Chapter 48：Both Of Our Girls Have A Bad Love Story

"Leave? With who?" He asks.

"I don't know, man. I just saw her get inside a black car. Its quite expensive car though." That man shrugged his shoulder.

"Huh? Thanks, man.." He said and went back to his home.

Close his door, he leans against the door and slowly he slouch on the floor.

"Seriously Aur? Within just an hour you run away with him?" He mumbles. He feels a bit hurt inside his heart. His feeling is mixed.

He takes off his jacket and went upstairs.

Aurora returns to Yin Li's house in the afternoon.

When she returned she saw that Yin Li was sat on the couch, watching television.

She went upstairs without saying anything.

After two hours, she went downstairs and handed him a divorce paper.

"Can we talk right now?" She said.

Yin Li turn to look at her. He then looks at the paper she handed to him.

He scrunches his eyebrow a bit, but he still nods his head.

Choosing to sit on the floor facing him, she started.

"Yin Li, within these past months, have you ever thought that you maybe love me?"

Yin Li shakes his head. "No. Like I said before. I don't love you."

Aurora lowered her head and stare at the wooden laminated floor. She tries to hold her tears.

"Do you…really love that woman?"

Yin Li look at her who staring the floor. He didn't reply to her immediately but he nods his head slightly and diverts his eyes to somewhere else.

Aurora could feel like he just nods his head.

"Do you want to get divorced?" She asks again.

Yin Li's heart beat faster. He turns to look at her again. "Do you?"

Aurora silent for a moment. Of course, she didn't want to get divorced. But, love can't be forced right?

"I will grant your wish."

"Is that so?" He asks. While in his mind, he thought that this is the reason she creates when she finally decides to choose another man beside him. To choose someone far better than him. Who is he want to joke right now? He is penniless. Has no stable job, no car, no fancy house, no fancy suit and he can't even provide her with her expensive skincare.

"I already sign the paper. If you sign it, we can proceed to divorce. I will not interfere with your life again. You free to find your own happiness." Her bead of tears flows down on her cheek.

Yin Li take the paper, he signs it and passes to her back.

'It's for her own good. She does not belong here in the first place.'

Aurora takes the paper and hurriedly went to the door. She brings her bag and closed the door after that.

Once she gets in the car, she cries as much as she wants.

The chauffeur at the front could feel her sadness too just by hearing her voice.

He sends a text to his master. Adrian, informing him about her sister condition.

Yin Li leaned his head on the couch after Aurora walks out. He covers his face with his hand. Hot and warm tears start forming in his eyes.

'Dammit! Why do I have to feel this way?' He wipes his eyes using his palm.

'You don't love her. She's been bullying you since you were kids and keep pushing you to the edge of the knife. Now, you finally free. You should feel joyed and grateful because she finally let you go.' he calming his heart.

Turn off the television, he went to the bedroom and take a nap.

Late at night.

Ding dong!

Aurora went to the door and open it. She was so tired and her eyes are now swollen like hell. Her face is red and doesn't look like a face at all and her hair was just like an insane woman.

She looked up and saw her father at the front of her door.

"Daddy?" she asks. Her voice trembling.

"It's me," Richard said, he opens up his arm and Aurora run to him. She hugs her father tightly and cries on his chest.

"It's hurt." She said while sobbing.

"I know baby, I know." He caresses her hair gently.

He brings her inside and sat down on the couch in the living room. Both of them did not say anything and Richard keep caressing his daughter's hair and try to comfort her until she falls asleep.

Cover her body with the blanket, he put more wood stack on the fireplace in the living room. To make sure Aurora didn't feel too cold.

Richard take out his phone and call his wife after that.

"Dear?" Hai Rin asks from the other side.

"Honey, I miss you," He said.

Chuckles, his wife said. "We're past that age, dear. How is Aur? Did she okay?"

"Erm..she got divorced." Richard lowered his head a little.

"Oh.." Hai Rin is also speechless.

"Don't worry.. she's a tough girl. I know, she'll be just fine. You should support Athena. She needs you right now." he said softly to his wife.

"Hmm. Seem both of our girls have a bad love story.."
