Chapter 45：It's Not Mine, Athena..

They arrive at Sun House within 30 minutes with heavy traffic and its snowing all along the way.

Once Aslan opens the door, they have been greet by his other family. There is also a few other teenagers and even a toddler in his family house. The house seems really lively with many people inside it.

"Aslan! Oh my god! How handsome!" Uncle Joe who is one of his parent's friend hug him and pat behind his back.

"Wow uncle, turn into one pack huh?" he rubs Uncle's Joe belly. His wife hugs him from his side and said to Aslan.

"He eats all other 5, that's why it turns into one." Auntie Akiko said and make all of them laugh.

After that, they all turn to look at Athena.

"Oh, this is my wife, Athena."

"Oh my goodness, this is the little girl that we met on Hazel's wedding day right?" another two middle age woman approaching her.

They smile and hug Athena friendly.

"Yup, she is..so beautiful..like her mother. Oh! Wait, I think more beautiful than her mother." Auntie Lola said.

Athena just smiles. She doesn't know these Uncles and Aunties, but it seems they know her parent.

"Oh, guys..come on..don't swarm my daughter-in-law," Hazel said and make a way for Athena to go to the dining hall together with all of them.

After having dinner they move back to the living hall. Athena and Aslan sit on the sofa and not long after, the light turns to dim and her mother-in-law went to the kitchen after that.

Within a minute, her family-in-law, Hazel, Andy, Rachael, and Raisya come out from the kitchen.

Singing the birthday song and bring out a big whole cake together with them.

Aslan smiling and rub his forehead. He feels like he was a child. In his 28 years old, he was treat like a little kid having a birthday.

Athena seeing Aslan's reaction. She also smiling happily. His family was such a big happy family.

"Make a wish Aslan." his father, Andy said while standing in front of him with a cake and a candle on top of it.

Aslan chuckles. "Guys, I'm already grown up. Oh..god...I really feel shame to my wife right now."

"Since when you have grown up? I still see a little kid standing there." Uncle Nigel teases him.

"Yup, Uncle Nigel was right. I saw that too."

"Geez..." he prays his wish inwardly before he blows the candle.

"Yeay!!" they all clapping hand.

Sit back on the sofa beside Athena, he leans to her and kisses her cheek secretly.

"What did you wish?" Athena smile and ask him.

"Hmm..secrets.."

She chuckles and didn't ask further. She opens her bag and takes out her present.

"This is your birthday present."

"Wow! What did your wife get for you? Open it! Open it!" Uncle Joe and Nigel was the one who excited. While Uncle Chase, he smiled looking at his best friends still energetic like they were young before.

"Hey, you guys such a noisy. Even though you guys already old." He said and try to hide his present that Athena gives him.

"What? Hey..we were the one who raises you when you were a kid, alright? Alan, look at your little brat here."

Andy just smiles and shake his head. Same reaction as Uncle Chase. Both of them look calm and they both chatting to each other ignoring the other two.

Aslan had no choice other than open up the gift.

He carefully opens the wrapping paper and takes out the gift.

Once he takes out the gift, those two noisy Uncle making a mouth with a shape 'O'

"Oh wow! What is this?"

Aslan blinks his eyes a few time before he turns to Athena.

"It's a multi-weapon."

"Wh..What?" Aslan stammered a bit. He looks at the black metal. Don't know how to use it.

Athena smile and take the metal after that.

She holds the grip handle and shakes it two times. The metal change and turn into a gun. She shakes back and swirling it a little, it changes into a knife. It can change into 5 different weapons.

Aslan was totally surprised. Well, not only him, but all the man in the house also surprise and amazed by the present she gives him.

Take back the weapon, he said thank you to his wife. Cuddling her in front of everyone.

Athena blushed as everyone tease them both.

Raisya, on the other hand, showing a boring look looking at Athena who is being the center of attention.

She still doesn't like Athena being her sister-in-law. She like when his brother is still with Jye Yin.

She wants to go to the bedroom, but then there is a ring bell sound from the door. She went to open it.

Once she opens it, her eyes turn wide.

Jye Yin was standing in the front of the door holding her handkerchief and crying.

"Oh my god! Sis Jye Yin..what happen? Come on in." she said and help her to get into the house.

"Mom!" Raisya calls out her mother.

Hazel and the rest still in the living room, when Hazel heard her daughter, she went to the door.

She also a bit surprised seeing Jye Yin coming to this house.

She scrunches her eyebrow and asks. "What happen?"

"Is Aslan here?" her voice was trembling and hoarse.

"Wait. I call him." Hazel turn back to the living room, she whispers to Aslan and immediately Aslan stood up and went to the door.

Athena's a bit surprised when seeing Aslan suddenly stood up, she decides to follow him from behind.

Once Aslan reaches the entrance, he could see that Jye Yin was crying and her condition looks like she's not very well.

"Aslan…" she runs to him and hugs him tightly.

"As.." Athena behind him want to call his name, but she stops her sentence when seeing Jye Yin crying in Aslan's arm.

"What happen?" Athena ask.

Aslan releases the hug from Jye Yin and he searches her eyes, try to ask the same thing.

With a hoarse and hiccuping, she said: "I'm…I'm pregnant."

Athena's heart feels like someone just stab her with a sharp knife. She couldn't hold her tears anymore

Aslan totally froze. He didn't say anything. His mind was blank and pitch black right now.

Hazel and Raisya also froze. But Hazel immediately gain her sense, she asks all of them including Athena to go to her consultation room.

There is equipment to check on her condition.

All of them follow her mother, Aslan hold Athena's hand when they headed to the room.

Jye Yin lies down on the bed, and her mother runs the equipment on her belly. While Aslan, Athena, and Raisya standing beside the curtain that divides Hazel and Jye Yin.

Seeing the see-through monitor hanging on the wall, Athena's tears rolling down.

There's really a baby inside her belly. It has a heartbeat. It is something that she longing for, but she can never have it. Who wouldn't feel sad and jealous if someone carrying a child that she can't ever give to him?

Aslan turns to look at Athena who faces already wet with tears. He hold up her cheek and saying "It's not mine. It's not mine, Athena.."
