202 The secret room

"Yes. I am also thinking about the same thing. How can be there is a secret room here when nobody knew it's existence? Even if Lucas has renovated it later, at least Neil Partick should have known about it. Otherwise how anyone can add some room randomly in a house like this? I don't know why, but feeling something creepy here." Karl replied.

"There are much more things we have to discover than we thought," Charlie said thoughtfully. Karl nodded.

"Boss, here is your laptop." A security guard handed Charlie his laptop. He accepted it and tried to hack the systems present in that house.

Karl left to search for the other rooms. He and the other securities searched for a long time. Mrs Smith's guess was correct. They were able to find out the hidden cameras in each room. Lucas had even installed a microphone in Neil Patrick's room.

"Lucas is really very clever. He was keeping his eyes like this on you. He must have known everything beforehand. So, he was able to Kidnap Zinu so easily." Karl said to Neil Patrick, who was standing near him.

"But, I think, that is not possible. Mrs Smith had alerted me and my wife about it, so we both were cautious. We two never talked anything between us, which can create any suspicion. Even we used the telephone and mobile very limited. I only used messages to keep in contact with Mrs Smith. Mrs Smith told us that, our phone calls may be also be tapped. "Neil Patrick said. 

" Ok. "Karl replied and went near Charlie, who was trying to hack the nearby CCTV footage.

" Have you got anything?"Charlie asked Karl. He nodded and informed about his findings.

"Yes. There are hidden cameras in every room, so there must have some recordings. " Karl asked Charlie. 

"No Karl. That Lucas is not a fool to leave anything for us. I think he knew that we will be here anytime, so he shifted the computers where were the recordings. He must have deleted the all the recordings as I could get nothing. I don't know what software he is using, but I even could not hack anything."Charlie replied in frustration. 

Charlie was trying to get some clues about Lucas through the systems that Lucas used. But he failed. 

Both Karl and Charlie were more worried now. They tried almost the whole night, but they could not get anything.

They discussed their future plan. They both knew that without any clue, they would not be able to find Zinu.

" Karl, now what to do?"Charlie asked worriedly. He added."I think we should take a little rest. My brain had stopped working. We at least should wait for Rosa. I think she is the only way left for us."

"Yes. I am also feeling the need for a shower. Let us wait for the boss. I think he would be better after sleep. David would also be reached here by then."

After the shower, they felt the required freshness. Everyone had their breakfast prepared by Neil Patrick and again they tried to find out the way to go out from the secret room. This time they explored the garden and backyard, where Neil Patrick and his wife had found the footprints. But there too they could not find anything.

As they were entering the house again, Karl's phone rang. It might be an important call, as he received the call immediately. Charlie noticed that the expression of Karl changed when he was speaking on the phone. He guessed that something bad had happened.

"If you don't want to die in my hand, find her as soon as possible," Karl shouted at the phone and hung up the call.

Karl's face paled. He sat down on the stairs with a thud. He could not speak anything for some time. Charlie was worried to see his expression.

"What happened Karl? Does something bad happened to anyone?" Charlie asked worriedly. But Charlie got no reply from Karl. He was looking at the distance with dull eyes.

"Are you fine Karl? What happened? Will you go to the doctor?" Charlie asked again worriedly.

He never saw Karl like this. He was a very strong man. Even when Karl fought with the terrorists, Charlie did not saw his face paled like now. Karl looked like very weak.

Charlie sat down near Karl and kept his hand on Karl's shoulder. Karl looked at Charlie. Charlie can feel the frustration in his eyes.

"Charlie boss. We have lost our last hope to find our lady boss." Karl said with a sad tone.

Charlie shocked to hear Karl.Last hope !!

"What? Did you just say that last hope to find out the lady boss? Is that means Rosa....?" 

"Yes. Rosa ran away from the hospital." Karl replied with his eyes lowered.

"How is this possible? I had kept two guards there. How she could run away?"

"The guard said that She regained her consciousness in the early morning. Doctors and nurses visited her and informed the guards that, she is fine now. Some moments ago, a nurse entered her ward to do the dressing of her wound, but she was shocked to see that Rosa was not in the ward. When she informed about her to the guards, they went inside. Rosa used the bed sheets and other clothes available in the ward and using those, she climbed down the hospital building and ran away. She must leave the hospital after regaining her consciousness."

"I don't know what is happening to us! Now, what to do? We must find out Rosa by anyhow. Let me check for the CCTV footage of the hospital building."Charlie said and got up to go to the room again, but stopped to see a security guard came running towards them.
