Two weeks later, Ye Mo opens his eyes and instantly smiles when he checked his dantian, which increased in size massively. A bit curious about his new strength, Ye Mo checks his status.

Before Ye Mo could question the huge increase in his stats, the System brought up a barrage of screens, causing him to swallow his words.

[Ding! Host has began absorbing Devil Qi, attempting to purge from body.]

[Ding! Unknown interference detected!]

[Ding! Interference detected as ???(D) Trait!]

[Ding! ???(D) Trait turns converts Host body to accept Devil Qi!]

[Ding! All Qi absorbed by Host turns into Devil Qi!]

"Uh... What?" That is all Ye Mo can say. Apparently his new Divine Trait has a lot more secrets than he originally thought, if it can interfere with the System. Still rather confused, Ye Mo asks the System for clarification.

[Ding! Due to Host's ???(D) Trait, Host is capable of absorbing Devil Qi now, and all Qi Host abossrbs from anywhere will convert to Devil Qi. Perceived as a good thing due to Hosts Divine Devil Sword and Devil Storm Skill.]

"Whatever. If even the System says it is good for me, then it is. Why did my cultivation increase that much though? I only cultivated for 2 weeks but I broke through a new Realm, and even increased an additional 3 stages atop of that." Sighs Ye Mo while asking.

"115% more than average? How nice. I really wonder what that Trait really is. Will I be able to see the words hidden behind the question marks when I reach the Qi Sa Realm, just like the other question mark rows? Well, I will find out when I do reach that stage." Laughs Ye Mo while he stands up and looks around.

The cave that had Devil Qi lingering around everywhere is now empty, with only the physical item that were there before. All of the Devil Qi was absorbed by Ye Mo during his cultivation, as well as all of the Qi outside of this small Devil area.

Laughing happily, Ye Mo walks towards the entrance of the cave he came in from, and left the cave. After leaving the cave, Ye Mo activates his Divine Sense and scans the surrounding area before he quickly heads in a direction.

After sprinting for an hour, Ye Mo finally reached his destination. The place he was heading towards was a village. Not a human village, but a village full of monkeys. It's the village with that Razor Back Ape King, which glared at him when he was heading towards the cave. While hiding himself with his darkness power, Ye Mo observes the village.

There are at least 150 monkeys in it, most of them being Qi Lo Stage 2-3. Around 40 are at Stage 4, while 15 are at Stage 5, the rest being at Stage 2 or 3. The Razor Back Ape King only increased it's cultivation by one stage, reaching Qi Lo Stage 9. Clenching his fist, Ye Mo could feel a large amount of power, which gives him the confidence to win against the village.

After confirming that the Razor Back Ape King can't find him anymore, Ye Mo holds the Divine Devil Sword, while sneaking towards the Razor Back Ape King's hut. Very easily, Ye Mo sneaked into the hut without informing it of his presence.

He slowly and quietly walked behind it and once there, he raised his sword and slashed towards the neck of the Razor Back Ape King without hesitation. It finally managed to find out something was wrong due to a massive sense of danger, so it instantly roared and used a burst of strength to leap away from the spot it was at.

Feeling the danger disappear, the Razor Back Ape King seemed relieved before it looked towards Ye Mo who appeared out of thin air. Roaring at him angrily, it was about to rush towards him and duke it out, when it felt something was wrong.

The human in front of it was looking at it's right side while silently laughing, so the Razor Back Ape King looked there as well, and it was shocked. It's entire right arm was missing from the shoulder down, and was bleeding heavily.

Angry, the Razor Back Ape King cried out loudly, calling all of it's brethren towards his location for ȧssistance, as it realized it is not match for the human in front of it alone. Feeling it's pride as the King taking a hit, the Razor Back Ape King rushed at Ye Mo without waiting for it's brethren and began fighting him fiercely.

Seeing the Razor Back Ape King rushing at him without waiting for backup, Ye Mo snorts and shakes his head before using Lightning Slash and Stab Burst, stabbing his sword towards the ċhėst of the monkey.

It backs up and dodges the attack, but still gets slightly burned from the lighting coming off of the sword. Annoyed, the Razor Back Ape King roared and it's body suddenly got covered in iron, while spikes also grew from it's back.

Looking at the iron covered monkey in front of him, Ye Mo snorts again and stabs his sword towards it again, only this time he used Mysterious Steps, appearing behind the Razor Back Ape King who was defending it's ċhėst, stabbing his lightning covered sword into it's back.

The sword cleanly pierced through the iron body of the Razor Back Monkey King, pointing out of it's ċhėst. The Razor Back Ape King looks down in a daze and suddenly sees the sword, before it's vision was turned black, finally falling to the ground.

Taking his sword out of the corpse, Ye Mo turns to look at the over a hundred monkeys that finally appeared. Looking at their shocked and dazed faces, Ye Mo smiled evilly and figured this was the perfect chance to use his new skill. Raising his sword, Ye Mo quietly smoke two words aloud.

"Devil Storm."

After speaking those two words, a massive amount of Devil Qi swept out form his sword, enshrouding the whole village. Ye Mo could still see clearly within the fog, so he could see how the monkeys died. Their life force was rapidly being drained from their bodies by the Devil Storm, causing them to die from inside, leaving no wounds behind.

Looking at the Devil Storm he created, he realized it wasn't even 1% of the one that Youth used in the dream. It took 3 minutes for all of the monkeys to die with his, while it took one second for the Youth to kill those 'Qi He' cultivators.

Looking at the 39800 points he just gained, Ye Mo starts grinning happily. Feeling slightly hungry, Ye Mo cuts up the Ape King and a few regular apes and eats them to fill himself up before checking his status.

"Damn! I have over 40000 points now. I knew it wouldn't take me long at all to gather enough points for another System upgrade. Just gotta massacre a few places like this and I can get enough for another upgrade. How much was the upgrade again?" Happily laughs Ye Mo.

[Ding! The System Upgrade to Level 4 costs 30000 points. Does Host wish to Proceed with the Upgrade? Y/N]

Looking at the screen, Ye Mo clicked no since he isn't at a good spot. Using his Divine Sense, Ye Mo scans the surrounding area and finds an abandoned cave, so he heads there. 45 minutes later Ye Mo enters the cave he found and blocks the entrance with a large rock before heading deeper into the cave.

Once at the deepest part within the cave, Ye Mo sits down and brings up the System Upgrade again.

[Ding! Does Host wish to upgrade the System for 30000 points Y/N]

Pressing yes this time, Ye Mo can feel the pressure he felt twice before so he doesn't panic while he faints once again. After fainting, Qi gets gathered from all directions and starts entering his body rapidly. Like before, half went to his dantian, while the other half went to his Soul Space. Then, his cultivation rapidly rose.

Qi Mu Stage 4...

Qi Mu Stage 6...

Qi Mu Stage 7...

Qi Mu Stage 8...

Qi Mu Stage 9...

Qi Mu Stage 9 Peak...

Stopping at the peak of Qi Mu Stage 9, his cultivation can't increase any further, just like the other times. A second ball began to form within his dantian, only this time it was red, like his eyes. Similarly, an identical red ball began forming within his Soul Space as well.

After they both formed completely, they began fusing with the black balls both the dantian and Soul Space. After a complete fusion, there is only one ball that is half black and half red residing in both dantian and Soul Space.

After a few more minutes passed, Ye Mo began rousing before he finally opened his eyes.
