352 Chapter 352: Don’t You Interfere

Yet, Nathalia showed her no pity. She nodded with a serious look and said, "Mrs. Berry, it looks like you've got hysteria. I suggest you do a check-up soon. I heard hysteria can lead to mental disorder."

Her deliberate display of seriousness amused the crowd, and everyone burst out laughing again. So Nathalia Davidson! She's got a great sense of humor.

I really like her wit and witticism. She's so real.

Even the bodyguards were laughing. Our mistress is fantastic! One had to admit that Nathalia had this charm that could easily affect others.

Ruth Davidson was furious, and as the bodyguards were off guard, she went at Nathalia with her fist. Instinctively, Nathalia cradled her head with both hands and stepped backward. Just then, she heard a voice, loud and clear, and very pleasant to the ear, "Stop."

The man grabbed Ruth Davidson's first just in time. Everyone stopped laughing, gasped, and stared at the man who had suddenly shown up. Kelly was gazing at him with her eyes wide open.

Ruth Davidson struggled to free her hands off the man's grip, without taking a look at him, determined to attack Nathalia, while yelling madly, "Don't you interfere! This is between me and that bitch!"

"How dare you speak to our master like that!" Another voice retorted threateningly.

Nathalia put her hands down, looked up, and found herself looking right into a pair of beautiful eyes of the color of the ocean. He was tall, slim, and dangerously good-looking. He had a young and masculine appearance, yet his eyes were so tender that they seemed to melt the beholders.

He was, no doubt, a perfect creation by God. He gazed at Nathalia steadily. His face seemed to say everything yet nothing at the same time. One would not even tend to guess his thoughts and feelings.

Nathalia pouted her lips, feeling a bit uneasy being gazed upon. Do I know him? I don't think so, but the way he's looking at me is strange.

Ruth Davidson was too furious to care who it was that she was speaking to, and she retorted angrily, "Who are you? Are you someone to kiss her ass as well?!"

"Ridiculous. Do you think our master needs to kiss anyone's ass?!" Judging by his appearance and attire, the man was a bodyguard.

Kelly finally recomposed herself, and she pulled her mother's arm to remind her. Ruth looked at Kelly, then at the man in front of her, and froze. She didn't know who it was, but she could easily tell that it was someone with money and power just by the look of his attire and the bodyguards around him.

She shut her mouth up, frightened that she had angered him.

Nathalia tilted her head up, looking at him thoughtfully, then smiled and said, "Nate Morgan?"

What a coincidence!

A sparkle shone in those blue eyes, and Nate Morgan's face lit up. "How did you know?"

Nathalia smiled a cheeky smile and said casually, "I didn't. I just guessed."

Nate replied with a delightful smile and held out his hand, his palm up, his fingers long and slim, inviting Nathalia's hand to plant a kiss on. "A pleasure to meet you. You are the smartest girl I've met."

Nathalia pretended not to notice his palm. Hmm. A kiss? Spencer would be so jealous. She nodded and shook his hand instead. "Nice to meet you, too." She was polite, elegant, and displayed a safe distance.

Nate looked into her eyes and held it there for a while.

The crowd hadn't realized what was happening yet, and not many knew about the Morgans as they had been too mysterious.

However, Kelly's eyes shone with excitement, and she exclaimed, "My God! You are Mr. Nate Davidson! I've heard from you since long ago! I'm Kelly Berry. Vincent Berry is my father."

"No idea who that is," Nate said indifferently without even taking a look at Kelly.

Embarrassed, Kelly blushed terribly. She dared not voice herself anymore, knowing that the Berries and the Morgans weren't on the same level. In fact, the Berries were not worth noticing at all to the Morgans.

Nathalia tried not to laugh. He's quick and witty. I like that. Ha.

As he noticed that Nathalia was withdrawing her hand from his, he smiled at her and let it go. "I wonder if you would like to have dinner with me?" he asked politely, but there was something in his tone that was demanding acceptance.

Nathalia rather appreciated his polite directness and the air of authority in his voice. She rejected without hesitation, "Thanks for the invite, but I'm afraid I've got other plans. Another time." She knew very well that saying yes to such an invitation would cause a lot of rumors and gossips, especially because she was married. Also, she cared about how Spencer would feel.

Nate was taken aback. It was the very first time that he was rejected by someone. Nathalia thought he might get upset, but to her surprise, he answered with a gentlemanly bow, "Sure. I'm looking forward to our next meeting."

It was beyond doubt that Nate Morgan was incredibly charming and any woman would easily fall for him, however, Nathalia was married and loved Spencer only and completely. She didn't have feelings for Nate at all.

She bid him goodbye, politely. Nate watched her leave, his blue eyes narrowed as his lips tilted up to a smile.

Kelly was clenching her fists tight angrily. What's wrong with men?! Why do they all fall for that bitch?! What's so good about her?!

"Mr. Nate Morgan, she's very proud and arrogant! She thinks she's the best and..."

Nate looked to the side and said casually and clearly, "She has the absolute right to think so."

Kelly's jaw dropped. "Huh? She's married. Are you..."

Nate walked away, paying no attention to Kelly, while she watched the back of him and couldn't help thinking how charming he was.

"Kelly, get him. Seduce him. Then he can help us get revenge for your sister." Ruth Berry whispered. We are not powerful enough to revenge on her, but the Morgans are! This is our hope! She thought excitedly.
