Episode 7

This is being translated by Bane for her bday enjoy!

I didn’t wear socks because I didn’t want to slip and fall as I started walking about, but I was fascinated by my chubby feet and cute toes.

I would have grown up through this process before, but I wouldn’t have the intelligence to recognize that I was like this then back when I was a child the first time.

When I stared at my little toes instead of going to the emperor, he was so anxious that my father, the emperor, was begging me to go to him.

When I concentrated again and approached him, the emperor walked up to me on his knees and hugged me tightly within his arms.

“Sigh. Our lovely Stiana.”

He stuck his face up against my cheek.

He was worried before that the prickly beard he had would damage my face, so whenever he saw any stubble, he would have a barber trim it.

I stroked his soft chin and he looked like he had the world in his eyes.

Sometimes there were times when the eyes of the father and daughter met.

The look he had in his eyes seemed to display some secret, and it happened every time I gave him a big smile.

Then he would smile happily, defenseless again, as if his mind had melted from the sight of my bright red gums.

A baby that rattles the heart of a man who makes the entire continent tremble.

Months have passed by, but I still haven’t been able to adjust yet.

“Did you see her eating strawberries? You have two teeth and you can chew it really hard.”

Karhill, who said so, had plenty of strawberries waiting in his hands.

I think he did it to feed me strawberries, but he had picked up too much at once, and he didn’t have any fingers left to feed me.

So Adelgio was there picking up the strawberries and giving them to me.

That’s what Karhill thought.

“I want to give Stiana strawberries, too.”

“Stiana, don’t spill it. Ouch. That’s your brother’s finger. You can’t eat fingers. Hahahaha.”

Adelgio said it was also interesting.

“It’s fun when she bites fingers, right?”

“Funny, I thought it was breaking.”

“That’s right. It was scary. It hurt even when she was biting with her gums.”

Karhill and Adelgio kept talking without pause.

I thought they were the most talkative children in the world.

However, the voices themselves were so cute and lovely that it calmed me down when I listened to them.

The strawberries that first came into my mouth were later busy entering their mouths.

Then I patted my stomach and gestured that I ate well enough.

I was worried about the strawberry juice on my hands, so I looked around and did not find anything so I wiped them on my pants.

Then I grabbed my chubby cheeks with sticky hands and kissed them.

“Your Royal Highness, it’s time for your history class.”

When they heard the words, the two looked really distressed.

It seemed like someone would think they were the ones who had just lost their country.

I looked forward to that day to come quickly, thinking that someday I would learn such things.

There was nothing I could do as of now.

It was fortunate that I could think of swordsmanship at least.

It was a tremendous struggle to spend most of my time lying down and being unable to do anything with my adult intelligence.

I was less bored because I could hear what the women were talking about next to me.

They wouldn’t have ever imagined that I could understand what they were saying.

I knew all about who the poet liked.

Sometimes a special name came up in their conversation.

When someone said that a gift came from Euburn White Sackzer, others nodded and said they received it. (TL note I’m unsure about the naming as of now I’m sure it’ll come up more so I will have a better context about it later.)

“I think you have a different mindset. My family is proud of me because I keep sending gifts back home. You’re thinking about that and sending it home, right?”

“I will. He’s not usually that thoughtful.”

I didn’t know who he was. I didn’t know why he was giving my maids presents, but I couldn’t ask them yet.

I think perhaps it’s about time that I started talking…

Now, I can take a few steps all on my own.

I liked walking around while holding the hands of the princes.

They both were so cute that I felt good whenever I was with them.

They looked like they were angels when they smiled down at me.

When we went outside, our knights followed behind.

There were dozens of knights for the Crown Prince, and even my knights added.

When I saw them, I thought of many things.

I often blanked out at the thought of becoming a good leader for those people. (Soon to be Princess Commander Stiana lol, imagine her talking and directing them in training as a tiny human ahhh the training grounds run by Stiana doing all sorts of drills. I bet they would love it and the princes and emperor would approve. Royal Stamp of approval.)

Then the knights would smile and look at me.

They seemed to find it interesting to see a small child with a look that seemed as if they knew the whole world.

The princes chattered and talked a lot, and I listened as if I were seeing a show.

“Why doesn’t our Stiana laugh a lot? I want to see our Stiana smile.”

“So you don’t like it? I’m cool, but I don’t like smiling too much. I don’t think you need to smile when it’s about Stiana.”

Karhill and Adelgio.

Now the two of them were quite different.

The emperor doesn’t seem to know the difference between the two yet, but I certainly did.

I felt it from the atmosphere, not from their other characteristics.

“Kalil, tell.”

I said pointing at them one by one with my fingers.

This is why I don’t speak.

I know exactly what I wanted to say, but the words come out weird.

“Stiana, not Kalil, but Karhill. Car. Le Hill.”

“Kaa, Lil!”

It was the same even when I tried to speak it properly.

“Let’s practice your name. Ah. Del. Ge. Oh.”

I just shut my mouth.

It was obvious that it wouldn’t come out the way I was intending it to.

“Strana is really good at it. Stiana would be the only one who can tell us apart.”

Every time I called them correctly, the twins shouted out excitedly.

The emperor thought he could also distinguish between the two, but he couldn’t.

Many would mix up Karhill as Adelgio and Adelgio as Karhill.

There were times when they were mistaken for each other and scolded the wrong one, but they didn’t say they weren’t, and they just listened silently.

It was comfortable for them to be scolded because they didn’t do anything wrong, so they seemed to hold out on each other’s behalf.

After a while, the opposite seems to happen again, so there seems to be no need to thank each other each time it happened.

It’s also a problem that the emperor confused the twins, but it was still better than me calling them ‘daddy.’

Why is it so hard to pronounce my father? Why do my lips and tongue always make such strange words every time?

The emperor couldn’t stop laughing when I called him ‘babby,’ but I was ashamed.

My life since I’ve been born into the imperial family, it’s changed a lot from before.

The princes admonished me as they walked my way.

You’ll fall down like that.

I wanted to say that several times, but Karhill was busy explaining it to me.

Then, he stumbled and fell on an uneven part of the floor and cried.

Tears seemed to come out, but he seemed to hold out thinking that he was my brother and that he could not cry in front of his little sister.

“It’s okay, Stiana. It doesn’t hurt. It’s okay.”

It was so cute to see him crying and holding back his tears, so I really wanted to hug him.

I ran to him and hugged him, thinking, ‘What could I do?’ and he quickly looked like he had just been given the whole world.

“Stiana, give me a hug.”

“Deljo don’t fall down. Is short. Won’t hug Deljo.” (When your own little sister knocks you down!)

Adelgio spoke with his arms wide open, and I saw large drops of tears falling from Adelgio’s eyes.

I can’t believe the golden wolf of the Empire cried at those words.

If I hadn’t seen it myself, I wouldn’t have ever believed it.

I didn’t have any tolerance for such a cute figure, so I hugged Adelgio, and the two of them quickly looked happy and circled around me.

The scene was so distracting that I made a pledge not to hug him from next time forward.

“Does Stiana like you that much?”

They said such things endlessly, but the two of them didn’t know what to do because I was just too pretty.

I often met the emperor while walking in the palace.

The emperor couldn’t erase his laughter whenever he saw me, and the four guards who always served him from close aides looked defenselessly at the same time.

Their impression was so much softer than it was at first.

He still eliminates numerous enemies from the battlefield, and sometimes runs without removing the blood stains from his clothes, but his eyes were not as pure as those of me.

“Father conquered another kingdom. Stiana, Father wielded his sword, and it looked like a very long red carpet was laid down in front of him. Isn’t that right, Adelgio?”

“Yes, hundreds of people prostrated themselves in front of father and shouted, ‘Your Majesty!’ Now they all know how strong Dad and his men are, so they don’t resist too much.”

“That’s right. Everyone’s bowing their heads and shouting to Father to lead them.”

There was no opponent to match him on the continent.

The emperor and his aides seemed to be in a good mood while the two princes were whispering about cutely.

Called the Four Wings of the Emperor, they were the ones who assisted the Emperor and soaked the continent with the blood of their opponents.

When discussing the emperor’s conquest war, they were said to have saved the emperor from crises of both large and small with swords that were close to divine.

I especially enjoyed watching their swordsmanship.

It was not for anyone to go to their training camp, but I could see them without restriction, wherever I was held by the Emperor.

I need to know who else can imagine darling little Stiana on the training grounds trying to lead the drills and maybe even when she’s a bit older and stronger flailing about a toy sword. All the knights will fall to their knees in worship!

Stiana slowly is moving forward in her conquest of the royal palace so far both the twin princes and the emperor have fallen to her whims, now to set her sights onto the knights.

Who will win? Stiana or the knights?
