With her eyebrows raised, Doris gave him an enchanting smile. "I didn't say anything. Oh, bon voyage and take care!"
"Thank you," replied Jay warmly. It was rare for Doris to say such warm words to him, so Jay kissed her forehead excitedly in return.
"Okay, bye." Doris bid him farewell and waved her hand at him.
Jay was in a good mood. He didn't expect that Doris' amnesia would turn her into a gentle woman. Well, although she was quite different, it gave him a wonderful feeling.
"You guys better keep an eye on Doris. If she disappears again for no reason under your watch, you'd be fired immediately. Do you hear me?" Jay ordered the servants harshly after walking out of the room.
"Yes, sir," the servants answered in unison, all of them trembling with fear.
After Jay left, Doris walked out of the dining room. Maybe because the breakfast was too sumptuous, or maybe it was because she didn't have a good dinner at Felix's home yesterday, she ate a lot this morning.
When she came out early in the morning to take a walk, the servants immediately surrounded her. "Mrs. Fang, we are sorry, but did you hear what Mr. Fang said just now? Please don't go out on your own again, okay?"
Doris thought for a while and asked, "Okay, I won't go out. But can you tell me what kind of person Jay i
ector Jessie."
"Director Nancy, don't be so formal with me. I was used to be bewitched by Anna before. But now, I just feel sorry for you. I hope you can forgive me!"
Nancy shook her head. "Don't worry, I have always thought you are a good person. I'll keep in mind what you said, and will pay more attention to it."
"That's good, that's good. I'll be leaving now," Jessie uttered and walked to her office.
"Okay," Nancy replied in a low voice.
She went back to her office in a slow pace, and thought to herself. Anna was still the same old Anna, but why was Anna always looking for ways to make trouble?
With a sigh, Nancy took out her phone and wanted to call Charles. However, she found out that there were countless missed calls from Doris as she looked at the screen.
Doris' temperament had been so sensitive recently that Nancy didn't know what she was going to do next time they met.
Nancy immediately called her back, but all she got was a reminder that her phone was powered off.
As she played with her phone, Nancy felt stranger by the minute. Recalling Doris's strange tone of voice last time they talked, Nancy tried to call her back again.
However, Doris's phone was still powered off.
With her eyelids twitching, Nancy felt a little uneasy, so she decided to call Jay up.
