After Etgar finished transmitting that message, he followed Kain and flew into the Emperor’s Palace. Kain thought to himself, “After today, everybody in Toria Continents will be aware of the name Kain Bersk.”
Emperor’s Palace became Kain’s Palace and home for the Blood Mages Guild as Lucius was forced to move into the old Blood Mages Guild’s Palace. After witnessing Kain’s true power, Lucius was just pleased that Kain didn’t massacre all Demi-Humans in this world because he knew Kain was capable of doing so.
Two months later. The Blood Mages Guild had built several Human Blood Farms as Kain instructed them to. For humans who were chosen to stay in the Human Blood Farms, they would have donated their blood in exchange for food and copper coins monthly but wouldn't have to work at all. They and their family members would receive food and copper coins from the Demi-Humans once a month and could live happily knowing nothing bad would happen to them as they have a strong powerful Blood Mage as their savior. In exchange, all they had to do was to line up once a month to donate some of their blood to the Blood Mages Guild. Kain made it very clear that only adults of twenty years old and above may donate blood. Humans under twenty years old that lived inside the Human Blood Farms were exempt from donating blood but still received full benefits such as food and copper coins monthly. Kain named the Human Blood Farms 'The Chosen Communities'.
A week later. Inside his palace, Kain was pleased after hearing Ateia report that all Kings and Queens of the Dryarian Empire had agreed to free all the human slaves and live peacefully along with the human race.
Kain was about to let Ateia leave after she completed reading her report but then a Boar-kin ran in and said, “Prime Minister Ordia, Supreme Leader Bersk-”
Ateia immediately corrected the Boar-kin, “You can’t announce the Supreme Leader after me, that is a sign of major disrespect!”
“I’m sorry. Supreme Leader Bersk, I didn’t mean to.”
Kain coolly said, “I will forgive you this time. What do you have to report?”
“There is an Earth Mage named Jaane Almos is here to see you.”
“Jaane Almos!? Where is she?”
“She is standing at the palace's entry gate, waiting for your permission before we can allow her to come in.”
“You have done well. Ateia, grant him five gold coins."
Kain flexed his Vampire Wings then flew toward the palace’s gate. Upon seeing Jaane from faraway, Kain could immediately recognize Jaane despite her looks being slightly different compared to when he last saw her, “Green eyes, bright blonde hair, wearing a white dress. Jaane looked more than I remembered.”
Kain landed in front of Jaane then concealed his Vampire Wings. Before he could say anything, Jaane already hugged him and whispered into his ears, “Kain, I knew you were still alive. I knew one day you will reveal yourself again. I remembered you said that you will kill me the next time we meet. Just wanted to let you know, I’m happy to die in your arms just to be able to see you once again.”
Near the gate, Ariana and Emelia had finished their daily assignments of collecting human blood and were walking back into the palace. Emelia and Ariana got mad when they saw a girl was hugging Kain so tightly.
Both Ariana and Emelia ran toward Kain but Emelia was the one that asked, “Uncle Kain, is this girl bothering you? Should we execute her to set as an example?”
Notwithstanding declared himself as the Supreme Leader, Kain still put himself as a member of the Blood Mages Guild. Kain still referred to Etgar as Guildmaster and other Masters as Masters. However, that doesn't mean Kain would allow anyone to disrespect him ever since his true power was exposed. Fear can be the most successful tool to control other people. Even when Demi-Humans viewed Kain as a tyrant and prayed to Watcher Zorim to somehow make him drop dead, he was still happy knowing they have no other option but to obey him.
Kain didn’t say anything. He held Jaane’s waist using his left hand then flexed his Vampire Wings and flew away from Benil city, leaving Ariana and Emelia extremely jealous. After flying for thirty minutes, Kain landed on the forest nearby and safely placed Jaane on the ground. Jaane was still hugging Kain tightly and refused to let her hands off of him.
Kain warmly said, “Do you have any questions about my black hair?”
Still having her eyes closed, Jaane shook her head and didn’t say anything.
"What about my Vampire Wings? Do you want to know more about it?"
Jaane shook her head and continued to remain silent.
“Do you have any questions for me at all?”
Once again, Jaane only shook her head but this time she said, "Being able to be near you is all I needed."
Kain didn’t say anything else. He started hugging Jaane back and closed his eyes, treasuring this moment inside his mind forever.
Two hours later. Jaane finally spoke again as she asked, “Are you going to kill me?”
Laughed out loud, Kain asked her back, “Why would I kill the woman that I loved so much?”
Just like that, Jaane didn’t bother to ask any more insensible questions. She smiled, opened her eyes, looked directly into Kain’s eyes, and started to kiss him. What must come, will come. Jaane became Kain’s woman shortly after that as they performed ‘Vampire Style’ for hours.
Laying on the grass naked together, Kain asked, “Don’t you want to know why I have gone for over three hundred years?”
Having her head still laying on Kain’s right shoulder, Jaane lightly shook her head and said, “That doesn’t matter. What matters now is you have revealed yourself again. This gave me a chance to look for you even when you have threatened to kill me if you ever see me again.”
“Speaking of over three hundred years, you must have reached Legend-tier in Earth Magic. That was how you can live that long.”
“Yes, I’m at level 50 already.”
“What? How could you have reached level 50 in such a short time?”
“Dorgan Lanik, the Guildmaster of ‘Angel Six Guild’ had found a Magical Dungeon with difficulty rated seven. As the Vice-Guildmaster, I was invited to join the raid team having four Legend-tier Mages and four Master-tier Mages. We have successfully raided that Magical Dungeon but I was the only one still alive.”
“I’m glad that you are still alive.” Kain kissed Jaane again as he thought about how sad his life would be if she was killed inside that Magical Dungeon.
“After the raid was over, I have been looking all over Toria Continents for you. When I heard the Blood Mages Guild worked for the Dryardian Empire, I have tried many times to get into the lands of Demi-Humans to look for you, disregarding nearly getting killed so many times. But recently I heard the shocking news of a Blood Mage named Kain Bersk went on a rampage and massacred all Demi-Humans in Benil city then freed all human slaves in the Dryardian Empire. I didn’t know if Kain Almos was your real name or Kain Bersk was. Furthermore, I decided to try to come to find you and I’m so happy that I did.”
“You foolish girl. Why would you risk your life looking for me? Before I free the human slaves, the Demi-Humans would kill any human that they see that doesn't wear a slave collar on their necks.” Kain kissed Jaane’s on her forehead hearing she risked her life many times to look for him.
Ten seconds later, Jaane softly whispered, “Kain.”
“Hmm?”
“I have a gift for you. But knowing how powerful you are now, I was ashamed to bring it out.”
“What kind of gift is it? Ah, it doesn't matter. As long as it is a gift from you to me, I will be happy to accept it.”
“I will bring it out, but please don’t laugh at my simple mind.”
“I won’t laugh. I promised.”
Jaane unlocked her Magical Storage Ring and took out an Advancement Potion. Jaane said, “This is an Advancement Potion to help level 50 Legend-tier Mage to advance into level 51 Saint-tier Mage with the success chance of one hundred percent. It was the best reward I received after completing the Magical Dungeon. I was saving it for you because I know how hard it is for a Blood Mage to advance into Saint-tier.”
