Chapter 3 - Different

Her best friend didn't know how she would react to the cheating people doing it in front of them. Stacey grabbed her arm, dragging her out of the walk-in closet. The couple didn't notice them until they reached their happiness. The cheaters got startled as Victoria took the pillow on the floor and smacked them.

"V~~I can explain…" Jason stammered as tucked his shaft in and Victoria saw it a little bit. Stacey covered her mouth as she focused her camera there without them knowing.

"You disgust me!" Victoria shouted and Stacey kept the camera to the couple and they quickly left. Her mother passed by the room seeing her cry.

"Victoria what happened?" Lady Dana Parson asked, looking worried.

Stacey pulled Lady Dana to show what happened in the room where the two are fixing themselves. Victoria didn't know anymore as she went to her room to cry. She didn't know how long they were betraying her but she didn't care anymore. Stacey stayed at her side until she's done crying. She didn't even want to talk to her parents because she knew that they would side with her sister.

She knew it when her mother entered the room and told her that she had talked to Joan and they both love each other. She even said that it's her fault for not taking care of Jason. She should doll up more so a man wouldn't search for another.

"Tomorrow you are going with me to the doctor so they could fix something. You need to be skinnier too." That's what her mother said to her a while ago. "Let's go outside and fix this thing."

Victoria wiped her tears and went to her walk-in closet. She started taking all of the clothes that she bought with her money to her luggage, also the important things that she could take.

"Stacey, let's get the car ready. We are leaving in this hell and will not come back ever again until I gather myself." She told her best friend as she kept on wiping her tears. Her heart was more broken and more in pain. From what her

"Victoria!" Her mother entered the room. "Let's go downstairs and talk."

"What's there to talk about?" Victoria asked, feeling more broken. The first thing that her mother did was telling her to visit a doctor to fix the imperfection on her body so Jason could love her again. It's ridiculous. Their father wanted them to look delicate and beautiful in front of everyone. But guess what? She's tired of it.

"You are not leaving. Do you even have a house?" Her mother crossed her arms. "Let's go downstairs and fix this thing."

"Fix exactly what? Me and Jason? They cheated on me!"

Stacey looked awkward at the moment. Victoria sighed.

"Okay," She put her hands up. Her mother left her room. She faced the mirror and wiped her tears and put on a concealer. Stacey helped her and even fixed her hair. "Stace, please help me gather important things, mostly the things you gifted to me. Then, we can leave."

"I am so excited," Stacey said. "Can I watch it?"

"Just~~please?" Victoria begged.

"Yes, I will! Go! You can do it!" Stacey said excitedly.

She takes a deep breath and although her chest feels tight. She went downstairs and her sister was crying and looked like she's the victim. Jason approached her.

"My love, it's a mistake…" He said softly but her hand is itching. So, instead of slapping him, she punched him right into his nose as it bled.

"Jason!" Katarina Joan Parson, her sister, quickly held Jason.

"I don't care about you and my sister at the moment. Just go and fuck yourselves!"

"Your words, young lady!" Her father approached her. She's scared of her father but at this moment, she's angry as she looked up at her father.

"He cheated on me, right into my eyes. I'll send you all my greetings but I will not come back and I will not forgive!" She turned back.

"Victoria! We aren't done here!" His father Lord Bailey called out. "Come back here, you insolent child!"

Victoria was known to be stubborn and hardheaded. She usually used them as a silent threat whenever she's angry and she held grudges. But overall, she had low self-esteem and she had anxiety. But maybe because it's her insecurity. Every woman and every person has that and she kept it right in her head and her heart. All she wanted was to be loved.

She took her bag and her beloved laptop. It's a good thing that all her favorite things are in the house that she purchased. It wasn't a mansion type and it's located in a subdivision. She bought it for 2.3 million and it's all the money she got from writing novels. Her family didn't know about that sideline she had besides working in a big company.

She took her car keys and she won't come back again. Stacey has all of her things right in her car and her father even goes after her commanding her to go back to her room. But she's stubborn.

"Do not even dare block me! I don't want to be in this family. Because you only loved her and spoiled her. While you treated me like a side dish!"

"Victoria, how could you say that?" Lady Dana asked. Victoria's lips wobbled but she held her tears.

"Doctor? You wanted me to go to the doctor to fix my face and my body for that useless man?"

She almost forgot. She removed her ring.

"This cost of every damage that your daughter and my ex-fiancee gave. This is cheap but I could sell this."

She heard her father cursing as she went to the garage to take the car that her grandmother gave to her. Her grandmother knows about how she worked hard as a novelist but she's in the hospital. She will visit her soon and take care of her.

She followed Stacey's car as they went to the house first. Stacey helped her unload the car and put it inside. She hasn't organized everything yet.

"How about we hit the bar?" Stacey asked.

"Okay. I'm up for it."

"Let's just take my car then?"

"Yeah."

They didn't get to eat dinner. Stacey and Victoria went directly to the bar. She started drinking hard shots and Stacey only sipped on ice tea to accompany her.

"I should search for a man that would marry me not because of how ugly I am," Victoria told Stacey. Stacey frowned.

"You aren't ugly. You are beautiful. You are just weird, that's why your parents treated you differently. Besides, your sister loves much of the spotlight."

She looked around and spotted a tall guy with honey skin. He looked so handsome that immediately caught her heart but she needed to drink more to have the urge to ask him to marry her.

Stacey's phone started ringing as she pulled it out and answered it.

"What? Oh, fuck! Okay, I will go there." She said. "I have an emergency. Come with me."

"No." Victoria shook her head. "Just go to it. I'll book a car."

"Are you sure?" Stacey was hesitant for a while as she

Victoria nodded at her and Stacey left quickly. Yes, indeed. She will have that guy although he had a ragged shirt and pants.. Still, he looked attractive and catchy.
