241 The map

"Did you say that my grandfather had got the map from Lucas's father. But why? I mean ,where did he get the map? Was not that map with my great grandfather?" John Smith asked confusedly.

"Yes Mr John Smith. The map of the diamond mine was with your great grand father. He wanted to gift the diamond mine to his son Oliver ,when he would have the age of eighteen. I am not sure how, but when his friends and his group members came to knew about the map, they wanted get it from your great grand father. They decided to use every means to get the map from him. Lucas father was the only man ,who opposed it. He tried to save your great grand father from the people who was behind the map.

Everyone was aware about the cost and demand of diamond your great grand father had found. As my boss said me ,it can be worth of multi billions. As per the rumor, there were tons of diamond on that mine. Anyone who would be own it, would be the most wealthy person in the world .That is why everyone tried to get tried to get their hands on that map. They killed your great grandmother and tried to kill your great grandfather and his son also. But your great grandfather somehow managed to escape with your grandfather and knocked at his cousin cum best friend's door for help.

I think you are also aware that, apart from their friendship, My boss's father was your great grandfather's cousin also. So your great grandfather could not trust anyone else other than him. He left Mr Olivar Smith and also the map with him and leave the house. But he too shot by the same people, who shot your great grand mother.

Lucas's father sent Mr Olivar Smith to the orphanage, to keep him away from the enemies. No one could find out the map or Mr Olivar Smith for a long time. But after his marriage with your grandmother, he went to meet Lucas father in their house.

Lucas's father was waiting long for that day. He handed over the map he was hiding all these years with him to Mr Oliver Smith .He explained everything to him. Lucas somehow overheard their conversation and got angry at his father.

Lucas never could think that his father can hide these much wealth from his own son.That night after Mr Oliver Smith and his wife left their house, Lucas tried to find out more details about the map from his father ,but his father did not tell him a word about it. Lucas got very angry at him and tried to strangle him. His father had a weak heart,so he could not tolerate his son's torture and died that night. After that incident Lucas left his home forever.

My boss tried to snatch the map from Mr Olivar Smith many times, but he could not got it. Thats why he killed him mercilessly .After the death of Mr Olivar Smith, he tried to search the map in the Old Smith Manor ,but he could got nothing. He sent his man to ask Mrs. Smith about it ,but she too had no idea about the map.

He could not tolerate that his father was hiding such a big secret from him for all these years. If his father wanted to give everything to Lucas, he could have easily give him. Not a soul would be able to know about that. Mr Oliver Smith himself was not aware of all these, but he never gave more importance to Lucas than Mr Olivar Smith.

Apart from this Mrs Smith rejected his marriage proposal and get married to Mr Olivar Smith.Lucas was envious for all these . So he decided to destroy everything related to Mr Olivar Smith."Jackson explained .

Everyone were lost in their own world. Although they assumed about Lucas's crime and his reasons behind it, but now they can came to know the real reasons behind it.

"So he is holding grudges all these years for this? What a pity! He had destroyed his own life and killed his family members for all these. What if he let all these go !Then everyone would have been so happy.He killed so many people for his grudges against my grandfather." John Smith broke the silence.

"I have seen my boss's suffering for all these years. Somehow I feel pity on him. Although he killed man after man and became a heartless monster, but he always missed his family. He always mentioned about his wife ,his son and his grandson, whenever he drunk.

I know he missed them very much, but he never showed his love to anyone for his pride. Ones he mentioned about killing his own son ,daughter -in -law and also his grandson.              Although he killed them, but he cried for them everyday after getting drunk. He mentioned that he missed them very much, but he never did contacted them .He wanted to become stronger .As per him ,if he tried to keep in contact with his family, they would make his will weaker." Jackson sighed and added.

"Thank you Jackson for all these information. Now we know about the past life of Lucas . "Charlie thanked Jackson.

" You were the personal assistant of Lucas.He did trust you much. As per our report says,you were the right hand of Lucas. As David told me,It was Lucas who saved your mother a few years ago and now it is also the same Lucas behind the attack on your mother. Why?Why did you became an enemy to Lucas? Why did you ran away from the Green Island,When your boss might be still there." John Smith asked after thinking for a moment.

"Yes you are correct. I was the right hand of my boss, but he did some sin again, which I could not tolerate. I can tolerate everything, but how can I bear the loss of my loved one? As I had said he is a heartless monster. So he could not understand all these feelings. But I am still a human. I have some feelings. So I decided to leave him. But he tried to kill me and my mother for that." Jackson said in sad voice.

"What about his hideout now? Is he now in the Green Island? Is Mr Lee with him?"John Smith asked in calm voice.

"To tell about his hideout,I really can not say it for sure.He had never used same place for hiding himself twice for all these years.I can tell you some places in the Green Island to search for him, but as per my speculations he had already left the island long ago." Jackson replied.

"That is impossible. How can he leave the island, when our people is on guard from the time of attack the island." Karl said in surprised voice. He could not believe in Jackson's words, as he had kept more than hundred people on guard.

Jackson smiled at him mysteriously. Everyone shocked to see his smile.

"Do you think it is easy to keep Lucas in one place for a long time? If I am not wrong, he had left the island immediately, when he come to know about your attack. He never stay in a place for a long time, if he can see any potentiality of attack by someone." Jackson replied.

"But we attacked the island from all the sides. How can he go out without our notice? He must use the water route to ran away. But as per the guards, no one left the island since they had harbored there." Karl asked confusedly.
