203 Chapter 203: He Was Hones

"Babe, I don't understand. What are you trying to say?" Spencer asked anxiously as he felt a sudden feeling of fear.

Nathalia shook her head as if to shake off the troubling thoughts. She said with a cheerful grin, "Our great Mr. Spencer Davidson, can you please have a day off work tomorrow and have a date with me?"

Nathalia changed so quickly that Spencer gazed at her for a little while before he found his tongue again, "Hmmm, something magical has happened. My princess Nathalia is asking me to go on a date with her! I wonder why." He exclaimed exaggeratingly.

"Just say yes or no. I won't give you a second chance." Nathalia replied cheekily.

Spencer found her so loveable that he couldn't help pecking a kiss on her lips. "Yes. Yes. Yes. Of course, I can. I'm more than happy to go on a date with my princess." He said softly.

Nathalia responded with a cuddle and buried her head in his chest. "We will go shopping, then have dinner, followed by a visit to the cinema." She wanted to have a date like normal couples do, to enjoy the simplicity with the one she loved.

Spencer stroked her hair gently, placed another kiss on her head, and teased her affectionately, "Sounds very old school. Perhaps we can do something different instead, something like..."

On hearing so, Nathalia pushed him off her, pouted her lips, and said, "Why? Because you've done it too much with your ex, ex, and ex-girlfriends, and you've grown bored of the normal stuff? Huh?" It was apparent that she was jealous.

Spencer had not expected such a response. He quickly explained, "No. of course not. I mean, do I look like the kind of guy that goes shopping or to the cinemas with girls?" I didn't know that my Nathalia could be so jealous, haha. Well, if I were her, I would too.

"Actually, you don't." Nathalia lifted her eyebrows and teased, "You look more like the kind of guy that goes to bed with women."

Spencer gasped, shocked by Nathalia's comment. "If I had met you earlier, I would not have been with any of those girls. You must know that." He said sincerely.

He was honest. He could hardly remember any of their names or their faces, where they met, how they met. The past experiences with various girls seemed nothing but vain and empty to him. Though he had always had more and better than others, in terms of fortune, success, girls, he never felt fulfilled until he met Nathalia.

The tragedy of his parents' relationship had convinced him that love was the scariest thing in the world, and it could drive people crazy; it could drag people down; it could ruin one's life.

Nathalia was deeply touched, but she pouted her lips and went on teasing him, "Huh. I don't believe you."

Spencer quickly enfolded her in his arms and explained sincerely, "That's the past anyway. From now on, babe, there's only you, only you..."

To love someone was to feel their joy and pain, their anger, and peace, helplessly. Love brought worries, as well as happiness.

Nathalia covered his mouth with her hands and threw a cheeky glance at him. "Alright, alright. Where have you learned all this sweet talk? Today, you have to listen to me, ok? Whatever I say we will do, you can't say no."

"Yes, my princess. I will listen to you. And tonight, I will be at your service in bed." He said with a wink. It brought a blush to Nathalia's cheeks.

"Dirty mind." She giggled.

Since their first night, they had been sleeping together every night, with new positions, intensely pleasurable sensations, endless kisses, explosive orgasms. Spencer would turn her on so much that she had begged for a pause before more.

Seeing the familiar sign through the car window, Spencer's heart sank. "You want to buy jewelry? We can just call the shop and have them deliver..." He suggested tentatively, hoping Nathalia would agree.

Nathalia quite liked jewelry. Though she did not spend a lot of time on it like a lot of girls do, she enjoyed collecting some good items.

"Why? You would spend time shopping with other girls, but not with me?" She opened the door and walked out, sulking.

"Nathalia, please. That's in the past. Please don't get angry." Spencer pleaded guiltily, regretting the playboy lifestyle he used to live.

I must owe her from last life, and I have to pay back this life. I can't bear to see her angry; I can't shout at her, not that it would work anyway; I can't reason with her.

"So what. This is where we met the first time. You were with the girl called..." She pouted her lips as she recalled the old times and was surprised to realize that she herself could be so jealous. Well, I'm just a normal girl. I'm in love. It's normal to feel jealous. She thought and justified herself.

She walked into the shop without waiting for Spencer. A shop assistant opened the door for her courteously.

It was the most luxurious shop in Miami, selling the most valuable items designed by world-renowned designers. Apart from celebrities and millionaires, misses and mistresses of rich and noble families frequented the shop. The shop assistants would smile all day, eager to serve and sell.

One of the shop assistants recognized Nathalia straight away and hurried over, "How are you? Miss Nathalia Carter, how can I help you?"

Nathalia glanced around and said, "Can you please show me some necklaces?" She was thinking of getting a present for Mrs. Davidson, remembering that she had given her the precious bracelet.

The shop assistant obeyed happily. As she was showing Nathalia some necklaces and about to explain, she caught sight of Spencer coming in and exclaimed, "Mr. Spencer Davidson, what a pleasure to see you here. You haven't been here for a long time. Can I help you? Oh, by the way, Mr. Steve Walker is here, too."

She was so loud that everyone turned to look. His arm around a fit and beautiful woman, Steve turned around to see Spencer and Nathalia, "Hey, Spencer, Nathalia. Fancy seeing you two here. How have you been?"

At the sight of Spencer, the woman quickly lifted Steve's arm off her and hurried to Spencer, "Spencer! I haven't seen you for such a long time. I've missed you so much. Have you thought of me often? She said flirtatiously. In a tight mini skirt and crop top, revealing her perfect shape, she had successfully caught a lot of attention.

Speaking of the devil. Nathalia thought, slightly disgusted by the woman's mannerisms.

Subconsciously, Spencer grabbed Nathalia's hand and stepped backward. Who's this woman with such heavy make-up on? I don't even know her, and she's acting like we are old friends. Spencer frowned and wondered.

"Who are you?" He asked plainly.
