Chapter 591 - 178: I Admire You Very Much

When the instructor ordered the student army to disband, Madison came to talk with Catherine.

"Hey, sister Catherine."

"What's the matter?"

"How can you treat me in that way?"

"What?"

Madison bit her lips as if she were innocent.

"Um… Okay. Forget it."

Catherine raised her eyebrow and thought to herself, "Madison would have planned to show herself, but I made her embarrassed. That's it. It is not my fault. I didn't ask for help."

When Catherine saw Madison left with anger without saying a word, Catherine pursed her lips and smiled.

Ethel then ran over and put her arm around Catherine's shoulders, "Cathy, would you like to have a midnight snack?"

"Yes, I would like to. I am starving."

"Cecil, how about you?"

Cecil shook her head and answered, "I can't go to sleep if I overeat. Sorry."

"I call Anna and ask what she wants to eat. I will bring some food for her."

Then Catherine and Ethel went to the canteen together. When Ethel saw Catherine's account balance, she was startled.

Ethel stared at Catherine and thought to herself, "I can't imagine how rich she is. She not only has expensive clothes and shoes but also saves tens of thousands on her meal card.

The food is cheap in our canteen—about ten dollars for a meal. Catherine may spend all of the money when she is a graduate.

Besides, Cathy is not a picky eater or gets used to overeating. And she is not a show-off person who likes to buy expensive food to feel rich. Cathy is rich, pretty, and kind. What a perfect girl!"

"Why are you staring at me? Am I looking like a beautiful flower?"

Ethel supported her chin with one hand and said, "I just think that as the most beautiful girl among students of Design major, who is qualified to be your prince?"

Catherine looked amused, "Hahaha. Prince? It is not a fairy tale."

"I am really curious about it. Who will be your husband in the future?"

"You don't have to think about it," said Catherine. She thought Ethel would see Sean sooner or later.

"I just heard that the most handsome boy of the university is majoring in Design. He is really good looking but a little cold. It is hard to get along with him."

"Really? You can have a try."

"Don't you want to have a try?"

"I am not interested in it. He is an ordinary man but looks more handsome. So what?"

Catherine was not interested in handsome boys. Moreover, Sean must be angry if she did something wrong.

"Cathy, I guess you had seen many handsome guys, so you get used to it."

It was true that Sean is handsome enough, and Catherine can see him every day. Besides, Brad, Leydon, and Ken all looked very pretty.

"Probably," said Catherine.

"I admire you very much."

Catherine wiped the corner of her mouth and said, "All right. It is time for getting back."

The smell of sweat was so disgusting. As soon as Catherine got back to her dorm, she got her clothes and took a shower.

"Anna, how do you feel?"

"I feel better."

Anna was still weak, and her face looked pale. Although it is hot, she still put a quilt on her body.

"If you don't feel well, you should go to the hospital as soon as possible."

"I know."

Anna didn't want to spend a lot of money. She was from a low-income family, and her parents were barely able to pay the university tuition.

Anna was too weak. Just a few days of training lead to heatstroke.

"By the way, Catherine, someone sent a letter to you when you were training. I put it on your desk."

"A letter?"

Catherine was picking the letter up while she was wiping her hair. The envelope was ordinary. Catherine touched it and guessed just one or two papers in the envelope.

Ethel turned to look at Catherine and said, "Nowadays, few people would like to write a letter. Is it a love letter?"

"Don't talk nonsense."

"I also think it is a little bit strange. Now people usually call someone directly. If the man is too shy, he or she can send a message."

Catherine opened the envelope, and there was only one piece of paper, just one sentence printed on the paper: Wait for you in the playground at 10 p.m.

"What does the man mean?"

Ethel and Cecil immediately ran over.

Anna was curious, and then she followed.

"See you in the playground at 10 p.m.? That is it?"

Ethel checked the paper again and again, but nothing new was found.

"F.u.c.k! There is no signature. Is the man afraid that you will refuse?"

"Anan, are you sure it is for me?"

"Yes, I am sure. Your name is on the envelope, right?"

"To Catherine Stewart" was printed on the envelope.

Catherine frowned and thought to herself, "Is it a prank? What is the person's purpose?"

"What does the sender look like?"

"The dorm supervisor gave me."

"What time is it?"

"Nine fifty."

"Why not go there and have a look? Although it is dark in the playground, I think some people are there at 10 p.m. Since the man asked me to go to the playground, it means that he or she belongs to the university."

"I want to go with you. Probably, I can help you," said Cecil.

Cecil thought it was not a love letter, and she was afraid that someone would hurt Catherine.

"Cathy, what is your opinion?"

"Let's go. Why not?"

Three of them immediately changed clothes and went to the playground, which was behind the dorm.

The playground was big and a little bit dark, but the shadow of the banyan trees could be seen clearly.

It was still hot.

There were some people in the playground. Some students were walking out of the library and walking to their dorms, and some boys were running.

Three of them were standing under the banyan tree. Ethel brought a flashlight. As soon as the man showed up, she would turn on the flashlight and pointed to the man so that they could see him or her.

"He or she come here?"

"Probably, the man is already there."

"Make sense."

"It is too dark. I don't think it is a good place to declare love."

Cecil said in a low and soft voice, "The man printed the letter. I think you know the man, so he or she is afraid that you recognize the handwriting."

"That's right. Cecil is careful. I agree with her."

"I know some people at the university, but I had never seen their handwriting before. Thus, the man doesn't have to do it. But I am surprised the man knows where I live."

Ethel looked at the playground and said, "It is weird."

"I also think it is weird."

Catherine looked at the phone and thought to herself, "It is ten five."

"Hey, will the man come? The man is afraid when he or she sees us?"

"Maybe."

"Wait another five minutes. We will go back if no one comes to see us."

No one came until ten-twenty.
