In J.M.company at 5:00pm majority of the staffs had left for home.Henrietta had a lot of work on her table,since it was a Friday she wanted to finish her assignment, more so she had nothing to do at home a part from reading.She wanted to minimize the time spent with Jeremy as much as possible.She had to avoid him like plague at all costs.

"Henrietta see you on Monday and don't forget to serve Boss well ! you know what I mean." Junita said while winking at Henrietta.

"Stop spouting nonsense." Henrietta responded.

"Ahem...Ahem." Jeremy coughed as he tried to hide the awkward situation he found himself in , when he heard what Junita had said.Junita was so embarrassed she avoided eye contact with Jeremy ,excused herself and left the office half running.

"Did I come at the wrong time?"Jeremy asked.

"What do you want?"Henrietta asked.

"Office hours are over,we need to go home."

"I'm sorry I still have a lot of work, I will go home when I'm done."

"I don't think you have a choice here,my best friend and his family are visiting us tonight,so as the mistress of the house you must be there to welcome them."

"Jeremy ! and you are informing me just now,I'm I your pushover ? you do things as you wish at your own time, without considering my opinions.When did they inform you they were coming?"

"I don't want to argue with you Henrietta."Jeremy answered her furiously.Without waiting for any response he left office.

Peter was Jeremy's childhood best friend,they went to the same school since childhood upto the university. .He was from a very outstanding family,just like Jeremy he was also a business man.He was staying in Europe but now he wanted to relocate back to his motherland,he was a married man with one child.When he received the news from Jeremy of his secret marriage he wanted to come and celebrate with him.

Henrietta continued working as Jeremy left for home.At 6:00pm the family of three arrived at forest villa ,Jeremy warmly welcomed them and entertained them with soft drinks,the child was three years and was up and about ,Mary the wife to Peter excused herself and went to play with his son outside.

"Buddy where is your woman?"Peter asked.

"She is at work,she will join as later."

"I can't wait to see the girl who stole your heart.By the way which family is she from?"

"You don't know the family so no need of telling you."

"Don't tell me you married from ordinary family! wait a minute is that the reason why you married her secretly?"

"Don't let your imaginations run wild." Jeremy said while adding himself a glass of wine.

At 7:00pm finally Henrietta completed her work,a part from the guards ,she was the only staff left in the whole company,she walked a cross the road and took a taxi back to forest villa.As she was stepping out of the car,she saw a small boy running towards her,she was perplexed ,before she could come back to her senses the boy was already hugging her legs,she bent down and picked the boy, behind him was a lady who was running after the small boy.

"Look who we have here,what is your name little man? " Henrietta asked.

"My name is Joseph aunty." The little boy answered.

" Good name indeed.Where is your mum?"

" Here" The boy said while pointing his finger to Mary.

"Hi...I'm Mary and I guess you are Henrietta." Mary said while extending her hand to Henrietta.Henrietta knew they were the visitors Jeremy was talking about , after doing a brief introduction,they all went inside the house with Henrietta carrying Josephine in her arms.
