Shun finally met her.
Lisa, the leader of Shinny Dolls. Beautiful, kind, and the perfect person for Suu Jin, the idol prince. He had seen the pictures and videos of the two of them embracing, touching, having dates that he could not have with Suu Jin. If he was not so infatuated with the pinkette, he would be jumping for joy at even being this close to beautiful people like them.
But he was.
He was in love with Suu Jin no matter how much he avoided it. Even the witch of a system told him not to fall in love with the idol prince and here he was, wanting to kiss his pinkette again. Even siting in the recording booth and singing his part with a smiling Lisa, all he thought about was what Suu Jin had told him.
He would leave her for him.
A part of him was proud of it, another felt guilt.
“Ah Jin was right,” Lisa smiled at him, “You sing really well and your voice is nice.”
“Thank you, Lisa,” Shun smiled as they walked out of Wang Studio, “You were really good too.”
Flashing lights and their names being called, both idols smiled and waved. Shun wanted to head straight to the car, but Lisa had stopped to take pictures with her fans. Who was he to ignore his own fans… especially when this princess was being considerate. Inwardly sighing, he took pictures with his fans and his eyes caught that nosey reporter Allie.
Allie the one who spread the rumors of Wen Dong and him. The one who wrote about Suu Jin and him.
“Xiong Shun!” She called out behind the fans, “Did you and Suu Jin really sing in the studio, or did you two do more than that? How do you feel about that Lisa, knowing Suu Jin would rather choose a guy instead of you?”
‘This shit starter!’ Shun fumed.
“How dare you!” His fans turned to cry out and the female reporter stepped back recording on her phone.
Shun glanced over to see Lisa staring at the female with a frown. They glanced at one another and he knew the female was going to question him on if that stupid Allie was saying the truth or not. He really hoped she didn’t. He didn’t like lying.
Running, yes. Lying, no.
“Miss Allie,” Lisa spoke up and the fans settled to listen to the princess, “I think it is best that you leave.”
The female reporter glared and opened her mouth to speak, but two securities blocked her and pushed her away. She was the only reporter that showed up everywhere! How she knew about everything was suspicious and confusing, only leaving Lisa with a headache. Shaking her head, she said goodbye to her fans and Shun followed suit.
Once the door was closed and she was sitting beside the silver haired male, she sighed.
“Xiong Shun,” she spoke quietly staring out the blacked-out window, “It is hard not to fall in love with him.”
Shun’s blue eyes widened and he sat up straighter.
“I had a feeling, since we started dating, that his heart was elsewhere,” Lisa smiled defeated as she looked at him, “I thought if I stay by his side, he would love me too.”
There was… something strange about the exact phrasing from Lisa was banging at the back of his head.
“He loves you, Lisa. He told me,” Shun offered a smile and touched her hand.
Lisa, with all her beauty and heart, had always wanted love, the kind her parents had. When she first met Suu Jin in person, it was at her debut. The idol prince was just that, a princely gentleman with a charming smile and kind voice. On his arms was Gina, a rising star with cheeky grins and a pretty face. That was the first time she met them together, the next time was when Suu Jin was single.
To have the handsome idol bachelor in one’s grasp, it was hard to let him go. How Gina ever did so was beyond her comprehension. Lisa stared at Xiong Shun’s blue eyes and she did not want to let Suu Jin go.
'But…'
She had seem their looks, their smiles, and Suu Jin’s concern over the silver haired male. If the rumors were true and they were in love…
“Do you love him?”
Shun found his face warming and he coughed into his fist. Clearing his throat, he turned away from the female. Should he tell her? Should he not? Sighing, he looked over at Lisa who was still staring at him with her brown eyes. He saw her breathed out a smile and she turned away.
“You don’t have to say. I can see it, Ah Shun,” Lisa spoke quietly, “I love him and if he is happy with you, then I will let him go.”
“…”
“…”
“Should… you not be happy?” Lisa questioned when she didn’t hear anything.
She turned to see Shun crying. Brown eyes widened in confusion and worry, as she quickly grabbed the man’s arm. Squeezing it gently, she tried rubbing his back as soothingly as she could.
“What is the matter, Ah Shun?”
“Why are you so nice?” Shun cried and turned to shake the female, “Why aren’t you like, fighting me? Get mad at me! Something! I can’t take the kindness. I don’t deserve it! Too many of you are nice I just…”
A slap across his face shocked him. Eyes wide and mouth parted, he blinked and blinked to see brown eyes narrowed. Lisa’s lips were pursed into a frown and he could feel the burn against his cheek.
“Fine! Do you want me to fight you for him? I will! I love him and I refuse to have him sad or unhappy if you cannot care for him the way I will. Do you understand, Xiong Shun! I will take him back.”
Shun’s shock wore off and the heat of anger filled to the surface of his skin. He scowled and squeezed his fingers around her arm.
“You won’t.”
They stared at one another with fire, with heat in their eyes. Shun was going to fight. Suu Jin loves him and he loves Suu Jin. Lisa was going to back down, but now she changed her mind to fight to win Suu Jin’s heart! No! He was not going to give up! He was never going to just… just let him go!
“You truly love him,” Lisa’s brown eyes watered and she covered her face for a moment, “I knew it.”
Shun removed his hands on her and apologized, but Lisa shook her head. He felt terrible for hurting Lisa. He could see a bit of redness where his fingers were squeezing and he knew the feeling… to love someone only to have that person not return it. It is painful and he…
“I am sorry, Lisa,” he whispered and wiped the tears falling down her cheeks.
Unfortunately for them, the door to their car opened and flashing lights from cameras were blinding him. They pulled away and Lisa stepped out, only to hear derogatory words thrown at her. Confused and upset, she looked around to see fans were frowning at her while others had furrowed brows.
“You slut!” “I can’t believe you would cheat on Suu Jin!” “Why are you trying to get with Xiong Shun too?!”
