't worry. You will be fine after proper rest. You are going to live in Smith Manor from now on."

"Are....are you trying to say that, am I pregnant? But how is it possible? I mean, I never thought it." Dolly said in her dreamy voice.

"Yes, my dear. You are three and a half months pregnant. I will get my second great-grandchild very soon. So, please take care of your health. We all will also take care of your and my great-grandchild. You don't worry. You will be fine in no time." Mrs Smith said with a smile.

"Charlie, please come with me. I have to design the room for my nephew or niece. Later I may be busy." John said happily.
