"Battle Mage?? I don't want to be a mage, I just want to be a ranger though. Hell I can't even cast any spells." I retorted.
"We shall see, let us step outside real quick." Said Phillip.
So Arialle and I followed him outside. He had taken us back out through the front entrance of the building. Once we had stepped outside he took an immediate right. He walked toward an open area next to the Guild's building.
"Alright, we are here." He told us.
I looked around us and i saw targets that were just like the ones inside the building, only difference was these ones had scorch marks on them.
"Now, I want you to visualize a Fireball spell. Once it is formed in your hand then I will classify you as a Battle Mage. If not, then it has to do with your weapons. You should be able to transfer your magic to your weapons. Now, first try the Fireball spell." He instructed me.
I closed my eyes and started to visualize a Fireball. I tried to form fire magic into the palm of my hand, but sadly nothing happened.
"I told you, I can't cast magic." I told him.
"Hmm. . . Alright, well you are not a Battle Mage then. In that case, here grab these arrows and shortbow. They have been infused with magic to enable magic users to transfer their magic into attacks." He told me.
"Alright." I said as I slowly grabbed the bow then the arrows.
"Now, visualize your magic going through your arm and into your arrow." He instructed me.
{Is this really going to work??}
[Hmm. . . I believe it will. You are not a Battle Mage, if you were I would have told you from the start. Just do as he told you.]
"Ok, here goes nothing." I said.
I started to do what Phillip told me to do. I started to try and visualize my magic going through my arms while I was holding my arrow. What is weird is, I actually started to feel the tingling I had felt earlier. It went from my ċhėst area to my arm, then from my arm down to my hand, then from my hand to the arrow. When I opened my eyes, the arrow was a brilliant reddish orange color.
"Holy shit, it actually worked!" I exclaimed.
"Hmm. . . Indeed it did. Now try firing it towards one of those targets." He told me.
So, I took aim with the very glowing arrow, and then I fired it at the target. What happened next shocked all of us. It hit the target slower than the last time I had shot an arrow, but this time it completely destroyed the target. There was nothing left of the target or the arrow.
"Oh my god. . ." I whispered to myself.
"Um. . . What just happened??" Asked Arialle.
"He just completely destroyed a target that we test mages on. With an arrow. . ." Phillip said while looking directly at me.
"I don't. . ." I started to say something, then I started to fall over.
[WARNING!]
[User has used too much mana.]
[User is now falling asleep, to try and recover mana that they just lost.]

"Arthrall!!" I yelled.
"Shit, he used too much mana to make that arrow. You there, come help me carry him back into the building!" He instructed one of the male mages sitting to the side.
"Yes sir!" The mage said.
They picked up Arthrall, and carried him back into the building. They went down the same hall as the one we had left from earlier, except they went into a different door this time. Once we got inside they set him down on a bed in the room, and then covered him up.
"Arialle, can you stay here until he wakes up? I've got to go and talk to Faylin for a sec." He asked me.
"Yeah, I can stay with him. Is he going to be alright?" I asked Phillip.
"Oh yeah he will be, he just used up all of his mana for that single attack." He said while walking out of the room.
I watched him walk out of the room, once he was out I turned towards Arthrall, and I checked his forehead.
"Well he isn't running a fever. That is good."
After a bit, I started to doze off. I should get some rest while I wait for him to wake up. So, I decided to take a nap while waiting.

[Of course I am. . . You did scare me though, I had actually forgotten about what happens when you use up all of your mana.]
[You have been resting for about 2 hours already. Your friend Arialle is asleep next to you. Phillip came in to check on you, but you were still resting when he came in about 40 minutes ago.]
{Alright, thank you for the heads up. How long will it take me to recover all of my mana?}
[Now that you are actually conscious, it should take about 4 hours.]
{Alright then, I think I'm going to sleep the rest of it away. I'm honestly quite tired.}
[Alright then, I will wake you up once the 4 hours is up.]
{Thank you.}
After that, I went back to sleep to recover my mana.
