Kyera and Bryson returned just after breakfast, a little disappointed that they had. Breakfast was one meal that Roaland's family always missed and it was hit or miss if Reever would show. They just couldn't be bothered to wake up so early, but that suited Kyera fine. She enjoyed the leisurely time with the family. This morning though, had been worth it she reminded herself. Gale giggled and Kyera smiled at her son who played with a braided strand of her hair. At least now her family would have a home.
Kyera and Bryson made their way up to Crystalsa's office in companionable silence. There wasn't much to say really. Both of them were emotional though in slightly different ways it affected them both equally and made for good companionship.
The Matriarch's Nest doors stood open, and Crystalsa was sitting at the table. Her long hair was twisted and twirled up till the pearlescent strands were pinned out of the way. She was dressed in an rather ornate dress but it was leather and functional. The flower still glowed healthy on her chest. She glanced up from the papers to see them both and smiled.
"You were missed at breakfast." Crystalsa commented as she sat back looking at Kyera expectantly. She opened her arms and Kyera obediently deposited Gale in her arms. The older woman held the baby and smiled "We missed out littlest baby, didn't we? Yes we did my sweet boy." Her cooing earned a smile and giggle from the boy as he grabbed at her hand which tickled under his chin teasingly.

"I took Kyera to the Fantasy's Garden." Bryson explained and there was a sense of surprise on Crystalsa's face.
"No one has been there since Roland…" she stopped short of finishing that sentence. Something about Bryson's face made her rethink that information.
"It is in good repair. It will need staff but… I have transferred it to Kyera's hand." Bryson explained as he set the deed down in front of her. Crystalsa looked at the paper reading it over. Only one signature remained, her own.
"I see. You are aware that Akira should inherit her mother's belongings?" Crystalsa asked and Kyera tensed. She was right but Kyera had not thought about this personally.
"I see. Fantasy always wanted that Palace to be a home, but she never got to see it as more than a prison. I'm sorry for that." Crystalsa frowned softly as she picked up the quill. "I just… I feel so much guilt toward Fantasy and likewise Akira. I feel like this place may truly belong to her." She was uneasy and Kyera understood. It was Fantasy's property and Akira was Fantasy's heir. Bryson sighed deeply.
"Mother, Akira has no use for the palace. It was meant to be a home and… to be honest, Akira is Fantasy's opposite. In the long run it belongs to me, and not Fantasy. I have tended it, and loved it since the day she left. Kyera has accepted my name and I wish for her to accept a home among us. What say you, Mother?" Bryson replied and Crystalsa tapped the feather hesitantly against the desk… then signed her name.
"If anyone would know what Fantasy wanted, it would be you, My Son. I only wish I had realized that sooner…" Crystalsa nodded and handed the paper to Kyera.
"Thank you Grandest Mother. I will not make light of my home." Kyera promised and Crystalsa nodded.
"Good… now about servants?" She asked and Kyera smiled softly.
