Chapter 46：Wanna Come Over To My House?

Athena not replying him, she lowered her head and buried her head on his chest. Her eyes still wet with the tears. Aslan holds her tightly. He lost his word.

"Aslan, bring Athena to your room. I'll tell others she's not feeling well later." Hazel said after she turns off the monitor.

Aslan nod, leaving his mother and his sister inside the room.

After Aslan walk out from the room, Hazel turns to look at Jye Yin. She feels sorry for both of the woman that had to suffer because of his son's doing.

"You should stay here for tonight. it's snowing outside and it's late too. Raisya will show you to the guest room." she said and when she wants to leave the room, she turns her head around and said again.

"You don't mind if I do some DNA test for the baby right?"

Jye Yin shakes her head, telling Hazel that she didn't mind at all. Hazel nod and leave the room after that.

"Come here sis Jye Yin, I show you the guest room." Raisya helps Jye Yin to stand up like she's a sick person.

Jye Yin stands up and wipes her wet cheek. She hiccups and said to Raisya.

"What should I do? Your brother seems to do not want to acknowledge this child. my career is at the peak. If I do the abortion now, all my fans will feel disappointed with me.."

Raisya feels sorry to her. Well, she is one of her fans too. if Jye Yin really does the abortion, of course, she will feel sad.

"Don't worry, my mom will run the test and once the result confirms it was my brother's child we, of course, will not just let you alone. My mom is a doctor, she had an obligation to not just neglect you and the baby." Raisya pats gently on her shoulder tries to give her a little bit of courage.

Jye Yin nod. she rubs her belly and said with a low voice.

"Let's prove it to your dad, that you really is his."

Raisya looks at her with a pity expression.

In Aslan bedroom,

Once Athena went inside the room, she lies down on the bed and curled up her body. she clenching on the comforter tightly. Trying to keep her emotion from turning her to the point of rage.

She closed her eyes, she can't breathe properly because her mind now feels so heavy, her body is a bit trembling. She holds her voice from slipping out from her mouth.

Aslan can't watch her like that. He also lied down behind her and wrap his arm around her body and hold her tightly. His eyes turn to red holding his sadness inside his heart when seeing his broken heart wife.

The bed in his room is single bedded, so with two of them, it's quite cramped but it also a bit comfortable for embracing each other.

They stay in that position until both of them falling asleep without saying anything.

One day before Christmas eve,

Aurora got her first salary, she wants to buy something for Yin Li and the rest she wants to save it for the house rent money.

She went to the town with Ralph. She wants an opinion from a guy. All this while, she only buys whatever she feels that suit with Yin Li. Because now she is poor and broke, she had to cut her wish list to buy something fancy for Yin Li. She only affords to buy something that is cheaper and convenient for him.

Luckily, Ralph was not someone with a rotten attitude. Once he knew about her circumstance, he felt sorry to his husband. But he also needs to support her and guide her to be a good wife through her tough day. She was new to this kind of world, of course, she will have a lot of mistakes. That's what he thought.

"Ralph, look at this scarf, do you think it'll look good on him?" she said and show him the red scarf.

Ralph also look at the scarf. The material is not that bad, but the color looks so striking. He smiles and put that back.

"How about you buy this one?" he said and show her a pair of hand gloves in dark brown color.

Aurora tilts her head and stares at the gloves for a few seconds. She finally smiles and nods her head.

"Yup, it looks great on him." she takes the gloves from his hand and looks at the material.

"How much is this cost?" she mumbles and finding the price tag.

Turn the price tag, she gulps a bit. '150 dollars.'

"Is it is not in your budget range?" Ralph said.

Aurora nod. She wants to put it back but she likes the design and the material. It will fit him perfectly.

She then retracts her hand which holding the gloves and went to the counter. She breathe in, and passes the money to the lady in the counter.

After they went out of the shop, she smiling looking at the shopping bag.

"Okay, my flight time is almost up. Merry Christmas Aurora." he leaned to her and kiss her cheek lightly as a goodbye.

Aurora smiles and waves her hand. "Bye bye..See you next week."

Yin Li was standing at the corner of the road with Jessica.

He accidentally seeing his wife was kissed by a stranger man. The man looks like a rich man. He wears something fancy, and he drove a very expensive car. His posture showing that he was not someone in the middle class.

"What's wrong?" Jessica asks when she noticed that Yin Li suddenly turn silent.

Turn his head back to her, he shakes his head.

"Nothing. Hey, wanna come over to my house?"

"No, I think it's better we do it right now. I want to show her that I really want her to leave me alone."

"Okay..as you wish."

She smiles happily and tug her hand to his sweater shirt.
