Chapter 195 - Would never able to trust this man!

Maya is about to get stabbed from behind by a sword but she grabbed the sword before it could even touch her outer robes. She was so quick in her reflex which made herself surprised. She turns and is now facing Kalki. She looks at him coldly while her hand held his sword in its place. 

A sinister chuckle escaped from the shadow but Maya felt Kalki still pushing the sword towards her.

Maya grunts in fury "Have you lost your mind?!"

"Indeed! Who would stab one's wife with so much hate?!"

The shadow's voice made Maya mad and she pulls the sword from Kalki's grip abruptly. She could say he was not in his right mind by the way he let the sword slip from his grip. She has seen his in a war and she could tell this much about him now.

In next moment, she was about to attack the shadow with the sword but she was grabbed by someone from the behind.

The shadow starts to disappear gradually making Maya impatient. She doesn't want to miss this chance to hurt it by any means. Even if won't get hurt by a sword at least she should try!

She grunts trying to free herself from his hold "Leave me!"

Kalki grunts still holding her in his hands "No! You can't raise the sword against my mother!"

Maya gasps in shock and screams "What?! Are you insane? It's not your mother!"

Kalki declares sternly "She is!"

Maya feels his death grip on her shoulder and cuts her palm by his sword to get strength. She hits him behind with her elbow which made Kalki fall back harshly on the ground.

GRUNTS!

Maya was breathing heavily as she is so mad and even that small part of her power which was soft for him before now screamed to hurt him. Badly. She feels the sword slipping from her palm but adjusts it swiftly. She doesn't have any thoughts to wipe her blood oozing palm. 

She glares at him murderously and asks "Why did you do this?"

She really wants to kill him at this point! If not for the stupid situation of her she might have attacked him by now. She still doesn't forget what happened last time she stabbed him.

She could attack him right now but she has to think beyond her rage at this point. One thing she had learnt from this man in front of her ever since she stepped in this country.

'I made a mistake by trusting this man which I can't ever repeat! He could attack me again if I fall weak after stabbing him! I won't let that happen. I would never able to trust this man'.

Kalki lets out a shaky breath while looking around anxiously. He mumbles to himself "She is gone…Because of you she is gone!"

Maya scoffs in disbelief as she couldn't believe her own ears now.

She asks "Are you so sad that she is gone?! Are you even aware that you almost killed me just before?!"

Kalki accuses harshly "She is gone! You scared her! She told me you would make her disappear! And you did just that!"

She lets out a chuckle as she can't even hear what he was saying at this point. It was beyond her belief!

HA HAA!

She laughs out loud as she was so angry. She speaks with a cold snort "I am so angry now because I can't even kill you! Can you be at least grateful and hear yourself what you were saying? That thing was scared of me?! Stop living in delusion, Crown Prince! You are urging me to stab you!"

Kalki sighs while staring at the annoying woman towering over him with her tiny features. He couldn't think at this point as he is so mad for what she just did!

He gets sad and mutters to himself completely ignoring Maya's threats as if she doesn't exist in front of him "You have no idea how much I yearned for a miracle like this! And you just stepped in and ruined everything!"

Maya is helpless in front of this insane man and holds her head frustrated. She stomps her foot and walks around pondering about the situation. She stops as she notices him standing and declares "If you want to die, just choose a cruel way after I close this door! Till then I don't want you be anywhere near this door!"

Kalki glares at her in the eye sternly and smirks taking a step ahead towering her in the process "Seems you forgot. Everything belongs to me in this Realm and the only one person who could order here is standing right in front of you".

Maya stares him in his eyes and her neck almost broke while trying to keep holding the eye contact. She lets out a sigh when he took a step back and started leaving the place. She sighs relaxed when he disappeared from her eyes.

She rubs her face tired and turns back to see the door of the Cold Prison opened widely. She purses her lips and mumbles "I should have smacked his head really hard. At least his mind would have started working after that!"

She recalls something and calls looking at the dark sky above her "Bhommi!"

Bhommi declares "I told you, Sister Maya! I need to be with her to prevent her from opening her mouth! She might tell any-".

Maya speaks impatiently "Open your eyes and take a look at the surroundings before complaining!".

Bhommi is taken aback and whispers looking around "Why are you here at this time?"

She notices the Cold Prison's door and gasps "Who opened this door?!"

Maya rolls her eyes and declares "We need to ask help from your father. We can't do anything alone anymore. I also think we don't have any time now".

Bhommi asks "What are you talking about?"

Maya speaks "A shadow claims that it is Empress Claudia".

Bhommi asks cautiously "Is the shadow similar from your dream?"

Maya nods confidently "I don't know how but that felt similar".

Bhommi gasps in surprise "Then you have power of vision too?!"
