Darkness and chaos envelop her surroundings, all she could hear was the beating of her heart which is gradually fading. Standing in front of her is a familiar but blurry visage of her martial sister and on the other side, she could see the blurry images of three people facing her. She couldn't clearly see them but she could hear their conflicting conversation.

"Senior sister, I know that your cultivation level is higher than the three of us, but do you think you can fight against us when you and senior sister Cherry is in that state? Ha, ha, ha! Just surrender and we brothers will let you live. We can even show you a really nice time."

She recognized this voice, this is clearly Alvin Tam. She couldn't understand why he had this oppressive voice. She knew Alvin Tam as a kind and helpful lad and the grandson of elder Varus Tam, a first-stage infant soul forming cultivator. Alvin also confessed his love to her but she didn't reciprocate. He still showed her kindness and they became friends.

Her junior sister shouted with a hint of desperation and panic.

"Lady Cherry, I'm sorry I can't hold on anymore. This the last thing I can do for you."

A firm and resolute voice entered her ear, which grips her heart with pain. She knows that her junior sister will sacrifice herself so that at least they could have a fighting chance.

Cherry McGrath or what is famously known in the sect as Lady Cherry, is one of the genius cultivators of Lotus Sect. She reaches the gold core realm at a very young age and now she is at the peak of the gold core realm after only 5 years. Now she finally realized that this was all a trap and she already knows who the culprit is.

As the fight goes on one of the men was suddenly overpowered by a suicide attack from her junior sister. The stab destroyed his defensive energy and went through his heart. But she could also see her junior sister slumping to the ground powerless.

A hysterical shout coming from one of the men as he rushed towards his companion.

But before he can reach him, Lady Cherry's junior sister had a crazy expression and laughed.

"Ha, ha, ha! I won't let you get what you want. Ha, ha, ha!"

Cherry knew what her sister would do. She is going to over-draft her energy and explode her core. Since she is also near the area, she just closed her eyes and resigned herself to death.

She waited and waited, but there was an explosion. Then she suddenly heard Alvin Tam's laughing.

Alvin Tam howled angrily. Which made the other man feel scared and stepped back.

Cherry said to herself as she slowly closed her eyes.

Meanwhile, not too far from the area, two shadows can be seen walking. A young man and a small creature cautiously walk side-by-side as they knew they have entered a territory of a demon beast king.

The two had already walked for a while now, but still, nothing happened. No demon beast nor the territory ruler had attacked them.

This is Shin Jiao and the pangolin, with a confused and a little curious expression on his face.

"This is not normal, I can feel the aura of a King Nue in this area. But I can't see…"

Shin Jiao suddenly stopped on his tracks. He now noticed about 5 kilometers away from them on a tall cliff 6 auras exist. Two of the auras has almost dissipated meaning they already died or is dying. One of those auras belongs to a strong demon beast.

Looking at the tall tree the pangolin nodded. To Shin Jiao's surprise, it walks near him and touched his leg with its scaly tail.

All of a sudden the world became lines of different colored lights, and then in an instant, he noticed himself facing a large tree.

"Oh… that's incredible. Ha, ha, ha! Little buddy, you're the best." Shin Jiao became excited and almost forgot his goal. Then he took another piece of meat and gave it to the pangolin.

"I'm going to help the people in there, okay? You stay here." Shin Jiao said as he quickly scaled the tree.

It didn't take him a long time to reach the treetop and using his goggles, he now had a clear vision of the situation. Although the distance is around 5 kilometers since the line of sight is not blocked by any obstacle he can see the people on the cliff.

He took out his beloved BARRETT and carefully aim at a young man who slowly approaches a woman sitting beside a tree. He can see a gruesome wound on the woman's abdomen. The youth is clearly going to finish her as he took out a long sword. He also noticed another youth who is busy tearing apart a young woman's robe and garments. His face had a look of lust in it which disgust Shin Jiao.

"I guess I need to take out the one with the sword first. Sigh… Another blood in my hand. Anyway, it's their fault for doing those acts in front of me." Shin Jiao said to himself, with a little proud expression in his face.

He carefully aimed the crosshair on the youth's head, and his finger slowly moved towards the trigger. Then the youth on the other side lifted his sword.
