The remainder of the meal was spent in silence as Reuben tried to understand what was wrong with him.
'Why do I have a bad vibe coming from this name?' He wondered with his brows furrowing every time he thought of the name.
"Tristan has been with Master from their growing years." Benji added while dipping his egg roll in the sauce.
He was oblivious to the thoughts running through Reuben's mind as he continued to speak about his Master.
"They studied together, stayed together… Even worked together." He muttered with his head lowered.
Reuben was absorbing this information as he gulped the warm and soothing soup.
"How come I have never heard about him? Which family does he belong to?" He inquired while looking at Lina's assistant.
His lips formed a frown when he saw Benji shaking his head in refusal.
"He has never been to this country so how would you know about him? He met Master when the Yang family moved abroad." He enlightened the Emperor about these hidden details which others did not possess.
Reuben nodded as this would explain why he had never heard about any man named Tristan in the city.
"Is Tristan trustworthy?" He rubbed his chin while mulling over the various possibilities for Wind's abrupt disappearance.
Benji's eyes widened when he heard the suspicion present in Reuben's words.
"Master Tristan would never do anything to harm Master." He asserted with absolute confidence in the other man.
'He has been with Master for so long and was always by his side in whatever they did!' He recalled and fire rose his heart that Reuben had doubted such a loyal friend.
The CEO of the Ming Enterprises raised his hands in defeat and shrugged his shoulders when he saw how offended Benji appeared.
"You never know what is in someone's heart until they reveal it to you." He defended his thought process.
Benji gritted his teeth but did not try to explain why Tristan would never harm Wind.
"Just know that Master Tristan is out of the list of suspects." He declared the innocence of this man without further discussion about it.
Reuben shrugged again and decided to drop this matter after realizing that Benji was serious about it.
'If he trusts the man to such a level then there must be some reason for it.' He nodded at the other man.
"Moving on…" He uttered as he glanced at his empty plate.
Benji too had finished eating and set his plate aside as he stared at the man before him.
"How can you help us find a Master?" He inquired in a grave and solemn tone.
The fact that their master had vanished into thin air with no way of contacting him was certainly worth worrying about.
"Nana cannot know about this!" He added before Reuben could speak a single word.
Though the Emperor's brows furrowed together, he nodded in acceptance of Benji's stern remak.
'Kitten might be worried more than what she already is so I will remain silent until I have more information.' He decided to do as Benji had said.
The men then continued to discuss this matter as they put their minds together to figure out a way to
Soon even Trigger was called to join their discussion as he would be playing a vital role in this operation.

On the other side of the city,
Talia Zheng sat in Director Peter Wang's office as she clarified the doubts she had regarding the project between the two companies.
'She has been coming over diligently to learn.' He lean and lanky director recalled as he pointed out where she had gone wrong.
The first meeting after the collaboration was signed would be held tomorrow and Talia could not be more nervous than she was right now.
She did not wish to become a laughing stock before everyone present and hence had come over to learn about the project from the man who had the most knowledge about it.
During the day she was at Zheng Groups' headquarters and she would only leave the office when it was time for them to head home in the evening.
Thus, even Trigger's men who were watching her every move reported that she had not made any move these past few days.
They watched her come to the office on time and head back home with the rest of the employees so they were sure that she was not upto any tricks.
Talia was taking notes about the major points that would be discussed in tomorrow's meeting when they were disturbed by the sound of a phone's ringing.
"Excuse me." She groaned as she turned to grab her phone from the purse placed on the table.
Director Wang nodded as he remained silent to let her answer the call in peace.
Talia did not move from her seat but answered the call right there as there was nothing to him.
"Hello?" She spoke into the phone while glancing at her freshly manicured nails.
The transparent polish on her nails reflected the lights fixed at the ceiling as she paid heed to what was being said from the other side of the phone.
"Hmm… Yes, proceed as discussed." She answered after a few seconds.
Peter Wang did not look up from his files even when he heard her soft chuckle which to him sounded strangely eerie and scary.
"The more the merrier." Talia nodded and soon hung up.
The Director could not understand what she was talking about and after feeling the ominous energy fill the room, he would not even attempt to understand it.
'The farther I stay from her affairs, the better it is for my safety and sanity.' He gulped in fear of the rumors he had heard about how vicious the daughter of their boss was.
Talia stuffed her phone back in the purse and returned to her notes with renewed vigor as though she had heard some great news.
'Finally!' She celebrated and played with the pen in her hand.
Observing how the other man in the office did not try to strike up a conversation but remained silent, she rolled her eyes and gazed at the notes.
Though her mind was now wandering, her eyes were fixed at the words written on the paper which made it appear as though she was working hard.
This was the scene that Henri Zheng had caught sight of when he had sneakily pushed the door open to see what was going on inside.
'I had come over because I feared that she was harassing Wang but it looks like she was serious when she said that she wanted to learn from him.' He sighed as he shut the door, making sure to not make any noise.
Just as he had appeared sneakily, he left in the same way and even ordered the employees to not breathe a word about this to the ones inside.
The employees watched their big boss tip toeing out of their floor which was a comical scene for them to witness.
'If she mends her ways and decides to even join this company to give me a hand then I wouldn't hesitate for a second to name her as the next head of the clan.' Henri's heart was filled with hope as he walked back to his office.
