Yu Duo seemed to recall something. She took out her cellphone. Pointing the camera at the lobby entrance, she snapped a picture of the Paris night sky.

She attached the picture that she just took and set her location to Charles de Gaulle International Airport. Quickly, all her fans started posting all sorts of glowing feedback.

“Wow, big sister is vacationing in France? I am so envious!”

“If I go to France now, will we run into each other?”

“So envious that big sister can take off whenever she wants to! QAQ”

Yu Duo read a few of the feedback before she was content and logged out of Weibo. She opened up her friend’s circle and typed, “Finally arrived in the first city that we had promised each other.”

Again, all the comments from the friend’s circle was “Be safe!” and “Have a good time!”, etc.

That worked!

The streets in Paris was quite different than those from her own city. Everything looked strange and novel to her.

She boarded the hotel shuttle and arrived at the hotel before she even had the chance to take in the scenery.

She picked a hotel that was located at the center of Paris. It has a long history and culture. It’s service and atmosphere were top notched. Yu Duo was indifferent to the service provided by the hotel attendants until she was alone in her suite. She finally kicked off her heels and threw herself onto the soft and spacious bed as she let out a loud scream.

This was fantastic!

This world was so amazing without Fu Sinian!

Three years of hard work, and now it was finally time to reap what she had sowed!

Yu Duo lost all the mourning acts that she had to keep up back home. She slept all the way till noon, and glowing and invigorated, she left the hotel with her credit card and was on her way to her shopping spree.

The card that Yu Duo had made her VIP at many designer shops and brought her the best service. The two store clerks followed her every step of the way.

“This, this, and… these three, and those two over there, and that blue purse and green purse, this pair of shoes and that pair….” Yu Duo pointed at the clothes and purses.

The clerk were very emotional. Just when the clerk were about to wrap up all the ones that she had pointed at, Yu Duo said, “Those are the ones that I don’t want. Give me one of everything else.”

The clerk was stunned.

It wasn’t that she had never seen customers like her before, but they certainly didn’t come by very often. The amount that Yu Duo had purchased today was her sales goal for the entire month!

The clerk immediate wrapped up all the clothes, purses, and shoes that Yu Duo did not point out earlier.

Yu Duo sat on a couch on the side and sipped and enjoyed the red wine brought to her by the store clerk. This was good wine, much better than the ones in Fu Sinian’s precious collection.

Truth was, Fu Sinian had peculiar taste. She had always been dressing to his taste to appease him. They weren’t ugly, but definitely not her taste.

This would be her opportunity to change her entire closet.

The total came out to be $1,030,000. Yu Duo didn’t even blink when she swiped her card. The store clerk would have these sent to her hotel room for her.

After leaving the shop, Yu Duo walked into Pariser Platz. Looking up, she saw rainbows in the vast and empty horizon.

It wasn’t just one rainbow; it was one rainbow with another one below it. Many at the plaza were taking pictures of the unusual scenery with their cellphones.

It must have just rained.

Yu Duo was delighted. Without thinking, she said, “Look, Fu Sinian! There are two rainbows!”

Fu Sinian looked up, “What two rainbows?”

Yu Duo was stunned.

Fu Sinian was also stunned.

A pigeon on the plaza turned, took a look at Yu Duo before flapping its wings and flew away.
