The Warrior’s training that Dra mentioned was unlike the Tough Shield Warrior’s training where Lin Ke had to be beaten up. It was a training for fighting skills, which required one to train for ten to twenty years to become a powerhouse.

Honestly, Lin Ke was afraid of hearing the word ‘training’.

This was because he had just undergone the Tough Shield Warrior’s training, and his body was still resisting it, thus he replied after a long time, “Let me consider.”

Dra nodded and smiled. She felt that Lin Ke’s combat power would increase if he went through a certain Warrior’s training.

After all, being a Tough Shield Warrior was an option for emergency situations, and she felt that a Class that required Lin Ke to be beaten up did not fit his status as her Lord.

Nevertheless, she would not force Lin Ke to do the training now if he did not want to.

Although the Research Institution and the Dungeon were done, Lin Ke was so worn out that he did not want to check them out until he got some rest.

However, the building of new facilities was imminent. For example, the Arena, Bloodbath Hall, Arrow Tower, and Dormitories.

Lin Ke was ready to use the 10 High-level Summoning Cards to make ten summons in a row.

He would definitely get a Hero, but he wanted to see how many Heroes he could summon in total other than the one who was guaranteed to be summoned.

If he was lucky, what Grade could his Heroes be!

Therefore, Lin Ke built a Dormitory for the Hero that would definitely be summoned. If there were more Heroes, he would build more at night.

The second facility he built was the Arena.

Lin Ke was unwilling to give up. He planned to take a look at it right after it was built to see if he had the chance to fight for a ranking, so that he could gain extra Diamonds.

Diamonds were too useful as they could be used to buy anything.

“Let’s go summon new Heroes.”

Lin Ke smiled at Dra and the others, and they gathered at the Altar.

He was extremely excited when he looked at the 10 High-level Summoning Cards in his hands!

Normally, he could only perform a High-level summon once every three days, yet he could do it 10 times in a row now, hence he would definitely get a Hero!

Lin Ke took a deep breath before he made ten continuous picks!

When the first card flipped over slowly, he stared at it for a while, then closed his eyes and cursed to himself.

It was a normal card, and a Hero’s Soul Shards were seen. He was unlucky.

Following that, there were green, blue, purple, gold, and even dark-gold cards.

Even so, they were all Soul Shards. Only when the seventh card was flipped over, a dark-gold radiance showed that the card was for a Hero of an exceptionally high Grade, and the character image that was shown did not have a number on it.

It was a Dark-gold Grade Hero!

When Lin Ke cheered, Dra and the others were elated too.

“Perfect Housemaid?” Lin Ke was startled when he noticed the female Hero’s nickname. ‘What does that mean? Is a housemaid a Hero too?’

He looked at Perfect Housemaid Alice’s Character Card carefully. She had delicate features, white hair, black eyes, and she looked better than Dra. Overall, she seemed very gentle.

She wore an extremely conservative blue and white housemaid outfit, such that only her snowy white arms were exposed.

Lin Ke hesitated. ‘She’s a Hero who’s like a housemaid, is her Rating really this high?’

Nonetheless, he used the card, and the dark-gold light grew so big that it was dazzling.

Amidst the light, he seemed to notice a hint of red too, but it disappeared in the blink of an eye as though it was just an illusion.

When he squinted his eyes, a figure appeared on the Altar, then the light went away slowly.

Perfect Housemaid Alice appeared.

Lin Ke realized after seeing her in person that she was more beautiful than how she looked on the card. Her smooth white hair was let down on her back, and she locked her fingers together in front of her abdomen as she bowed. “Hello, my brave Lord, Alice has been summoned.”

Upon seeing her, Lin Ke and the other female Heroes were in a daze.

They quickly came to their senses, and Lin Ke responded embarrassedly, “Hello, welcome to our team.”

“Hello.” Alice nodded and smiled at the other Heroes, then stood behind Lin Ke.

Lin Ke found it strange when he looked at her, because the way she acted was very different from when the other Heroes were summoned. She seemed to be detached from the others, and was not very affectionate.

Besides, though Alice wore a housemaid’s outfit, her bubble skirt appeared to be supported by a crinoline that formed a big arc, and it looked like someone could hide under it.

It was the type of skirt worn by a noble lady.

A housemaid who was dressed like that could not do work.

Even though Alice was known as a housemaid, she was still a Hero, and was a Dark-gold Grade Hero with a Disaster Rating, thus Lin Ke would not treat her like a real housemaid.

The remaining High-level Summons only resulted in some Heroes’ Soul Shards. While some of them were of Dark-gold Grade, it was too difficult to gather enough to form a Hero.

This time, the summon was real, because Lin Ke was only lucky when he summoned Stardust’s Child Kara previously.

Of course, he had summoned Avina before that too, but it was a beginner’s benefit given by the System.

Lin Ke had a few Basic Summoning Cards with him too, but he felt that he would not be lucky as he only managed to summon one Hero from the ten continuous summons, thus he decided to leave the cards for when he was lucky.

“I’ll buy you some pieces of Equipment for you to upgrade,” He mentioned to Alice. With plenty of Resources and Silver now, he could spend lavishly.

He had decided to challenge the Arena after it was done, so he quickly helped her upgrade.

Non-upgraded Equipment cost only 3,000 Silver, which was not a concern for Lin Ke at all since he had a million Silver.

That being said, it was just over ten hours ago when he had to make careful calculations for his Silver.

At the Library, he let Alice undergo an hour of Advanced Development, then used EXP Scrolls to increase her Level to 100% of Level 9. Subsequently, he purchased a full equipment set for her at the Smithing Hall.

Additionally, he bought 2 pieces of Equipment for Dra to complete her set.

Lin Ke simply filled up all his Heroes’ Equipment Panel as it did not cost much, but he would need to plan the upgrades later.

The pieces of Equipment could be upgraded to Level 30. When he was estimating the cost to upgrade them, his head began to hurt.

He was experiencing the residual effect of the Tough Shield Warrior’s training – his spirit was drooping, so he needed to rest.

“Have a chat together. I’ll nap for a while, so call me when it’s time for dinner.”

Lin Ke left while holding his head. He would deal with the Equipment upgrades after getting some rest!
