110 Chapter 110: He Decided To Make A Move

Bitches. How dare you all threaten me?! Bithches!

She picked up a book on the desk and smashed onto the wall. "That little devil!" She barked. "I can give you lots of money. A lot." She persisted.

"I don't lack money." Mr. Morgan jumped in instantly. He hated being controlled and threatened.

Seeing that he wasn't taking the offer, she grew even more furious. "You don't lack money? Huh, alright, the world shall see all those photos!" You are either my assistant or my enemy. You don't want to help me, then fuck you.

Mr. Morgan trembled and sweated in fear. "Wait, wait. Calm down. We can talk about this. There must be something we can do."

She smiled triumphantly, "Now, we are talking. As long as you find a way to get rid of her, to make her suffer..."

Mr. Morgan thought to himself helplessly, the girl seems to be weak and gentle, but she's smart. A very difficult one. She's calm and unexpected, like a scorpion. You don't know when she strikes. Compared to those experienced senior businessmen, she is very competitive. It's like no one can take advantage of her. What's more, someone's got her back! Someone who can assess those files! What the fuck! How did I get myself involved in this shit?

***

At a café.

Nathalia and Sophie sat by the window, sipping coffee, and enjoying chocolate cake. It was a beautiful sunny afternoon. There was a feeling of lightness and freedom.

Sophie was laughing as she listened to Nathalia depicting the drama in Queenland, wishing she was there to see it herself. Then she thought of something and asked Nathalia, "Nathalia, do you really want to study abroad?"

Nathalia smiled a cheeky smile and said, "well, we will see..."

Just then, an unpleasant voice sounded, "Nathalia Carter, I've heard that you have been expelled from Queenland. Shame on you. And you are a shame to the family." It was from Evette. Her high volume made sure she had everyone's attention.

Nathalia knitted her brows. Aren't you a bit too slow?

Casually, she replied, "Well, it's nothing compared to your awesome threesome show."

Now, everyone had got their ears up. Threesome?! It's Evette Carter. She went abroad, didn't she? After the crazy video clip went wild. Hahaha. So, she's back.

Dressed in a tight black dress, with delicate make-up on, Evette looked fancy as usual and more mature than before. "You set me up. Spencer Davidson wanted to be with me, but you took him away from me. You set me up to get Spencer. You are so evil." Evette cried, tears streaming down her cheeks, pitiful looking.

The crowd was now listening attentively. Two sisters were fighting for the same guy again. A never-ending excitement.

Nathalia rested her chin in her hands and watched curiously as if it had nothing to do with her, and she was just one of the spectators. She found it too ridiculous to hide her laugh.

"How can you laugh about it?!" Evette felt like someone had slapped her on her face and furiously, she yelled at Nathalia, "Nathalia Carter, you've crossed the line!"

If Ann had not reminded her many times of maintaining her image and reputation to have the support of the media, Evette would have raised her hand up and given Nathalia a slap.

Sophie raised her hand up timidly and said, "I don't think Spencer ever notices you..." Who set them up?! Huh.

Evette stamped her feet and hissed like a cat who got stepped on its tail. "Nonsense. Nathalia Carter, I'm much better looking than you. I'm fitter than you. I'm smarter than you. I'm a better person than you in any way. If you had not set me up, Spencer would have chosen me."

Nathalia smiled and glanced at Evette indifferently. "Better looking? Smarter? A better person? Well, what can I say? You can have your opinion, and I have a different opinion."

Can't she see how she is behaving? Who calls that good-looking?

The crowd burst out laughing. These two sisters are a show. Hahaha. Such a contrast. To be honest, though, if I were Spencer Davidson, I would not be with a girl like Evette Carter. Is she really being a good daughter anyway, probably just another show?

Seeing the two sisters in person and how differently they behaved, the crowd grew suspicious of what the media said. Fighting in public? Really?

Just then, a cold voice sounded from the door, "Can't you see how ugly looking you are? How can you call yourself good looking? No wonder Spencer's not interested in you at all, and neither am I nor anyone I know."

Nathalia turned around to see Spencer and Steve. She froze.

Everyone turned around to see Spencer in his smart suit, clean and shining shoes. It looked like he had just been to a meeting. He stood by the door like the sun coming in, and everyone's face lit up.

However, those piercingly beautiful eyes only saw one girl, only Nathalia. The deep, affectionate look. The look of love.

On hearing what Steve said, the whole café burst out laughing again, even louder.

"Hahaha"

"That's so funny. I guess it's all fake then. What Evette Carter's claiming herself to be is just a lie."

"What's wrong with you, rich spoiled girls? Pretentious and selfish. Setting your older sister up. It's scary." A girl in the corner commented.

"Be careful of what you say as you never know what she can and will do to you." A guy sitting opposite the girl gave her a warning, loud enough for everyone to hear.

"Why? It's apparent that Spencer doesn't like her." It was true, and everyone could see it. However, what people were really interested in finding out was how Spencer felt about Nathalia.

Evette was angry and frustrated. She exclaimed, "Spencer, Steve, she tricked you. She lied. Listen to me. She's done so many evil things. She's not a good person." I have to let them know the true Nathalia Carter! Why don't they believe me?!

Steve interrupted her casually, "Compared to you, and she's an angel."

Evette was speechless, shivering in anger and frustration.

Spencer finally decided to make a move. He walked towards Nathalia, and as he was passing Evette, Evette lifted her chest up and adorned her face with the brightest smile.
