91 CHAPTER 91: MY MOM IS NOT DEAD!

"We've spotted her, sir. She's about to get inside the tea store, alone." The woman who was sitting in the passenger seat of a van radioed her boss.

"Have you identified any suspicious person following her?"

"Just the same guard before, sir."

"Hmmm…" The man on the other line seemed to be in deep thought, "Weird. We can't lure her out like this. Just take the woman with you. she might show up."

"We'll do." Then the woman ended the call. She was looking towards another woman who was lining for the cashier. "It's playtime!" she smirked.

Lisa went out for a while. She suddenly craved for milk tea. It was when she recalls her happy moments with Aisha that she decided to go out for a walk. She was about to call Caleb to let him know but she forgot her phone inside her room. Sucks! He'll probably get angry once he finds out that she went out without informing him.

"Tsk! So mean!" she smiled at the thought of Caleb's worried expression, "I guess it won't hurt. it'll just be for a couple of minute anyway." She went on her way.

Unknown to her, one of Caleb's men was following her like a ghost. The man phoned Caleb to report that Lisa went out from the mansion.

"Watch over her closely." Caleb ordered.

As soon as Lisa received her tea, she sat in an empty table. Her gaze was from a far.

"Hi, can I sit with you?" A woman suddenly approached her.

"No problem!" she smiled.

"Thank you." then the woman pulled the chair and sat opposite her. The woman smiled innocently but unknown to Lisa, the woman has a beast within her. she mischievously smirked.

Meanwhile, Eli has been throwing tantrums in the ancestral mansion. How he loves to go to the central city for a little while. He wants to see his mom. The household staffs can't stop him from throwing everything he has in his hands. Master Omni can't even get near him. He really wants to see that woman badly.

But how could Master Omni tell his grandson about that woman? He can't possibly tell him that his mother is dead! He'll blow the mansion for sure!

"I want to go home! I want to see my mommy!" he cried.

Master Omni nor anyone doesn't know what to do. Also, the household staffs heard about Stacy's misfortune, but they never raised the questioned as to why the household masters didn't held a funeral service for her.

"What's happening here?" a cold yet alluring voice was heard. It's pretty obvious that he's coming down the staircase.

"Ethan!" Master Omni was relieved. He didn't expect that he would be able to come home last night.

Eli looked at him entreatingly.

"What is it? why are you acting that way!?" His tone was firm, anyone who hears him and see his aloof face will definitely be terrified. Eli shuddered. He was scared.

"Dad… I want to go home. I want to see mom."His tone is more of demanding than begging.

"It's not safe to go to the city for now. Also, don't look for your mom anymore.'"

"B-but why?!" he showed an angry face.

"Because she's gone!"

"No! that's not true! She promised that she will never leave! She loves me!" Eli cried as he run outside the mansion. The maids were about to go after him but Ethan stopped them.

"Let him be. He'll come back soon." Ethan walked towards the kitchen. Master Omni followed.

"Don't you think you're a bit harsh to him?" The old man utters before he sat opposite him.

"He'll understand it soon." He took the bread and munch it. Master Omni just sighed a deep breath.

Hours passed and it's already lunch but Eli hadn't come back yet. Ethan knew that he was just hiding somewhere in the mansion. It seems like he is still mad. It can't be help. Ethan was just like that when he was a kid. Ah! Blood!

Inside the horse den, Eli was talking to his favorite horse, Dumbo. He was actually venting out his frustrations. After a while, he suddenly felt his stomach babbled. Ah-oh! He didn't eat his breakfast earlier! he's totally hungry now! But he is still mad!

Crooookkk Crooookkkkk…. His stomach continued howling so he decided to go back in the mansion. He was already at the exit door when he heard some workers talking to each other. Did they just mention his mom?

"I pity Eli; he still doesn't know that his mom is already dead for a week now." The first worker uttered.

"It's very unfortunate. I actually like her. She changed a lot from the old Stacy that we knew, she's so nice and kind for the past months. Too bad she died early." The second man sighed.

The workers were about to enter but they were stunned to see Eli looking at them gnashing his teeth. Their faces were as pale as dead.

"M-master Eli!" they exclaimed.

"My mom is not dead!" he yelled with his fists curled into a ball. He run towards the mansion.

"Damn! Were dead!"' they hit their heads.

Ethan was caught off guard when he heard Eli shouting that his mom is not dead while running the stairs going to his room. He banged the door so everyone was able to hear it.

"How did he know?" Ethan creased his brow. He was holding a newspaper when he heard Eli screaming. Master Omni heard the little boy so he sneaks outside his room.

Ethan walked the stairs to Eli's room. Master Omni followed since he got curious.

"Eli, Eli, open the door." Ethan was trying to open it. It was locked inside. They can hear his sobbing from the inside. This got Ethan worried.

"Eli! open the door! Let's talk!" however, Eli seems to be drown on his own emotions so they used the master key instead. They got in but Eli glared at his dad.

"Eli…"

"I don't want to talk to you! go away!" he insisted. Master Omni patted Ethan's shoulder before he left the room.

"You're on your own. Good luck." Master Omni sent a message using his eyes. Ethan nodded.

Ethan sat beside him. He looked outside the window. How come the sky looks so beautiful all of a sudden? He smiled for the first time. Eli was able to see that quick beam in his father's lips. He was amazed. He doesn't look like a lion unlike earlier.

"Dad, mom isn't dead, right?" he was searching his father's eyes for an answer.

"Eli, didn't you wish to go to the central city today?" his father redirected the question.

"Ehm." He nodded while wiping his nose.

"Alright, I'm fine with that. We will go to the City today. But your nanny Cindy will be looking after you."

"How about you, dad?"

"I'll go with you at the Central City but I need to see someone today. I'll pick you up once you're done, okay?"

"Okay!" he giggled.

After some hours, Aisha received a report about Eli being in the Central City and was busily playing at the Children's quarter inside the Saphiro Mall.

Yes, she did assign someone to watch Eli and Ethan's every move. In that way, she will be able to secure their safety.

"Okay. thank you." She dropped the call. Now that he's in the central city, she can go and have a glimpse of him even if it is just for a short period of time.

She wears her guise outfit before going out from the apartment that she rented weeks ago. She was wearing a curly blonde hair with a bangs. Her eyebrows were as thick as a man's unshaved brows. then lastly, the big mole on the left side of her eyes gave a total change of her facial features.

She stared at herself in the mirror. Perfect! Now, even Caleb nor Lisa won't be able to recognize her. She's ready to set off.

After some hour, she received a call from Caleb. she dried her hands before picking her phone up.

"Yes?" She answered it. however, her jaw dropped all of a sudden when she heard Caleb.

"What?! Lisa is missing?! Someone took her?!" she balled her fist.

She went out as soon as she heard Caleb. However, she stopped on her tracks when she saw that the maid who was watching Eli was crying hysterically while men in black was dispersed to search for something –No! It was someone rather!

Eli! she yelled in her mind. Then she heard the maid talking to someone on the phone.

"Sir, E-Eli! Eli is missing!"
