Chapter 43：Unbelievable Twists

Seb was left alone staring at the big waves, curling and reaching the rocky edges of the sea and like his thoughts, begging to fill in that empty hole kept aching inside, that longing that no one can explain and immeasurable waiting. His tears explained it again in a hundredfold and that sober heart steered again through that monotonous sobs and moans of his soul under a pristine solitude graced by truth.

" Even if how many times my heart will be sealed to forget someone I have chosen best and had been my path, this soul knows she'll come to me one day to light its way, and this time - with me. I have nothing to feel bad, I can only celebrate the richness of God's purpose." Seb's litany.

The rest were watching at him unloading except Karla.

" Why...what happened to him. He's crying, why don't we comfort him." Karla's worrisome voice.

" Let's leave him alone for a while, he's human now, even angels wept." Godem stopped Karla from approaching Seb.

" Hmm...it's unbearable on my part, I don't know...Nomin..." She knelt down in front of Nomin while sitting on a small chair, somewhat asking his permission to comfort Seb."

" Shh...Godem's right, you stay stay here instead...I'll better fix your hair, which design would you like, centipede or just a pony tail?" Nomin suggested as Godem smiled.

" Hmm...can't simply take this pain watching at them inspite of the gnashing pains. As Karla's guardian angel, I know how it takes when one day she'll find out that she had been married thrice in the past life with that man who is sobbing right now. Godem was his wedded husband in three counts but had been separated every after their wedding. They have waited too long for each other to exist again, subconsciously. Gante, Psyda, you both have not rested well just to put everything in place. Moreover, the heavens have relied on you ever since to swipe Demido back to the fires of hell, please make it in a hurry, there's a bigger chance for this two to be happy this time but the thin line of time remaining, is the real threat. Good heavens! rescue us around, Demido's planning so hard. Can he just go back and burn himself, huh! My anger is raising, this isn't good...where's my chocolate cake." Nomin in Godem smiled.

While Nomin was fixing her hair with a tiny comb, facing the seawave and sturdy weather through the calming winds, she slowly closes her eyes and leaned to him, sitting and imprisoned by his two knees while hanging her shoulders and arms on them. The wind continued to tickle her face with the tiny hair strands. His heart was heavy while he was combing her hair that way but he was used to it that made him a real guardian of his wife. While he was feeling her hair, he called Seb through thought to prepare the big mattress under the tree. He did and Nomin asked Seb to carry her on the mattress and Nomin followed him as he covered her with a soft blanket.

" Don't you shed any tears, self? even if that scenario hits you again and again, poor husbands...but the chocolate is really tasty, I will not cry, I've got chocolates around." Godem thought.

They backed off after putting her so relaxed. They were a little away from her while they started conversing, squatting on the sandy ground.

" How are you..." Nomin asked.

" Can't fully figure it out yet. There's this information overload in my head. But halfway some of my doubts were eliminated. I'll talk to Banli too soon and ask him on this." Seb said.

While they were chatting, Godem moved closer and offered them some cake slices. They both looked at him and smiled.

" Now I know why you're eating sweets. Seb whispered.

" Don't worry, Gante will be giving you more discounts."

" Haven't seen him yet."

" What did he tell you when he gave to you the calling card." Seb contemplated for a while and looked at him.

They waited for her to wake up but smothered by the wind into the labyrinth on its deepest breath; through the ticking of time and the passing sunlit on the swaying leaves, she stretched her feet and immediately found the setting sun that led her to see them both smiling, squatting and waving their hands on her.

" She's shiner than the sun. Good heavens why we both found her this way." Seb sadly whispered.

Nomin just bowed his head while Seb tapped his shoulder to get up. They needed to restore and go back home. To their surprise, Godem had already moved inside the car everything, except the mattress that Karla used.

" Amazing! how did you do that, you have not even rested while we were chatting, you missed to enjoy the serenity of the place." Nomin said while extending to Godem the mattress. Seb and Karla then finally boarded. It was already dusky when they left the beach and quite silent inside the car. Seb then turned on the music from the flash drive that randomly played the song of 'us the duo' by the Alvarado couple, entitled ' Falling in Love.' When the song started to give in, everyone felt how it was wonderfully sang.

" Wow! amazing voices...so lovely!" Godem commented.

" I'm an avid fan of them. I actually found this couple in the net and started to like their videos and songs all the way." Seb smiled.

" Such great voices and I loved the lyrics." Karla religiously listened and played it once again while Nomin calmly slept on his seat while listening.

They all got down and stepped on in the compound while Seb went to his room and locked it. He seated blankly on his bed , facing the open windows, breathing in and out, recalling what Nomin have told him. Still he tried to absorb all those and pondered.

" Did I hear everything correct from Nomin? or was I dreaming?"
