Lin Ke’s mind was blank at that moment. He was probably dispirited due to his mood swings, as well as the Tough Shield Warrior’s training. After informing his Heroes, he staggered toward his Dormitory.

When he had just taken a few steps, Alice appeared beside him in a flash, and supported him by his arm to bring him to the Dormitory.

Once Lin Ke was on his wooden bed in his Dormitory, Alice frowned as she realized that he did not have a blanket.

Lin Ke had not built a Level 3 Dormitory, so he was unsure if there would be better changes.

He was so exhausted that he fell asleep as soon as he laid his head on his pillow.

Alice stood beside his bed and looked at him, then moved her head closer to his chest to sniff. “Is this the smell of blood?”

She then stood up straight all of a sudden and walked out of the Dormitory with blood-red eyes.

A brief moment later, she returned to the Dormitory. When she looked at Lin Ke, who was lying on the wooden bed, she removed her housemaid outfit to cover his body.

Alice stretched the outfit out to cover his body completely.

Afterward, she nodded in satisfaction, then left the Dormitory.

Without the housemaid outfit, Alice was only wearing a tight shirt and a tight skirt. She also wore a pair of silver-gray high heels and white stockings, but at the top of her stockings, black leather straps were used to hold four to five silver daggers on each leg.

While she seemed to be taking slow strides, she was actually moving extremely fast.

In fact, the Smithing Hall was quite a distance away from the Dormitory, but she returned in the blink of an eye.

Dra was discussing the Werewolves with the others when she looked up and saw Alice entering the room.

Just as she was about to call out to Alice to join the discussion, she noticed that she was half-naked.

Kara and Avina were shocked as they did not know why Dra was enraged.

“I apologize for showing up like this.”

Alice smiled gently, then crossed her arms at her belly as she bowed. “I had to do this due to some special reasons.”

“Hmph, you’re shameless.” Dra squinted her eyes. When she slowly opened her golden eyes again, she was staring at Alice’s red eyes with her dragon eyes.

Avina was taken aback as Dra would only behave like this during battles, thus she quickly stood up to shout at her, “Dra, what are you doing? She’s our partner!”

“But she wants to kill me!” Dra turned to glare at Avina. She knew from her Red Dragon’s instinct that Alice had a strong killing intent toward her.

She did not know what she had done that offended Alice, but since Alice wanted to kill her, she would let her try!

“Hmph!”

The red light in Alice’s eyes disappeared, and she held her chin up at Alice. “From today onward, stay away from my Lord, and mind your own business!”

“What!” Dra’s eyes were glowing with golden light. “Say that again?”

“Trash, I’m telling you to stay away from my Lord!” Alice spoke coldly and lifted her right hand to point at Dra. “Before I arrived, you haven’t been taking good care of my Lord. Not only is his sleeping environment the same as the wilderness, but his body is also hurt. How does trash like you deserve to stay by his side!”

Avina realized that Alice misunderstood the situation, so she quickly mentioned, “It’s not like that!”

Upon seeing that the situation was going to worsen, she immediately explained, “Our Lord wanted to gain a Defense Ability, so Dra naturally told him about the Tough Shield Warrior’s training that can help him achieve that!”

“Enough!” Alice waved her hand, then a dagger was nailed beside Avina’s foot, causing Avina to take a few steps back. “You’re just too weak. If you’re strong enough, why would my Lord long for a Defense Ability? There’s no need for you to stay by his side anymore, because I’ll protect him. Their threatening aura caused the other female Heroes to back away.

It was a fight between two Heroes with Disaster Ratings, hence the other Heroes were extremely pressured.

Avina was appalled too. She initially thought that her Nightmare Rating was not too far from Dra’s Disaster Rating, but she realized that she was wrong when the two Heroes of Disaster Rating were about to battle.

Dra did not use the Red Lotus Longsword given by Lin Ke as she only used it against enemies.

She charged at Alice with her fists.

Bright red Qi exploded from her body, and countless afterimages were seen when she enveloped Alice with her huge fists. “Dragon King Divine Power!”

She activated her Skill right away, leaving her opponent with nowhere to hide.

Dra’s Dragon King Shield was broken, and the illusory dragon scales began to disappear. Her right shoulder was hit by Alice’s right leg, but her bright red armor took the damage.

Despite that, the others knew that Dra’s armor could not have withstood Alice’s attack if Dra’s Dragon King Shield had not resisted most of the damage.
