After opening his eyes, Ye Mo instantly felt that his cultivation increased to the peak of Qi Mu due to the System Upgrade. Very happy about the huge increase, he brings up his status.

"Should of figured. This unknown divine trait is giving me a lot of benefits, huh. I really wonder what it is." Laughs Ye Mo after getting his answer.

Two pieces of paper and a small box appear in front of Ye Mo suddenly, confusing him. After reading through the screen, he realizes what they are and looks down at them to analyze.

[Skill Upgrade Coupon: A coupon created by the System. It can increase the grade of any skill as long as it is below Divine.(One Use Remaining.)]

[Random Grade 3 Skill Coupon: Using this will grant Host a random Grade 3 skill, whether it is from the System or the world.(One Use Remaining.)

[System Treasure Chest: A treasure ċhėst created by the System. Opening it will grant Host anything from Grade 1 to Grade 4.]

"Interesting Bonus Pack there. Well, let's use them I guess." Laughs Ye Mo.

He picks up the Random Grade 3 Skill Coupon first and rips it in half, which is how you use it. A few colors appeared in front of him and formed a small wheel like thing. It spins itself automatically and stops on one of the green colors.

"A sword skill? It's even a rare grade how nice. It can deal quite a lot of damage if someone gets hit by it. that 5% chance of leaving Death Qi in their body is also very good, since it will damage them from within, giving me a higher chance of winning a fight if they have the same strength as me, or stronger." Laughs Ye Mo as he is happy with his new skill.

Looking at the Skill Upgrade Coupon, Ye Mo instantly decides to upgrade his new skill to SR grade, since it is obviously the best choice. He only has 3 other skills he can upgrade and none of them are anywhere as good as this one, so it's obvious. Picking up the coupon, Ye Mo rips it like the first one.

Looking at the skills, like he thought he can't upgrade the Divine rank skills. Since he already knew that, he goes with his decision and chooses the Sword of Death.

It took him a few seconds to figure out what that meant, but he realized that his chance of leaving Death Qi in the enemies body increased by 2%, which made him extremely happy. He thought it would only increase by 1% at most.

Looking at the treasure ċhėst, Ye Mo looks at it and finds a small buŧŧon, which he presses. After he presses the buŧŧon, the box opened and started shining with multiple colors. Eventually, it stopped on a blue color and a piece of paper came out of the ċhėst. Picking it up, Ye Mo analyzes it.

"What the heck, haha. I got a perk coupon now. Whatever, let's just use it." Ye Mo laughs before he rips the coupon.

Looking at the screen, Ye Mo doesn't know whether to laugh or cry. This perk might seem good, but it is pretty damn useless to cultivators, since their lifespan increases by each breakthrough they make.

Sighing to himself, Ye Mo decides to cultivate for a while to breakthrough to Qi Sa since he is at the peak of Qi Mu. taking out a Grade 6 Qi Gathering Pill from his storage ring, he swallows it and activates Death Mantra.

The Qi in the surroundings were rapidly drawn to him and absorbed into his dantian at full force, bringing him closer and closer to the breakthrough.

3 weeks later, Ye Mo opens his eyes. Checking his dantian, he knows he finally entered Qi Sa so he decides to open his status, but is interrupted by the System.

Looking at the screen, Ye Mo can't even say anything. Very confused, he just brings up his status.

"So.... I am half human half devil now?" Asks Ye Mo.

"I see. No wonder the Goddess was amused when I created by body. She already knew I was going to turn out like this. I guess there isn't really a downside to this, since it will most likely strengthen me. Whatever. Can you tell me about the new Perk, Trait and that Transformation thing please?" Sighs Ye Mo.

[Ding! The Perk Devil Regeneration(D) will heal any limbs Host loses. If Host loses his arm, it will heal after a while, same with his leg. If Host loses his head, it will heal after a year. The Trait Devil Body(D) will make Host gather Qi faster by 45% and convert all Qi gathered into Devil Qi. Host will also not be able to die unless Host's heart is cut in pieces. The Transformation will allow Host to turn between Human and Devil. Turning into Devil mode, Host will be able to fight those 4 stages above him.]

"I see. I was correct in ȧssuming that I would just get stronger due to this. Hah, I will just take it. Oh right, when will I get my Bonus Pack for entering Qi Sa?" Ye Mo asks while sighing.

[Ding! Host will get his Qi Sa Bonus Pack in 3 days.]

"3 days, huh. I guess the System is figuring out what to give me, then creating it with it's own power. Oh well, what should I do now?" Wonders Ye Mo.

After a while, Ye Mo decided to try out his Devil form, so he uses the Transformation tab to turn into a Devil. A black light surrounds his body for a few seconds before it disappears. When it disappears, rather than the normal Ye Mo, there is a Devil Ye Mo.

His long black hair turned silver, the white of his eyes turned completely black, and he grew 2 red horns out of his head. Looking behind him, he doesn't see a tail, so he is interested. Is it because he is only half Devil?

Clenching his fist, he can feel that his strength did indeed increase a decently while in this form, so he knows what the System said is true. Deciding to test his power, Devil Ye Mo uses his Divine Sense and searches for a beast. After searching for a few minutes, he finds a Qi Mu Stage 8 fox, so he runs towards it.

Devil Ye Mo instantly notices his huge increase in speed while in this form, so he laughs to himself. After running for 30 minutes, he reaches the place where the fox is at and analyzes it.

Looking at the red fox with 3 tails in front of him, Devil Ye Mo smiles evilly and rushes straight towards it without taking out his sword. The Fire Fox could feel the huge threat he gives to it, so he shoots out a huge cone of fire, which Devil Ye Mo ignores and runs through.

Coming out the other side, Devil Ye Mo has no injuries, not even his robe is burned. The fox instantly turns around to run but Devil Ye Mo laughs loudly and chases it. He catches up to it in a few seconds and stabs his right hand into it's ċhėst from behind, taking out a bloody heart.

Looking at the heart, Devil Ye Mo squeezes his hand and crushes it completely. Looking at the corpse of the fox, he rips out some meat and starts eating it until he is a bit full. Then he pulls the Inner Core out and crushes it. The Inner Core turns into red dust which invades his body.

Shaking his head, Devil Ye Mo cancels the transformation and turns back into Ye Mo. Looking at the dead fox, Ye Mo sucks in a deep breath and turns away.

"System, why did I go insane like that?" Asks Ye Mo.

[Ding! Host gains the instincts of a Devil when he transforms, so it is a bit dangerous.]

Shaking his head, Ye Mo starts walking back to the cave he was at before while screens pop up.

[Ding! Host has killed Qi Mu Stage 8 Fire Fox. Gained 1500 points.]

[Ding! Host has absorbed Qi Mu Stage 8 Fire Fox Inner Core. Gained Perk Fire Resistance(U).]

"Huh. I can gain perks by crushing Inner Cores? Ah, that makes sense. I got the Poison Resistance by eating the Inner Core of that snake." Ye Mo says.

Due to his instincts while he is a Devil, he knew that crushing Inner Cores can give him perks. Not confused since the System explained it, he heads back to his cave and sits down. After which, he uses Death Mantra and starts gathering Qi without the pill.
