One month has passed, in a desolate valley, a youth and a white tiger stood side by side looking at the beautiful scenery of lush green trees swaying in rows as the wind blows. It was already time for the white tiger to leave, at this time its wounds are already healed. And its powers have returned to its peak.

"Thank you, young man. I never thought I could still live to see another day… But before I go, I would like to introduce myself again. I am Nushia, the crowned princess of the demon tiger clan." After saying that the white tiger slowly morphed into a human.

Shin Jiao was stunned as he look at the white tiger who had now transformed into its human form and now in front of him stands a gorgeous and elegant 30 year old looking woman. She is wearing a snow white gown with a thick white fur neckline. And on her head sat a silver crown.

A tiny red tiger mark on her forehead can be seen. Her face has an amiable and kind smile as she looks at the youth who was frozen in place and saliva slowly dripping out of his wide open mouth.

Since Shin Jiao was in his 30s in his previous world, the woman looks are too gorgeous and attractive for him. She is like a goddess that descended from on high. Now that he can see her human form he was stunned and didn't know how to react.

"You… you… you're a human?" stuttered Shin Jiao as he point his finger unconsciously.

Nushia chuckled, "No, I'm not human. I'm from a noble beast race and I belong to a royal family of the tiger clan. But since I am a level 6 demon beast, so I have my human form."

"In your human race, I guess they call my level nascent immortal late stage."

"So you're already a nascent immortal? And… and… a late stage at that?"

Ask Shin Jiao with a hint of fear in his heart. Because although he considered Nushia as a friend and his teacher, he didn't really realize that she is a really powerful level 6 demon beast. He just thought that Nushia is a level 5 demon beast, just like the giant snake king.

"Shin Jiao, I don't know if you are a cultivator or a mortal. All I know is that you are strong and have a bright future ahead of you. If ever you need help with anything just go to the western border lands of the beast kingdom, and show this jade medallion"

Nushia took out a jade medallion with an embossed face of a tiger and handed them to Shin Jiao who just received it without a word.

"Drop your blood in this when you are at the border of the beast kingdom and I will be able to find you."

"It was a pleasure knowing you young man, till next time!"

With that she just jump high up in the air and flew westward.

All through this, Shin Jiao didn't utter a single word, as he was truly enchanted and amazed with stupefaction by the things that he discovered, and he understood everything that Nushia told him.

With a sigh he turn back and murmured to himself.

"I guess I'm alone again. If only I can go out of here without facing any danger…"

After saying that he blurred from where he stands and vanished in a blink of an eye.

In this vast forest he spends his days hunting demon beast and improving his alchemy, his goal is to become strong enough to get out of this forest. In his battle against the giant king snake, he realized that his strength and ability is lacking. If he didn't trick the snake or ambushed it, he can only resign himself to death.

A few months later…

Shin Jiao had stayed in this forest for almost 3 months now. In his dantian there are 38 spheres revolving and pulsating with power. He can feel that now he has enough strength to fight against any demon beast below level 6.

And he also crafted 2 new artifacts.

The first one is a semi-automatic gun with an embedded knife near the trigger, which can fire up to 20 round of energy coated projectiles. Though it's not as powerful as the BARRET, but its rate of fire is better. If he use stronger type of metal ore as a projectile he can even kill level 5 demon beast with it.

The second is a thin gel like flexible armor that can cover his body from head to toe. The material he used came from a very rare crystal he found underground while mining some metal ore.

At first he thought it was a puddle of water, but when he stepped on it, the surface didn't break but felt like a gel. So with interest he started experimenting on it and realized its value.

Combined with a control rune that he wrote, he can change the form of the gel like crystal. He also added a very unique enchantment that he discovered while combining the basics, it's called light refraction. Which can make him turn invisible on the naked eye. But since he is a normal human being once eyesight cannot find him spiritual sense can hardly notice his presence.

With these additional artifacts, Shin Jiao life became easy in the vast and dangerous forest of Demon Greens. Every day he goes out to hunt and tried to gain more experience in battle. As he knows that by battling he can learn more and become adept in handling any situations. Even though he already became strong. Shin Jiao still knew that his power is not enough when faced with a really strong cultivator. Plus he doesn't have any experience battling humans who are more cruel and deceptive.

He also moved his base underground, the entrance is a large tree which he hollowed the bottom part. From there he dig a 100 meter deep slope and a 200 square meter wide hole. He put stairs on the slope and crafted the walls of the underground to be very sturdy. He combined stones and metal for the wall and support of his hideout. Although he could just use the mansion, but he can't casually expose it to anyone even to demon beast.

This base of his has a modern design and he also crafted some modern appliances like an air conditioner using wind control rune and a demon beast core as the power. He also crafted a fridge using ice element gathering rune.

Then he decided to build a laboratory for his research and a machine shop for crafting artifacts. This made his life more comfortable while staying in this harsh and dangerous place. And since Demon Greens is a very dangerous place it can also serve as his safe house and a hideout at the same time.

As time went by, he hunted stronger monsters and the spheres within his dantian also began to increase.

But fate has its own designs for Shin Jiao, because one faithful day a chance encounter changed the way he viewed this new world.
