Chapter 41：You Know Who I Am?

"Hi, there!" Jessica greets Yin Li.

She having dinner at the restaurant as usual since she knows him. She likes to see Yin Li work, so she will stay at the restaurant and order a cup of coffee while waiting for him to finish his work almost every night.

Yin Li would walk her home and they will have a lively chat along the way. Her home is in the same direction as Yin Li.

"Hi. As usual?" he asks her and takes out a note.

"Hmm..yeah. But add one creme brulee as dessert." she smiles.

"Okay." he returns the smile.

He keeps continuing his work until his working hour finish. He went to his locker and grab his bag before he off from the restaurant.

He walks to the side of the road and finds that Jessica was waiting for him there. He put both of his hand inside his pocket and went to her.

"Hey, going home?"

"Yup."

"How was your day at work?"

"Normal. But today there are more people coming to my shop. Maybe its almost Christmas."

"Parents will often buy their kids toys, so that's why your shop got a lot visitor."

"Most of the things that parents buy nowadays for their kids is gadget and mini robot. Not like when we were young, huh?"

"Well, at least you had a wonderful childhood memory. All I got is a bicycle and food. Mostly food." And there is also another one. Money. The one who gift him money is no one else other than Aurora.

She chuckles. "Well, be grateful you got food as a present."

He also smiles.

"Oh, hey, the other day I bump with your wife. She looks angry to me."

"Nothing, really. But from what I can see, she really is just what you describe her." She said.

"She always like that. Sorry if she causes you any trouble."

"Mm.." she shakes her head and continues. "That's okay, but if you really can't handle her, why didn't you just divorce her?"

Yin Li sigh. "I can't. she won't let me go."

"I know a good lawyer that can help you to get divorced." She suggests.

"Even so, her father will kill me in an instant if I divorce her. So, it better if she is the one who divorces me. That way, I still can live without being slaughter by her father."

Jessica turns to look at him. "Who is she by the way?"

Again, Yin Li was sighing before he answers her. "She's the daughter from a very very very rich family."

"So, if she was the one who divorces you..you will be free again after that huh?"

"It seems like that."

"You know, I can help you. I know a woman's biggest weakness."

"Huh? And what is that? I think my monster is the stubborn one to get rid off."

She chuckles and stops her pace. Yin Li also do the same. He facing her after that.

"Are you willing to do it if I tell you?" she asks him.

Scrunch his eyebrow he said. "Do what?"

"If you want to be free again, you need to date me." She suggests.

"What?" Yin Li a bit surprised hearing her idea.

"She can't handle it if you have another woman other than her. So if you want her to divorce you, you need to date me. I think I'm the best candidate for this position. Am I right?"

"Whoa! Hold on. She is really a monster. Don't you afraid that she might kill you?" he said with a worried expression.

"She won't. I'll do the talk, you do the action. She won't harm you to the extent she wants to kill you right?"

"That...I don't know..she might kill us both. As I said, she is the monster. She does what she wants."

"Okay..it's up to you to decide. I just help you to create a way for you to be free again. If you think you can't handle the small matter like this then good luck for your future with her."

She continues again to walk. Yin Li follow her behind. They didn't talk much until both of them part their way.

After she finishes her working hours, she takes her handbag and leaves the library.

"Hi. Done your work for today?" Ralph smiling to her while waiting for her at the outside of the library building.

"Oh! Hi." Aurora was a bit shock by the sudden voice greets her

"Shall we go? Grab a coffee?" he asks and went over to her.

"Yeah..but I don't know what cafe that offers the best coffee in this town." She said honestly.

"I know one place." He said and led her to his car.

By looking at his car, Aurora could guess that he is not ordinary people. His car is quite expensive and equips with the high tech inside it. Not many people can buy this car, especially in this small town area.

Inside the cafe, Aurora finally ask.

"Erm, Ralph, are you a local?"

Took a quick glance to her, he smiles again. "No. I'm not from this town."

"Oh..Then where are you from?"

"I raised and stayed in Rome, but I had to complete my research. So I'm collecting data around the world. Looking for the old journal where I can find and do my research."

"So, you're a doctor?" she asks and sips her coffee.

"No..I'm a botanist."

"Oh, wow..never met one before." she humoring.

"My face doesn't show that I'm a botanist? I thought I grow some green hair on my head."

Aurora laughs with his jokes. "So, what's your full name?" she asks again.

"Ralph De Salis."

Aurora almost spouts her coffee once she heard about his name.

De Salis is one of the noble family. Just like her. Except Lee is very low profile to the outside world. While De Salis is a bit different. They establish from the ancient ages and keep growing into a wealthy family until now. They had a prince and princess. The real one.

"Y...You...You the Count Ralph De Salis?" she stuttered a bit.

Ralph immediate turn to her, a bit shock.

"You know who I am?"

"Err... I do."

"If you know who I am, then you must be not someone with an ordinary background, aren't you?" he takes a guess.

Aurora nod.

"So, who are you, Miss Aurora?"

Aurora breathe in for a bit before she introduces her name.

"I am Aurora Lee."

Ralph smiling contently.

"Lee? From the Great Empire?" he asks and Aurora nod.

"No wonder you're so beautiful. I heard that Lee's had two beautiful princesses. Never thought I would meet one today." he smiles to her.
