Chapter 27：Can I Have You Tonight?

Aslan park his car near the City's river bank. Both of them went out from the car and leaned on the car bonnet watching the light from the bridge above the City's river.

"So, what is it that you want to talk about?" Jye Yin grind her tip of sneaker to the sand on the ground.

"Do you remember the last time I go to Imperial City for a wedding ceremony.." he start. He stare at the night sky with arm crossing on his chest.

"Hmm..yeah, Aurora's wedding."

"Well, I end up being the groom that day." he turn to look at Jye Yin back.

Jye Yin immediately stop on what she was doing right now, she turn to look at Aslan with a shocked expression.

"Don't joke on something like that. Its not funny you know!"

"I'm not."

"Aslan!! Seriously?? So, you're…Aurora's husband?" her face was totally pale.

Frowned a bit, he shake his head.

"Don't tell me….you….Ath..Athena's husband?" her eyes start to teary.

Aslan nod slowly.

"But…she…she was in relationship with Zoro. They were happy together. They have been together for years."

Aslan didn't say anything.

"And I..we…I…" she start to hiccuping and sobbing.

"I was..waiting..for you…how could..how could you do this to me?" she hitting Aslan's chest for a few times.

"I'm sorry." he grab Jye Yin's hand and embracing her. Tried to calm her down.

"We had no choice at that time. We married not because of the mutual feelings."

Jye Yin sniffing, look up to him, she said with a hoarse voice. "Then…then you both can divorce right? There's still time to do that. You don't have to be the third wheel in between Athena and Zoro. Let them have their dream."

Aslan sighing. He can't say about Athena's condition. He also can't say to her that he willing to stay by Athena's side, to protect her and be her real husband. He willing to try and have a real relationship with her.

"I can't do that..you know I've loved her before."

"As…don't you remember how she rejected you? How he make you heart broken? The only man she love is Zoro. Even if she give you her body, her heart still remain with other man rather than you." she try to beg him.

"I'm sorry Jye Yin."

Jye Yin silent after that. Her mind went blank. Her heart so was hurt right now. 'Calm down Jye Yin! Calm down! There's still a way to make him yours again. Calm down!'

Wipe her corner of eyes, she said. "Are we still gonna be best friend?"

Aslan smile a bit. "Of course we can."

"You will always be my best friend."

"Uhm.." she smile. 'Not always As..I will one day be your wife.'

After sending Jye Yin to the hotel that she's staying, he went back home.

The word that she said before really struck his heart. He keep thinking about whether Athena really loved Zoro, whether or not they will have a good marriage life in the future.

Open the door, the house's lighting seem a bit dim with only the light from the chandelier is still turning on.

'Athena must be already sleep right now.'

He went to the bedroom. Loosen his tie, he took a shower before he lied down beside her for a some time and then he turn his body and look at her face.

He run his finger to her hair, her forehead, her nose and then he stop at her corner of lips.

"Ummm..Is that you, As?" she ask half asleep.

"It's me."

She smile without open up her eyes. "Welcome home."

Seeing her smile make him feels like want to kiss her. Leaned close to her, he kiss her lips. Savor the taste and her body scent was so nice and it's make him feel aroused down there.

Athena scrunch her eyebrow a bit, but she didn't push him away. She return his kiss. Somehow, she could smell his body scent smell sweet like a woman's fragrance.

"Nn.." both of them already entangle to each other. Kissing with passionate.

"Can I have you tonight?" he kiss her cleavage.

She touch his back of head with care as she nodded in a yes.

After he get her permission, he continue to kiss her at every inch of her body.

That night was the first night they both finally fully embracing each other and let out their feelings through their body and soul.

Yin Lin open the door. He find the house was in a good condition. The floor is clean, the sink is clear and everything in order. Which means, Aurora didn't make any mess today.

"You're home?" she ask and bring the soup to the dining table.

"I'm home." he replied short.

"Take your shower. And then we can have dinner."

Turn to look at her, he said "I already had dinner." and then he went upstairs.

Aurora look at the clock on the wall. It's already 11 pm. She waited for him to return home and have dinner together, and yet he said that he already had dinner.

"Urgh..this is so frustrating." she sit down and eat her dinner alone.

After done with her dinner, she wash the dish and went upstairs. Open the door, Yin Li were drying his hair with towel.

"Tired today?" she ask.

"Mm." put the towel to the basket and pick it up, he ready to go downstairs.

"Yin Li.."she grab his hand and looked at his face.

"Sleep with me tonight." she said with a slow voice. Her face look like she really want him to sleep with her.

Retract his hand from her grip, he said "Sorry, I really don't have any feeling to touch you again."

He went down leaving Aurora in the bedroom.

"Did he…did he just refuse me?" she ask herself.

She scoff and pull up her sleeves.

"Fine..let see if you really can hold your desire to not to touch me again." she mumble while rummaging the closet.

She take out her night lingerie that she buy that other day and put it on.

After put the basket at the laundry, he went to the couch and tried to sleep. He feels like what he said to her is a bit crude. But….that's her fault. Who ask her to meddle with his life. Who ask her to be so stubborn.

He heard the creaking sound from behind the couch. He knew it was Aurora. Having no desire to talk to her, he froze his body on the couch and close his eyes.

Aurora bent her body to him, whisper to him. "Yin Li.."

Ignored. He stay still on the couch.

She take his wrist and 'Karchak!'

Immediately, Yin Li open his eyes and look at Aurora's smiling face and her night attire. She was wearing a black net bodysuit. 'What the hell is she thinking?!'

"Now, I catch you. Let's go."

"Wait wait wait." Yin Li yelled a bit. His wrist are now being cuff by her.

Turn around, she shove his mouth with her handkerchief.

"You're noisy!" she keep dragging him to the bedroom and tied him down on the bed.

"Now let see, if you really could avoid me."
