Chapter 77 - Inlove

Two days had already passed since Knight and Ayesha came back from their trip. And during those two days, Aria kept on asking Ayesha on what happened during their trip, and until now she still keeps on pestering Ayesha to tell her what happened.

"Yesha! Why won't you tell me what happened on your trip with Mr. Salvador?" Aria asked. "Are you hiding something from me, your best friend?" Aria said as she grabs her ċhėst while looking at Ayesha like she feels hurt because Ayesha is keeping secrets.

Ayesha sighed and grab Aria's shoulder, "I am not hiding something from you Aria. I can't tell you what happened during the trip because it's just there is nothing to tell Aria." Ayesha uttered and she continues arranging her things. Their class has just ended, Ayesha stood up and dragged Aria out from their classroom.

"Are you sure you are not hiding something from me?" Aria asked again and Ayesha reassured her that she is not hiding something, which is a total lie.

"Let's go to the cafe nearby, I want to eat something sweet." Ayesha's paced became so fast that it looks like she is running away from someone, which is true. She doesn't want to bump and sees her fiance on the corridors. She still remembered what he did on the day, that they were so supposed to go home.

"Hey why are you so fast? Are you that hungry?" Aria asked as she tries to keep up with Ayesha.

The two young ladies arrived at the cafe, Aria was the one who ordered their food while Ayesha went to look for a table.

She found a table near the window and sat there.

While waiting for Aria, she took her phone and saw some messages and miscalls from Knight.

Ayesha opened the message and read them all.

"Hey baby! Where are you? Let's have some snacks together!"

"Are you still mad at me?"

"Baby! Please answer my call!"

"Ayesha where are you? Let's talk!"

"Baby, please talk to me. I'm sorry! Promise I won't do it again ????. I swear! Please forgive me baby!

After reading his message, Ayesha didn't bother replying and she even turned her phone off. She looked at the counter's direction and saw Aria walking towards her direction.

"The food will be served!" Aria uttered and sat down on the chair across Ayesha.

"I'll come to your house later. I'll teach you about the lesson. I can't believe that Mr. Fiance took you on a trip during the most crucial days of your student life." Aria just shook her head, thinking about what Mr. Salvador did make her head, ache.

Ayesha stared at Aria, "Are you in love?" She asked her best friend.

"Me? In love? Yeah maybe I'm in love, I'm in love with foods" Aria jokingly said.

"Not with foods Aria. With someone! Are you in love with someone?" Ayesha asked again as she eyed Aria suspiciously.

"How can you say I'm in love?" Aria asked.

"You look blooming! Your skin is glowing" Ayesha pointed out Aria's obvious reasons.

"Ayesha I think you need to get your eyes checked. I'm not in love okay?" Ayesha was about to say something when the waiter came and serve their food.

Ayesha keeps on staring at Aria, "I know she's a little bit childish but somethings have changed. Is she in love with Clint? Maybe something happened between the two of them while I was away." Ayesha suspiciously thought.

"Stop staring! I'm not in love with someone and if you are thinking of Clint, I am not in love with him. I think he has someone his in love with." Aria defended.

"Okay okay! You are not in love with someone but you are in love with food. But if ever your heart would beat for someone, tell me okay?" Ayesha said and Aria nodded. Even though Aria is older than her for just a couple of months, Aria is still like a baby, she's childish and her maturity would depend on the situation.

"Wait before I forgot! You should also need to tell me what happened when you meet Clint's mother. It should be detailed Aria." Aria nodded and tried to change the topic.

"Let's not talk about me anymore. Let's talk about you now Ayesha." Aria said and she went closer to Ayesha.

"Your wedding is coming, are you excited?" She whispered in a very low voice.

"Oh! Sh*t! I almost forgot about the wedding" Ayesha honestly said. The wedding was scheduled a few weeks when she had fit her wedding dress and when the schedule of her semi-final exams was out, she forgot about the wedding.

"You forgot?" The shock was written all over Aria's face. Her best friend just went on an advanced honeymoon-trip with her husband and she forgot about her wedding.

"I was thinking about the exam. We will be very busy now you know." Ayesha uttered and sips from her yogurt shake.

"You have a point! I'm having doubts about my grades during the two major exams last month" Aria worriedly said. Aria and Ayesha are both smart it is just that Aria doesn't review that often.

"Let's not talk about the wedding anymore. I still have a few weeks left before that day would come. I must first focus all my attention on the exam" Ayesha stated and Aria just agreed to her.

"Why can't I reach her? She is still mad at me" Knight thought, his losing all his motivation to work for today.

"Mr. Salvador are you alright?" One of his co-teacher, Mr. Takashi asked. The teacher seems worried about him because his aura is so gloomy.

"I am alright Mr. Takashi! Thank you for asking" He politely replied to the P.E teacher.

"Oh! Good to know! Are you not going to have some snacks? Break time is almost done" Mr. Takashi asked.

" I have already eaten something" Knight replied. Louise made some snacks for him and Ayesha but she is still mad at him so he ate it all.

"Very well! I'll head now Mr. Salvador" The P.E teacher went out of the faculty room and Knight was the only one left in the room. He buried his face on his desk still waiting for Ayesha's reply.

"I shouldn't have done that to her" Knight sighed deeply. He was just teasing her that day, he didn't expect that "down" there would react when he saw his wife's reaction.
