Chapter 26：Are You Really Okay, Athena?

When they return to the event, the guests already went to the bidding hall. She go to the seat that has been designated for her by the organizer.

The bidding start with her painting being sold to those fans of her. One by one her drawing has been sold.

Until it turn of the painting which Aslan have been aim to buy it. He bid with a high price. He thought that there is no one will encounter his price, but there is one old man who also like the painting.

He bid the painting with a high price too. And both of them looks like they were in the middle of war, bidding the painting with the high prices.

All other guests already start to whispering to each other.

'Hey, why he really want to buy that painting?'

'He must be a real fan of this artist.'

'Is he crazy? That painting is nearly reach 100 million!'

'Why is that old man so eager to buy it? Is that her daughter or her granddaughter in that drawing?'

'Hey, do you think he want to give the painting for Jye Yin? Maybe he want to show how sincere he was with gifting her the art he likes, right?

Jye Yin beside him already smile happily hearing that.

"150 million!" the old man raise up his number.

"Alright, we have 150 million, Mr Aslan, do you want to bid it up?" the host ask making all the eyes set on him.

"300 million." he said with a calm voice.

"Wow! Is this one of your gift for your lover, right there?" the host ask with grinning on his face.

Aslan did not reply. He just smile slightly.

"Okay, seem it still a secret between them two..so, Mr. Gilbert, any more higher then this?"

Athena turn to look at Aslan. 'Is he really gonna gift it to her?'

Zoro look at her sad face, he sigh and said. "Alright. This has to end here."

"350 million!" Mr Gilbert still want to fight.

"Okay, anyone else?"

Zoro raise up his number. Athena snap to look at him, shocked. 'What are you doing???!'

"Isn't he Zoro?" Jye Yin ask when she saw the man face.

Aslan just nod to her. "He is."

"Is he with Athena?" she stretch her neck try to looking around.

"No. He said he was with his friend earlier."

"Oh." Jye Yin turn silent after that.

"Okay, we have Mr. Zoro here. Wow! Are also a fan of this painter?"

"No, I'm her friend." he reply earnestly.

"Oh! So you want to support her by buying her art work huh?"

Zoro nod and smile.

"Okay, your bid Mr. Zoro?"

"2 billion dollar."

All the people in the hall gasping and look at him. The host also silent a moment.

"Err..you mean two…"

"Yes. Two billion."

Aslan didn't say anything. He was surprise. He actually want to bid

at another one of the art piece , so for this painting, he willing to let it go.

Mr. Gilbert also didn't say anything. He had a lot of things that he can buy with the money more than 2 billion.

Finally the painting went to Zoro. The final one is the statue.

Many people want to bid the statue with a large of amount. The masterpiece of her statue is everyone's most awaited art work.

This statue is Aslan actual goal. He likes the statue. He willing to buy it for whatever it's cost.

Again, he was in bidding fighting mode. And of course, the rumor still going on with whether he want to bid the statue to gift it to Jye Yin and there's some new rumor.

The rumor said that he paid the painter to make the statue looks like him so that he can present it to Jye Yin.

This time, Athena look at Zoro with a face 'Aren't you gonna buy this too?'

Zoro smirk looking at her. He type on his phone and sending a text to her. He raise up his phone showing to Athena to check on her phone.

When Athena open the text, she almost burst into laugh.

"I'm not gonna buy his body sculpture to stuck up at my house."

Athena reply him. "How you know it was him?"

"I'm not blind, princess."

Athena smile and continue to watch the fighting game.

"10 billion."

"10 billion one, 10 billion two and..10 billion three! Congratulation Mr. Aslan." the host finally swept her sweat on his forehead.

"And finally, we would like to hear what our painter want to say. This is the first time the painter show up in public. So give her a big applause."

The hall start to clasping and cheering.

Athena stood up and went to the stage.

Aslan eyes focusing on her. 'It's her?'

'It's really her.. the Nike? Wait..'

He took out his phone and search for the chatting apps with person named Nike. He open her profile again.

'She updating a new post few days ago.'

A picture of her hand covered with various colors. There is a tag on the picture.

"Some of the past memory couldn't just go away. And here I am, laying all those memories to my precious art."

"What are you looking at?" Jye Yin ask making him immediately turn the screen off.

He smile and shake his head.

"Nothing."

"Hmm? Why did you daze off earlier?" she ask in a soft voice.

He leaned closer to look at her, their face is a bit close.

Whispering, he said "I had something I want to tell you. Do you got time after this?"

Jye Yin squinted her eyes a bit.

"You look serious. Do you perhaps want to confess to me?" she giggles after that.

"Jye Yin.."

"Okay..lets go and talk after this. I've been missing you."

The event went well. The bidding also make Athena earn so much money.

She had to stay back until everything is settled. Tired and sleepy, Zoro send her back with his car.

"Did Aslan already home?" he ask and took a glance at Athena who already removes her make up and wig.

"I don't know."

"If not, I can't just let you alone at your house."

"It's okay. I doubling my weapon in the house."

"Hmm..is he really protect you?"

"He is. Don't worry."

"But, with him who still busy with his girlfriend, are you really okay, Athena?"
