Chapter 200: New acquaintance

Gloria frowns as she asks "10 isn't this number too little I could even raise the payment for every monsters"

From what she heard from Fresackio in the crystal ball the Sanctuary is like paradise or oasis monsters could live in there and roam around attaining their wild instinct

In the Archinviel City numerous nobles and Tamers wanted to send their monsters there but since Shadowslash only lets his and his grandaughter's monsters there they could stare enviously

The Sanctuary is protected by at 8 Gold Rank monsters that was at least Superior Grade not only that Fresackio himself was protecting it

Besides him Reias and those that stayed in the Archinviel Dukedom were no pushover either

There is also Shadowslash he might left but he would certainly return

The Adventure Guild in there is also growing powerful quite rapidly and with the baptism of the energy from the Heavenly Tribulation the plants around the dukedom were once again growing

As long as Shadowslash once again build a new Sanctuary near the Capital City the B and T association in the city would gain great benefits

Shadowslash shook his head and firmly answered "I am very sorry but this is the largest number of monsters I could permit living in the Sanctuary"

Hearing the firm and determined voice of his Gloria could only release a sigh

"It seems that not many of the members of the guild would obtain such benefits well at least Todd only has one monster so there is still nine spots" Gloria could only relent

Shadowslash once again shakes his head confusing Gloria "Nope there is still 10 spots for Todd's and your monsters they are separated from the 10 spots I have given you"

"This would be a thank for you and for Todd well lets just say there is a high chance we could be friends so you still have 10 free spots"

"I'll be staying in the city for a while you could find me in a tavern that is large and would let monsters stay in the inn"

Just as he was about to leave Gloria stops him "Wait!, I think you should stay in the guild for the next following days while I go and procure the land that would be large and suitable enough for you"

"But remember it is your money that I would be using I am only in charge in determining the price"

After thinking about Shadowslash agreed he also left a million Gold Coins to Gloria tasking her to buy land as many or as large as possible

That money was practically all he got thankfully he still have a large amount of monster carcasses inside Hentai's storage

He then asks Todd to bring them to their room so that they could rest

Shadowslash then brought everyone in their room before going out he would be parking the carriage outside

Since Triple C was too big to fit inside a room and he did not want to trouble the B and T association more than he already did so he had Triple C live in the barren land for the next couple of days

Shadowslash filled all the carriages with meats for him so that he would not go hungry the next couple of days

Sans was still busy absorbing the energy but from Hentai's calculation he would wake up the next day or after

Shadowslash then return to the city since he was not well known yet he wouldn't risk the girls strolling around so he decided to go alone

His first target was the market when he arrived there he started looking at the prices of food and items available

Just like in the Archinviel City there was a shortage of food but this was not that confusing since the whole continent was now suffering this kind of problem

After strolling around he found that most food available were meats and fruits that was preserved for a long time not only they are costly they are also not that delicious but could still fill a stomach

Unlike the Archinviel City which have the Howling Ridge the Capital City has none so any form of fresh meats were hardly available

Shadowslash felt that after he create another Sanctuary in the city he would gain a money making machine just from the fruits and meats he would sell

But the amount of workload on building the Sanctuary would be large the only reason why they ever finished building the Sanctuary back in the Archinviel Dukedom was because of the undeads

'It seems that I need to go around and obtain some information about infamous people or bandits to create some undeads' He thought

When he returned back to the B and T association he saw that there were now many Beastmasters and Tamers around than usual he also saw Todd talking with some of the members

He then started walking back to his room but of course he started scanning the people there and there monsters searching for a suitable candidate to befriend

After looking around he finally saw one suitable candidate it was a little girl with a blue fox on top of a table in front of her

She was sitting all alone in a table playing with her fox none of the members tried to approach her

He smiled then went back to his room when he came back down he was now carrying Lucy with him

Lucy was perched on his head the sight of this caused the people around to look at Shadowslash

He then approached the little girl and asks "Little girl are you alone?"

The girl was at first quite wary towards him but looking at his handsome face and the cute Lucy on top of his head she thought that he might not an evil person so she nodded

"Sorry I just wanted to look at the Bluefire Fox that you own" he pointed at the blue fox

He then said "My name Shadowslash I am new here may I know what is your name little girl?"

All this time he was still smiling but this time he was seated in front of the girl

The girl droops her head down but she still answered albeit a bit quiet "I am May May"

"May May huh that's a cute name what about this cute fox what's her name?"

"Her name is Bey Bey she is my partner and family"

"What about yours what's the name of the fox on top of your head?"

"Oh? her she is Lucy she is like my older slash little sister" Lucy on top of his head started stomping on his hair

This time the little girl look confused she then asks "Older slash little sister?"

Shadowslash laugh as he explained "Basically she is older than me just for a couple of seconds but I treat her as my little sister"

As if she was enlightened her face became a bit surprised then she started nodding

She then said "For me Bey Bey is my sister a baby sister to be accurate"

"We would spend the days playing with each other but after I signed a contract with her I gain the potential of being a Tamer"

Shadowslash nodded there were two types of Tamers

Those that were born from a family of Tamers or have a Tamer as the parent while the others would awaken their potential after signing a contract with his/her first tamed monster

Mages are like that a person born in a family of mages would have higher chance of becoming a mage than others

The second was trained till young continuously absorbing Mana from the surrounding until they became a mage

For Shadowslash and his group though it was very different they became Tamers because of Hentai also Al could be considered as an Earth Mage after assimilating the core of the Earth Dragon to his body

The two of them started talking about what they do for fun especially with their tamed monsters

Suddenly Todd's voice was heard "Shadowslash my shift is over lets go and visit the popular places in the city I'll be your tour"

Hearing this Shadowslash nodded even though he already went around the city it was just a casual stroll he only gain a bit of information of the city but not that concrete

He then looks at May May and said "I still have so many fox family in my room here's the key"

He then tossed her the key to his room before leaving with Todd

The first destination that Todd brought him was a luxurious looking restaurant "This is the Heavenly Taste Restaurant the best restaurant in the city the price of each meal is very expensive especially now that good food was considered a luxury"

Shadowslash nodded thinking that he might build a restaurant outside of the city just a couple of distance away from the Sanctuary that he is going to build
