Chapter 59 - The Betrayal Part Two

He wasn't asking, no one dare speak up. Simon, John, Benson, and Justin nod with a slight smile.

Leo, Dan, and Bob arrived at the grand hall in a hurry. They had heard what happened.

Leo was relieved I was okay. He sends me a gentle smile with a bow. I smile back. I was about to walk up to him when Baby held my hand firmly.

"Are you seriously about to leave me here and go to him, Nancy? In front of all these people. What will they think of me and you the pack Luna" he whispered.

"W-what are you saying? I'm only going to say hello" I whimpered.

"What is going on in that little mind of yours? Do you even know who you are?" He muttered.

"What?" I nod looking at him in confusion.

"I forbid you to ever see Leo again, in fact, I don't want you talking to any other man ever"? He whispered.

"I heard that, and you can't forbid me especially from seeing Leo he is my favorite pet Wolfe" I grin.

"Only you Nancy will defile me even in my royal robe" he muttered as he holds me close in his arms. He faces addressing the crowd. 

Everyone starts to exist in the hall with the exception of his brothers and Leo and his brothers Dan and Bob.

Ashley, Anastasia, and Emily also arrive. They all walk to us and bow to me.

I can't believe even Ashley bowed to me. I must be dreaming.

Roland and Betty arrived at the hall too panting.

"Please tell me I'm not too late" Roland pouts as Betty takes a deep breath to calm down from running all the way to the pack headquarters.

"Late for what? Oh I know I didn't kill anyone and my demon has taken control over me, see I'm still in control. You have nothing to worry about my dear friend" I pout.

"Is she just dumb or has no idea what is going on here" Bob mocked.

"Hey, big wolf the fact that I'm still half-human doesn't mean I'm dumb okay" I mumbled.

"You dare call your Luna dumb? And Roland yes you are late, you couldn't prevent her from becoming his Luna" Leo grunt. His voice had a hint of sadness in it.

One way or the other we have some kind of connection. I always want him around me.

Roland buries his head in his palm as Betty smiles at me.

"Wait…wait, you are saying they are going to make me the pack Luna?" I squirt.

Everyone was getting angry at my inability to process the whole thing. Well, the thing is my angel is a little slow when it comes to processing things. My demon has deserted me. He is the smart ass.

"Goodness I'm out of here" Ashley scoffs. She turns to leave as her cousins Emily and Anastasia follow her.

Bob and Dan leave too.

Leo smile at my cute innocent face.

"You were terrified today right?" Baby asked holding my face in his hands.

I nod my head like a little girl. "You were very brave today and for that, I will like to take you somewhere to relax" he muttered giving me the most charming and sexy smile I have ever seen.

"Really" I jump in excitement.

"Wait not to the woods again. Where I will get kidnap okay and what's with this whole Luna thing?" I rumble still in a daze.

"She still doesn't get it" Simon sneered.

Baby smiles at me. Was he just laughing at me? 

"Listen, Nancy a while ago you were crowned as the pack Luna. When you stand beside Baby while he puts on his official robe, and address the pack members that were your coronation ceremony.

You are officially his mate and Luna of the pack" Leo explains to my lean understanding.

"W-wha-tt, um... You mean I'm ... I" I murmured still in shock and not knowing what I was saying more like I couldn't find the right words.

"Hey, don't worry your little head about it" Baby pouts as he takes off the robe and wears a shirt.

Roland was still disappointed he came too late to save my life or to prevent the ceremony I'm unable to tell. 

Roland hugs me as we step down to meet them. Betty joined the group hug.

"Am I safe Roland?" I whispered.

"You are always safe with me and don't worry you being my Luna change anything. You just have to stand by me all the time and that's all. You don't have to do anything" Baby rumbles.

"That's it? It's that simple to be a Luna" I grin.

"Of course" Baby pouts smiling at my retort.

"You forgot the part where she needs to produce you an heir and how she will constantly be in danger and ..." Roland hollers as Leo stops him from finishing his statement. Baby gives him a deadly glance.

"Nancy you don't have to worry about any of that, we have plenty of time for that. Now shall we?" Baby said holding my hand.

I look at Roland not knowing what I want him to say.

"Sure, you have a lot of time so do I, go on now, go have fun" he smiled.

I smiled back as I wave at Betty and Leo and of course the Yang brothers who for the first time smiled at me.

Baby open his car for me as I jumped in and off we go.

I don't know where he is taking me but he promised it wasn't in the woods.

I have stressed my head a lot today so my brains refuse to work or think about anything making me a little dumb than usual.

But I know Baby got me.

We had a long ride, we arrived at a hotel outside Akin city. 

"This this where you plan on bringing me? A hotel?" I pout. 

"What for the best part, my favorite place in the world" he grins.

"How far are we from home anyway?" I asked looking around.

"Very far, we are in another country Nancy, a small town call Portagos in Parniavia. The people here speak the penny language. I stay here for a short while with my mum before she died. You should have seen it here in the 70s it was so beautiful. Now the place is run by vampires" he grin.

"Vampires?" I muttered. You brought me out of a werewolf town to a vampire base town. Just perfect.

"Relax, I'm here and the lead here is my good friend" he pouts. That is to make me feel better I chuckled.

"Did you say something?" he asked 

"Oh, no" I smile. At times he can read my mind and other times he can't it only means I have control over what I want him to hear. This is just awesome. 

We watch the beautiful nature together, he eventually leans my head to rest on his chest as his hand wraps around me.. A moment on his chest all I could think was what now? I'm officially his mate and Luna.
