Chapter 71 - Girl Talk

"You mind telling me what happened last night?" Lina asked as she adjusted the pillow on her lap and rested her elbows on it.

Right now, Lina was inside her room with Stacy sitting across from her.

---

Lina and Wayne woke Stacy up for lunch and the three cousins had a hearty meal with Wayne eagerly narrating the incident that occurred earlier.

He even imitated Lucille's shrill voice as she yelled at them and the two sisters burst into peals of laughter. But soon shut up when Mrs. Ping glared at them.

They completed their lunch and sat on the couches in the Main Hall and Wayne resumed his story. This time Mrs. and Butler Ping joined them in their laughter.

After a little while, Lina excused Stacy and herself and they both came back to her room.

----

Stacy just tilted her head and looked at Lina innocently.

"Oh, you know exactly what I am talking about!" Lina threw a pillow at her and she giggled as she caught it.

"Fine. What do you want to know?" Stacy sat in the same posture as Lina and answered.

"What exactly happened when I was on the dance floor? When I came back you were already slurping each other's saliva." Lina asked and Stacy shot her a glare.

"Gross, Lina! Do you have no filter on your mouth!" She chided her and shook her head while making a 'Tsk tsk' sound.

"It's called kissing and it's an action to show that you are interested in the opposite person." Stacy taught her and Lina just raised her eyebrows.

"So are you?" Lina asked but Stacy could not comprehend what she had asked.

"Are you interested in Aya?" She reiterated her question and this time Stacy let out an 'Ah'.

Stacy first nodded and then shook her head.

"What is that supposed to mean?" Lina rested her chin on her palms and tried to decipher what her cousin was trying to relay.

"It means that I do not know!" Stacy let out a huge sigh and shook her head.

"Then why did you kiss her?" Lina asked again.

"To know if I was interested in her?" Stacy repeated.

"So are you?" Lina felt a deja vu moment occurring.

"Arghh…! Nana I don't know! This is the first time I felt this way and that too with a woman." Stacy tugged on her hair and cried out.

"Did you know she is already in her thirties?" She looked up at Lina with sparkling eyes.

"Yea, I do. Shocking, isn't it?" Lina said and they both nodded.

"But back to the main topic. Do you see yourself having a relationship with her in the future?" Lina asked seriously and Stacy flinched at the word 'relationship'.

'I knew it! What's wrong with kids these days? So scared to be committed in a relationship.' She spoke just like one of the meddlesome aunties in the neighborhoods.

"Relationship is a big word, Nana. I am not even sure if I want to meet her again." Stacy murmured but Lina caught onto her words.

"So you were just fooling around with her? Just like you kissed that stranger at the bar last night?" Lina stared at her and she frantically shook her head.

"No way! Those were two different things!" She cried out.

"Completely different." She held onto her tummy as she said these last words.

Seeing this action of hers, Lina gasped and stared at her with her eyes wide open.

"Are you pregnant?" She screamed with her finger pointed at Stacy's tummy and Stacy almost choked on her saliva.

"What the fuck, Nana? Those books you read are perverting your brain!" She leaned forward and flicked hard at Lina's forehead.

"Ouch! You did not have to get so aggressive about it!" Lina rubbed her forehead which was slowly turning red because of the force with which Stacy had flicked her.

"What's the big deal? You just need to take a test for it and then run away from home. Then after a few years, you need to come back with your now super-genius baby and destroy the people who mocked you!" She excitedly told Stacy what to do.

"You weirdo! You think all that is easy?" Stacy admonished her but it looked like it did not enter Lina's face slapping plot filled brain.

"When Lucille could do it then so can you." Lina encouraged her and then stopped.

'Is Lucille back for revenge? But what did Uncle Pat ever do to her? Plus the biggest flaw is that Mandy isn't even a Yang.' She was still thinking when she saw a hand waving in front of her face.

"Yo, novel queen? Come back to me." Stacy snapped her fingers to get her attention.

"So you want me to be humiliated like Lucille?" She raised her brows and challenged Lina.

"Who dares to humiliate my sister? I'll strip the skin off their bodies!" Lina's eyes glowed and she immediately shook her head.

"I need to spend less time with Wade and Wayne." She cringed at herself and saw Stacy approving with a nod.

"Forget about all that. If it wasn't that you are pregnant, then why were you rubbing your tummy so tenderly?" Lina asked and Stacy just smiled sweetly as she thought about it.

---

Last night at Tremor,

When Lina had left Stacy with Aya and ran off to dance alone, Stacy looked at Aya with her eyebrows raised.

"So you've never flirted with a guy before huh? What do you want to know? I can help you out, I'm kind of an expert in that matter." Stacy spoke while pouring beer in their glasses.

When she looked up she noticed that Aya's attention was not on what she was speaking but on the dance floor where Lina was happily dancing.

"I think I might know the reason why you've never flirted with a guy." She said as she scooted close to Aya.

When Aya felt her move closer, she looked at her with her eyes questioning Stacy.

"Because you are into women. More particularly, that woman." Stacy pointed her finger and Aya followed it to find Lina in that direction.

"True and false." Aya held onto Stacy's hand and played with her fingers.

"What is that supposed to mean?" She did not pull her hand away because she liked how soft Aya's palm felt.

"It's true that I like women. But it's false that I like Lina, well not anymore." Aya faintly smiled at her as she let go of her hand.

Stacy felt a pang when she saw the look in her eyes but quickly shook her head and drank her beer.

"Your expressions are telling me a different story," Stacy said after she placed the empty glass on the table.

"I know that she won't ever think of me as anything more than a close friend, so I had no other option than to give up. Now, how can I prove it to you that I am over here?" Aya smiled at her and Stacy quickly looked around.

"Umm… How about you kiss someone else to prove it?" Stacy said when she looked back at her.

Aya chuckled and looked at her intensely.

"I can kiss anyone that catches my eye?" Aya asked and received a nod in reply.

"As long as the other party consents, you can kiss anyone you like." Stacy reminded her and waited for her to look around.

But Aya just kept staring at her and smiled seductively.

"Then may I kiss you?" She leaned forward and Stacy just froze.

'What the hell? She wants to kiss me?' Stacy panicked but her body did not move away.

"If you do not want me to, then just push me away," Aya spoke when they were just inches away from each other.

'Should I push her away?' Before Stacy could think any further, she felt Aya's soft lips pressed onto hers.

At first, she was still in shock and did not move at all. But when Aya moved away after kissing her, she snaked her arms around Aya's neck and pulled her in for another kiss.

This time it wasn't just a normal kiss on the lips, it was a kiss that left them breathless and wanting for more.

"I liked that!" Stacy giggled as she rested her forehead on Aya's and they both smiled.

'I don't know what exactly happened but that was one of the best kisses I've ever had!' Stacy blushed when she thought of this and pecked on Aya's lips once again.

"That's not gonna be enough, come here!" Aya greedily pulled Stacy onto her lap and they started making out once again.

This was exactly when Lina had seen them in the dark corner and decided not to disturb them.

----

Stacy turned a crimson color when she thought of the butterflies she had felt in her stomach when Aya pulled her onto her lap.

"It just felt really new and awesome when we kissed. I liked it but I don't know what to do next." Stacy confessed her thoughts and waited for Lina's advice.

"Just that? Oh, there are many videos on the internet for the next step. Just remember to use the incognito tab, in case someone else uses your computer." Lina sincerely advised and Stacy threw the pillow on her face.

"Lina, you pervert! I am talking about whether we start dating now or not! Not sex!" She clasped her burning cheeks and avoided her eyes.

"Wow! Stace, you are blushing! That's the first time I've ever seen you do that!" Lina gasped and was surprised to see Stacy acting like a teenager with a crush.

'Looks like Stacy likes Aya, now I need to talk to Aya and see how she feels about Stacy?' Lina decided to speak to her tonight.

"Wanna come along for the dinner party? You can meet Aya again." Lina proposed and Stacy hurriedly shook her head.

"No way! Not so soon. I need to sort out my thoughts first, then we'll contact each other. Lina don't meddle!" Stacy stared her down until she saw Lina raising her hands in defeat.

"I won't meddle." She pouted like a child and fell on the bed.

'Just talking to Aya can't be considered meddling right?' She asked her twisted conscience and received an 'okay' from it.

"Don't worry, I'll doll you up for your dinner date with that crush of yours." Stacy too lied down next to her and teased her.

"It's not a date! It's a welcome dinner with colleagues!" Lina pouted and pressed her face into the pillow.

"Whatever you say, honeybunch!" Stacy obviously ignored her explanations and patted her on her back.
