Mathematics has been the very pinpoint of human innovation due to its intricate and methodical ways of solving problems.
Even though it's such a useful tool, many people including students hate having to learn the concepts and theories that mathematics establishes.
It is such a powerful tool in the right hands, but it definitely isn't for everyone.
"What kind of dull thoughts are you thinking of?"
"I was thinking about how math is such a beautiful concept, even though only a handful of people like it."
"Uh-huh... Everyone, we got a weirdo over here thinking about some weird stuff!"
Eiji blankly stared at Takei as he announced to the world about how much of a weirdo his thickheaded and aloof friend was.
School was ending for the day, so everyone was busy packing up their bags and leaving to do whatever their heart desired after school.
Since Takei and Akari were the class representatives, they had to stay behind class to help clean up and do paperwork.
"Are you sure you don't need any help?" Eiji asked. "I feel kinda bad leaving you when you have a lot of stuff to do."
Takei just shrugged and nonchalantly leaned back in his chair in response to Eiji offering to help. "The work isn't that hard, so don't worry about it. I also happen to be working with a goddess as well, so there shouldn't be anything to worry about."
"If you say so..." Eiji backed off. "I'll see you later then."
"Yep, catch you later," Takei waved goodbye.
A little short of five minutes later, the classroom was completely empty besides for the two class representatives.
"Let's do our best today!" Akari tried to motivate Takei.
"Eh... Don't we do our best everyday?"
"Mmm-hmm, that's good!" Akari happily clapped her hands. "We should do our best everyday."
"Sounds tiresome..." Takei moaned.
The paperwork they had to do wasn't super intensive since it mostly consisted of taking count of attendance and some various miscellaneous things that the teacher liked to keep track of.
Besides that, it was mostly just cleaning, sweeping, putting the chairs back, lining up the desks, and making sure the classroom is locked when they leave.
With two people hard at work, it should take about 30 minutes to complete all the tasks.
***
Thirty minutes later, they finished all of the tasks and duties they needed to do.
"What should we do now?"
"I'm not sure."
Takei and Akari weren't too sure on what they should do for entertainment after finishing doing their duties as representatives.
"Hold up! Wait!!!"
As they began to leave the school, the two of them were stopped by a familiar voice.
"Ah, is that Hasebe?" Takei squinted.
"She's kinda running fast?" Akari asked, confused.
"Poor Ike... He's giving it his all," Takei apologized internally.
Hasebe was full-on sprinting towards Takei and Akari's location, while Ike was doing his best to catch up.
Due to Ike having a big build, he was a bit of a slow giant that couldn't keep up with his cheetah girlfriend.
Once the both of them caught up, Hasebe began to explain her intentions to the idiot couple. "Let's go out on that double date now!"
Takei remembered how they promised to go on a double date during the camping trip, but it was postponed due to everyone being busy at the time.
He took a quick glance at Akari and confirmed the situation. "Okay, where are we going?"
"Since summer is rolling around the corner, there's obviously only one spot we can go to!" Hasebe excitedly stated.
"And where would that be?"
"The bikini store!" She yelled in pure excitement.
"E-Eh?"
Takei was confused to hear the location they were going to, but there was no time to argue when everyone was in such a cheery mood.
With that, they were at the entrance of a bikini shop about twenty minutes later.
"Woahh, they have so many colors and designs!" Hasebe practically ran into the store.
Akari happily followed her into the store. "Let's try on all of them and have a fashion show!"
Takei and Ike were both equally tired from being dragged around by their girlfriends, so they awkwardly stood in the corner of the store and looked down to the ground.
"The ground is quite flat today."
"Very flat indeed."
Such a conversation came to be due to the awkwardness both boys were feeling from being inside a women-oriented store.
"Are you two ready?" Hasebe asked from behind the curtain after changing her clothes to a swimsuit she chose.
"Yeah, we're ready," Ike responded.
"As ready as we can be," Takei added.
"Then behold..." Akari announced. "Ta-daa!"
Akari and Hasebe both left the dressing room at the same time and revealed the bathing suits they were wearing.
S-S-Sexy...
Takei was dumbfounded to see Akari wear a mature black bikini, so he was having trouble formulating any thoughts.
"What do you think?" Akari asked with a light blush on her face.
Once his consciousness came back, Takei rushed over to Akari and covered her with the jacket that he was wearing. "That's a little bit too stimulating... I don't want other people seeing you like this."
Akari was confused at first as to why Takei did such an action, but a lovestruck expression appeared on her face when she realized why he did it. "Hee hee... I see. I understand."
She got close to Takei's left ear and seductively whispered into it. "I'll buy this sexy bikini for when it's just us two alone and buy a separate bathing suit that's more reserved for outside use."
"Please," Takei nodded.
Even though Takei was quick to cover her, he still wanted to look at her beautiful form in that mature bikini even more than anything else.
So when Akari told him that she would buy two swimsuits, Takei's expression brightened up incredulously.
"It's like they forgot we were even here..." Hasebe sighed.
"Too stuck in their own world," Ike complained.
Even though Hasebe and Ike had come along for a double date, it felt like they were third-wheeling more than anything else.
What an unfortunate turn of events for them.
