295 Chapter 295: She Pretend To Be Innocen

Anna had started sobbing. Pathetically, she complained, "Spencer, you are so cruel to me. We've done it, but you don't admit it, and you even..."

The crowd was speechless, once again defeated by her ridiculousness. She's helpless.

Nathalia couldn't take it anymore, and she retorted loudly, "You really want to be fucked, don't you? Alright! Who wants to fuck her? I will pay for her. Anyone?"

She looked at Anna with immense contempt.

The crowd was silent for a few seconds, and when Nathalia's words sank in, they burst out laughing.

That's brilliant! Hahaha. What a great comeback!

Anna was shaking with anger. "I beg your pardon! What do you think I am?!" Ever since she appeared in our life, she has humiliated me. She took Spencer away from me, and she's so arrogant! The worst thing is that everyone's helping her!

Why?! I was loved and adored by everyone. I'm Miss Anna Jones! And now what has become of me?! I met Spencer first. His mother supported our marriage! She treated me as her daughter! But now, everything's changed!

The distance grew bigger and bigger between Spencer and me. I've pictured so many times for so long about our life together, but it's just all destroyed!

For twenty years, I've always loved him and him only. What's wrong with that?! Nothing! It's all her fault! Nathalia Carter! She took everything away from me!

Nathalia laughed at her question and answered amusingly, "A semi-professional prostitute, and please take that as a compliment." She pretends to be innocent, to be cute and lovely but is in fact as cunning as a fox.

Enraged, Anna rushed towards Nathalia, waving her hand, "I hate you! I'm going to smash your head!" Yet, before she could get any closer, a bodyguard kicked her leg, and she fell hard onto the floor and gasped in pain.

"What a ridiculous and shameless person!" Some journalists commented.

"Shame on you!" another chorused.

"I hate you! I hate you!" Anna screamed frantically like a madwoman for a while and fainted.

That had finally brought an end to this ridiculous drama.

Nathalia sat in the car, leaning by the window, sulking. Spencer glanced at her, sighed, and leaned on the other window. This time, he wasn't like his usual self and begged for forgiveness. He felt his heart heavy. Silence fell between them, like a thick wall.

Mrs. Davidson had been waiting anxiously all night. She tried calling both Spencer and Nathalia but couldn't get through to either. She paced around the room and waited. She sat down on the sofa, stood up, and sat back down. It was torturing.

Mrs. Davidson was now even more worried. "Spencer, how are you? What's happened? Please tell me." She asked anxiously.

After some time of silence, Spencer said quietly, "Mum, I'd like to have some time on my own." He went up the stairs to his room.

"Spencer? Spencer?" Mrs. Davidson called after him. It was the very first time she had seen her son so down. It hurt her.

"Nathalia, what happened? Is he ok?" she turned to Nathalia.

Looking exhausted, Nathalia yawned and said, "Mum, I'm tired. I want to get some sleep." She turned around and went back to her place.

Since they got married, Nathalia had lived with Spencer and Mrs. Davidson. This was the first time she'd gone back to her apartment.

It was then when Mrs. Davidson realized that it was serious. "Nathalia, Nathalia, why? Come tell me what happened, please."

The only response she received was Nathalia closing the door behind her. Left alone in the living room, Mrs. Davidson paced around, wondering what to do. She wished she could just get Spencer and Nathalia together and questioned them. Then she thought of Jake and gave him a call.

"Hey Jake, I have no idea what to do..."

Spencer didn't come out of his room till afternoon the next day. He looked tired and upset. Looking around the house, he seemed to be looking for something or someone. On seeing her son, Mrs. Davidson jumped up from the sofa. "Nathalia, err, she, she hasn't come back yet." She stammered.

Spencer heaved a sigh, looking even more upset, but he didn't ask about Nathalia. Instead, he said quietly, "I'd like to have something to eat. I'm starving."

Mrs. Davidson quickly asked the cook to prepare some food. Watching Spencer eat quietly, Mrs. Davidson couldn't help persuading, "Spencer, if it is your fault, you should apologize. You are a man. We can't have Nathalia staying on her own next door."

She had, in fact, been worried all night and didn't sleep much. The two of them must feel even worse. She thought worriedly.

Spencer stopped eating for a bit, then resumed. He remained silent.

Mrs. Davidson knitted her brows. "Nathalia must be feeling upset. Oh, what can I do? Spencer, how did you make such a silly mistake? That woman is no one to be trusted."

Last night, Mrs. Davidson had asked the bodyguards about what happened. She was enraged when hearing about Emma. She's a bitch! She used to try to take what's mine, and now she's set my son up! I will make sure she pays for it if Spencer and Nathalia separate because of her! And Anna! What a stupid girl! Has she not got any common sense, any self-respect?

Despite how hard Mrs. Davidson tried to persuade Spencer, he kept silent. "Spencer, please, say something, talk to me."

Spencer put down the fork, stood up, and very casually, he said, "I'm going to work. I will see you tonight." He grabbed his jacket and left.

Somewhat taken aback, Mrs. Davidson didn't know how to react. It was when Spencer had walked out of the house, then she shouted after him, "Why don't you take a day off and get some rest?"

It was all quiet again in the house, too quiet.
